Trend Wears — order not received
I purchased some stock for my online business, I made payment on the 17-10-18 and I have still not received anything, the agent I've been dealing with has been giving me the runaround daily, saying it's in the post and every time I request tracking number as proof of postage, nothing. On Monday the agent gave me a tracking number, I checked it and it wasn't addressed to me.
Yesterday we spoke on the phone and the agent assured me they would post my order and send me tracking details before end of the day.
All day I've been messaging via WhatsApp to get tracking number and up to 4.30pm the agent replied saying I'd receive before day ends...now the agent is not answering my messages or calls. I think actually I know I've been ripped off
I forgot to mention that I've done business with the company on two previous occasions and in both instances I didn't receive tracking details but received goods, on this occasion, silly me paid via western union hence why I know I've been ripped off, saying that I would just like to let the management of Trends Wear know that they have thief's working for them
