Yesterday, the bus by which we were travelling - Bus No. AHH 380 (from Kuala Lampur to Singapore) left us at Singapore Immigration Centre. We were slightly delayed due to immigration process. Moreover an aged person (84 yrs) was travelling with. We had undergone lot of trauma and mental pressure as were a tourist. Not knowing much about the place, we had to literally hunt as to how to reach the destination.
In view of the trauma and mental pressure we had undergone, we seek refund of trip ticket charges, trauma and transfer charges of USG 125.

TRANSTAR IS A SCAM.
Bought round trip tickets. For departure, bus was 1 hour late. Called perhaps 30 times before Transtar picked up, admitted they could not find driver and possibility he would not arrive.
Otw back, was suddenly told to get off bus in middle of nowhere and change to XXX car plate number bus. That bus NO SHOW and we waited for HOURS till we had no choice but to find another way to commute back in the dark.
Horrible scam. Don’t fall for this service
