I purchased my tickets from Traveler Help Desk and the tickets that I purchased was from United Airline round trip, from Boston to Houston then from Houston to Las Vegas and last from Las Vegas to Denver connecting to Boston final destination, when I was in Houston to go to Las Vegas I had to call Traveler help desk because they didn't find my name register in that flight to Las Vegas so the Traveler help desk changed my flight from United to Spirit which they over charged me for my luggages $270.00 in clufing my hand bags, I WANT MY MONEY BACK $270.00 because when I purchased the flight with you I never was informed that the flight was going to changed and I have to pay more money if that was the case I could of purchase the ticket thru another company, my flights with UNITED was 1401 Boston to Houston, Houston to Las Vegas 195( changed to Spirit) Las Vegas to Denver 573 and last Denver to Boston 789, please answer as soon as possible my email is [protected]@gmail.com I need to resolve this issue before I take this to court
