[Resolved] Travelgeniorefund not received after flight cancelled 5 months ago

It has been 5 months - 150 days since the airline cancelled my flight and my refund request was processed by you. I still have not yet received the refund. Can you please check the status urgently? I will continue to seek resolution of this including any social media and tripadviser/google review until I get my refund. Thank you.
