Travelgenio / travelgenio - not refunding the cancelled jet airways flight tickets

I have been contacting Travelgenio regarding the refund of my Jet airways cancelled flight (booking code TNCC42 and TWE7VN) from Dublin to New Delhi. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful particularly Fedricca (if that's her name). They asked me to contact Jet Airways and Jet airways has already processed the refund according to the mail attached and travelgenio is obliged to pay the full return.
This is causing so much inconvenience and frustration. Quick resolution is needed.

    To the author David Battison

    1. Jet airways has cancelled their operations on 17 April 2019.

    2. The customer, residing allegedly in India, requested unknown amount of compensation on an unidentified date,
    according to him and called for unknwn reason few times, without producing the ticket to the trader.
    The reason of complaint is a "cancellation of flight" by the air carrier.

    According to the passenger, the trader shall credit anonymous account based on his unidentified text
    of this site, where the passenger had booked nothing.

    Such act is imposisble .

    3. The anonymous reply (below the text of the passenger) does not show any ID of trader and the intention to assist.

    Such conversation is, higly likely, uselss for the passenger:
    - no full name of the passengers, no contact
    - no e-ticket
    - no contact detals
    - no figures

    Conclusion:
    If the poassenger does not know his rights and still wants the monetary compensation,
    he / she can hire the legal profesional or a lawyer for fee,
    who will assist to get the passenger be compensated via the authority or the court (India, Ireland or elsewhere).

    TNote, ae texts of the poor quality will be ignored by all always.

    the passenger, which does not want to understand the text which is addressed by the professional to him /her,
    will get compensated never.
