BEWARE of TRAV-CORE MARKETING. They contact you under false pretensis, telling you they do market research and for your participation you CAN win a FREE holiday! You win the holiday voucher, but when you do not buy their crap, they give you an incomplete voucher, and according to their terms and conditions this makes the voucher not valid. NO CONTACT NUMBERS on the voucher and NO CONTACT NUMBERS on their webpage! Report them on this site and on hellopeter and any other space possible! It is false advertising and against the consumer act!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Can't get physical address for Trav-Core but you can get them on clients@gtasa.co.za for all the good it will do you! They're still "validating" my voucher, but my cheque was deposited very promptly!
I just received a call from a company who was doing research on income versus criminal activities in my area. I asked for the company name and the lady kept on mumbling something different each time. Eventually I asked for a web address and after several attempts she directed me to www.trav-core.co.za.
The website was a travel related and had nothing to do with the "research" they were doing. Also noted that there are absolutely no contact details.
The lady responded that the were just asking pre-qualifying questions.
Is it not illegal to misrepresent who you are in the attempt of getting info that otherwise unsuspecting people would never divulge?
I have done a look up and the domain is owned by Leading Edge 360 and registered to email address info@leadingedge64.co.za
Shame on you.
