Where's the new ticket/ voucher that the airlines gave me as a compensation for my cancelled flights? It's almost a month since I received an email on your side. I already received an email that my previous ticket was resolved! No! It's not yet resolved! I won't stop complaining until you help me with this matter! Stop fooling us!

Hi I cancelled my booking on 2020-04-02 reservation code is 8q319e. And I contacted with you on 2020-05-06.

And you said "in reference to your query regarding the status of your refund, we would like to inform you that the refund timing depends on the airline.

At travelgenio we proceeded to cancel the booking and manage the refund request to the airline right after we received your request. From this moment on it is the airline that must authorize the reimbursement. Therefore, the refund of the amount will be made when it is authorized by the airline."

So I contact with aeroflot about this issue. And I got reply from aeroflot, they said travelgenio did not send refund request (not cancel request). This mean aeroflot got only cancel of my reservation.

I am really exhausted about this issue. I just need my money back. You should give back my money as soon as possible. Or I will sue your company.

I would like to cancel my reservation and have full refund.

First of all, my reservation had made in February when non of these crises and confinements (as you know, because of the Corona virus) were decided. But now we have 14 days of confinement is obligation by Law for all people from overseas, and my trip was for 10 days, which means my trip in Korea is literally refused by the law and the Korean government.

So despite my wish to travel in Korea, I must cancel all my schedules and my reservations by this DISASTER Case.
That's why I need to have the full refund.

On May 23rd 2020, I received an e-mail from Air China and also Philippines Airline. The e-mail stated that both flights are cancelled. The flights that I m inquiring about us with booking Code : TMGIEM that these reservations were made on January 5th 2020 and the passengers are: Mrs. Peregrina Pondoc and Gene Arthur Pondoc. They were scheduled to Depart Manila, Philippines on June 12th 2020 to Beijing, China on flight number : CA 180 departing at 06:25 from Manila. That flight was cancelled according to the message that I received. Also flight number PR 731 from Bangkok, Thailand to Manila, Philippines departing on June 23rd 2020, was also cancelled.
The reason that I am submitting this complained because I was informed that since I made the reservations with your company, I have to contact you. In February, I booked a tickt to Germany at June.

Then In March, I got a message from travelgino that it will be cancelled due to CVS virus.
Then I waited for cancel.

Then last Wednsday I got a mail that I got a flight reservation next year to Madrid...? I can't go there next year...

I've waited 3weeks to cancel my ticket and wanted full refund. So I asked to their customer service. But they don't answer during 3 weeks.

I can't go airport so i need a full refund. I sent several times to get full refund and cancel my ticket. Why do you have customers serveice that don't work at all ?

I've waited so long time because of Covid 19. I need a full refund as soon as possible.

I have booked a ticket for 24 mar. But for the covid-19 it has been cancelled by the etihad. I want to get full refund. I had sent you several mails but anything has been answered. I want to get reply from you. You don't even take the phone. Give me what should I do.

I want to get it to be refunded. I called to the etihad and they said to me that you can make the refund to me without the airline.

I had a businees class, one way from Manilla to London with emirates, booked through Travelgenio, (Booking reference: SAAZKO Date: 10/02/2020), scheduled for departure on March 30 2020. On March 6 and costing GBP1, 146.87. I contacted Travelgenio and instructed them to cancel the flight, I have insurance that covers such cancellations but to activate the insurance claim I must supply the insurance comapny with proof of cancellation and any information on refunds, in this case the airline informed me I was due a full refund by the way. Travelgenio emailed me a ticket number, [Ticket #3317762], that noted my cancellation request and nothing more. After hearing nothing from Travelgenio I made aother cancel request on March 22 and received another ticker number from Travelgenio by email, [Ticket #3466663], again acknowledging the request. On the date of the flight, March 30, and several hours after the scheduled fligfht departure time I received the follwing from Travelgenio via email:

Dear Edward *,

We are contacting you to inform you that due to the global crisis resulted from the expansion of Coronavirus, your flight has been cancelled.

We are currently managing the requests for refunds of all affected tickets, so that as soon as the airline approves such refunds, the amount will be refunded to the form of payment provided when making the booking. We will continue to keep you informed of the progress of the refund process.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this situation beyond our control may cause you.

Great I thought, yet when I try to contact Travelgenio I get an email that links me to a web page they host entitled "my reservations". My flight from Manilla is listed there with several option tabs. When I clck the "Status of my refund" tab I get the following message:

"This operation is not available, since your reservation is not cancelled. If you want to cancel your reservation, go to"Cancel my reservation"."

So depite me instructing Travelgenio to cancel my reservation twice in March and depite them emailing me after the scheduled flight departure to say the flight had been cancelled and promising refund information my reservation appears to not have been cancelled. Emirates actually contacted me to say that a redfund was due to me and to contact Travelgenio. Its been 11 weeks since I made the original request to cancel.
I would like for Travelgenio to contact me and confirm that my flight was requested to be cancelled and to confirm the refund.

Please refund my money.

I reserved a flight from Washington to Inchon in Korea.
my first plain was cancelled because Russia denied all traveler from all country.
So I reserved second schedule by using the Travelgenio.
Unfortunately my second flight had a problem.

my schedule was from washington to incheon in Korea via seattle in U.S.

The plane was suddenly changed from San Francisco to Seattle and even canceled 12 hours before departure.
There was no contact with me.
I had no choice but to book another flight from San Francisco to Incheon.
In the meantime, I had to pay double the freight charge.

The airline says they have to get a refund from the travel agency. But Travelgenio is nowhere to be reimbursed. I trusted you twice and made a reservation with this travel agency, but none of them got a refund. Please give me a refund as soon as soon as possible. It's so hard.

I received an flight cancellation email from Trevelgenio 31th, March, 2020
However, I have not received any contact from Trevelgenio since then, the flight voucher has remained the same, and I have not received a refund at all. I really want to get a refund before the reservation date passes.

I have attached my reservation information. Please check and solve it.

The flights I booked are from Seoul (Korea) to London (UK) via Dubai.

I booked Emirates airlines (the booking reference is JUBDDS abd Travel Agency Booking Reference: QVCCF8)

The flights have been cancelled and I received an email on 27 March from the Emirates airlines, but I have not received refunds.

Hello,

I booked filight to the Swiss from Korea via Russia (Moscow) 3 months ago. And in Moscow, there is no transfer passageway, so I must enter to Russia. I want to go to the Swiss so much, but the Swiss government declare that all of foreign passenger from Russia will be ban to enter, because of Novel Corona Virus. So, other travel agency and hotel gave me full refund.

I tried to contact Travelgenio by website, mail, but there was no answer.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with TravelGenio?

I wrote all about my reservation data on it.
Don't repeat to say "Send an email to the same email address including 8-digit code"
Please show something that can give a trust to your customers.

I already finished to cancel another flight ticket.
And all the conditions are exactly same.
Same airline company, same booking class, same dates.
So you must not say free cancellation is impossible.

I used to use this agency when I have to use flight. But this time, my flight is all canceled and they didn't send any e-mail to me. Its been almost 2 months.

Please note our trip from Honolulu to korea on June 4, 2020 was abruptly cancelled by Japan airlines.
Please note we were very disappointed that travelgenio did not inform us of this cancellation, no email was sent to us about this. If we did not call japan airlines to check on baggage fees, we would have never known our trip was cancelled so we are requesting for a full refund for our flights.

My flight from manila to korea was canceled due to corona virus. but your company has not been refunding my money until now. I reserved with skyscanner. Why aren't you checking your email? All flights from Canada to the US have been canceled now. But you didn't even gave me any notice that my flight was canceled. I want to request a full refund for my flight.

I have now seen an article s aying that flights from the United States to Canada have been suspended. However, so far, no mail has been sent regarding the refund. I don't know why I haven't received any refund requests yet. And the customer center is not being properly called. I hope you answer this quickly.
