Even after 2 month, I still don't reply!
I booked a flight for my honeymoon 5 month ago.
(Tokyo-Singapol-Malle)
(Malle-Bancock-Tokyo)
But my reservation was canceled because of the coronavirus.
I really don't want to cancel this reservation, but it has become impossible to travel due to national emergencies.

Both the hotel and other travel agencies responded to my reservation immediately and canceled it all for free.
Therefore, I tried to contact you in many ways, including your Facebook, email, website, and international call, but you did not respond.
As a result of contacting JAL Airlines, the airline has already replied that it has refunded all the money to your company.
Therefore, the only way is to get a refund from you.

It's so bad experience ever
I had ticket from Milan to Korea by Qatar airline
But i couldn't use because corona virus and Qatar airline are canceled flight so I contacted with travelgenio they are nothing to answer untill now my flight was 10th of March how long time I have to wait? can I get refund? please answer me

The airline LOT cancelled our flight due to Coronavirus. I called LOT about getting a refund and they said that I must contact Travelgenio to process a refund. I called Travelgenio the first time, and waited 50minutes. The female staff I spoke to said that I must contact LOT and get an authorization to process our refund. I called LOT again. LOT told me that it is impossible for, me, the passenger to get an authorization for refund and that it is Travelgenio's sole responsibility to request a refund. So, I called Travelgenio again and waited 45minutes. Then a male staff answered, and said that he cannot contact LOT and that it was impossible for him to contact the airline or to process my refund. After lying to me several times and not explaining why I could not get a refund, he got angry at me and hung up the phone. This is very unprofessional. We are the customer. We want a refund for our cancelled flight.

I have sent email to them several times, but They have never given me the answers. They even never noticed me that my flight was canceled by airline due to the CORONA, I got a notice from the airline, not Travelgenio.
Travelgenio didn't notice about it to me, they never work for their customers! And don't answers ! Anyways I asked them if I can get refund because in this case, I deserve to get Fully refund ! But still now I haven't got any answers since 24 Mar. Pls don't use Travelgenio if you don't want waste time and money! You won't probably get refund like me.

We booked flight to the RU (Vladivostok) from KOREA (incheon) 2 months ago.
COVID-19 made it difficult to leave the country and tried to get a refund, but it was not refunded.
(My friend inquired about a refund.)
This is a 100% refund because it is done regardless of our will.

Through a comparative search of the site, a travel agent from Spain traveled to Portland, USA on March 27 and purchased an April 11 flight to Korea via Seattle, but emailed me that the flight was suddenly canceled due to the corona virus expansion. 16 March : Norwegian cancelled flight. We were told to check our status 3 days prior to the (cancelled) flight.
19 March : Norwegian website suggested inquiring 2 days before the flight
19 March : We contacted Norwegian Customer Support Chat-Line

After much unsatisfactory dialogue, we were told that we would be booked on a flight on 17 April (4 weeks later)

As this was unacceptable for a number of reasons, we found on the Norwegian website that, in the present circumstances (Corona virus) they are providing full a refund for cancellations.

We were unable to contact Travelgenio in this emergency, and returned to the UK on a flight booked directly with TAP (Air Portugal)

However, this cancellation and refund must be done through the booking agent (Travelgenio)

We should therefore be grateful if you would cancel this booking and provide the refund to my credit card.

Please find attached our Live-Chat correspondence with Norwegian of 19 March

We travelled back to the UK on the 22 March, because the state governor was about to close the airport on 24 March (later contradicted by the president)

Today (26 March) we received an automated message from you that our flight had been modified by the airline.

As I mentioned in the correspondence above, the amended flight is not until the 17 April, and Norwegian will provide a refund if cancelled.
However, this needs to be done by Travelgenio

We have made many unsuccessful attempts to speak to Travelgenio by telephone, and look forward to an urgent solution to this matter.

We have travelled with Travelgenio on many of occasions in the past and all went well.
While we understand the difficulties that arise from the pandemic, we are very disappointed that in 23 days Travelgenio has not acknowledged our correspondence, and that no telephone access has been possible.
