Traveler HelpDesk — traveler services we paid for and didn't receive

We purchased an airline ticket thru these people and they gave us incorrect login information so we were unable to log in at the airport. After 2 hrs. of trying to get this resolved, we ended up paying an add'l. $150 so we could get on the flight we needed to catch our other flight. We wrote to these people and rec'd. a reply that they would be responding within 3-4 weeks. It's been 4 months now and we have heard nothing, in spite of repeated attempts at contacting these people.
We need our money back pronto! Paid for services were NOT provided.
