    Hello ~

    I had the same experience and after almost TWO MONTHS and no word on my LARGE order, I've decided to contact my credit card company BEFORE it's too late for them to act...

    Many cards only give you 60 (SIXTY) days to act on a claim such as this!!

    BEWARE ~ I've made a couple of calls with messages and an email on their CONTACT US board...
