Transport Connection / Auto ShippingConvicted fellon who uses abusive language

Like other people here have mentioned, this guy is a complete nut job who is looking for excuses to pick a fight even with his prospective customers and uses very abusive language. Like someone also suggested, this guy is a convicted fellon (extortion). See and search for Bill Avrich.

Below is an email chain that took place after I called Bill (the owner) to tell him that I wanted to ship my car with him, but wanted clarification on his quoted price because I had gotten two different quotes from him by email (one for $1, 175 and one for $1, 225). He said to forward him the email so he could personally verify it and give me an updated quote. This is what followed:

    I purchased a 1979 ford p/u truck in boise idaho, and needed it transported to long island new york. so i called a company in florida called ALL USA MOVING SERVICES, the person i spoke too was named eli who was the seniortransport coordinator, well he threw me a low ball price of $995 bucks to move my truck, so i said thats perfect, so i payed the deposit of $195 bucks and had to pay the rest to the driver when he delivered the truck too me. eli promised to me in a written agreement he emailed me stating that the truck would be picked up on nov, the 14th and delivered to n.y. on or before nov, 23, which was a big lie, when i called eli back on nov, 14th to ask if my truck was being picked up he had no answer, he turned me over to customer service, which i got nothing but attitudes from and couldnt tell if my truck was picked up yet.eight days went by, no phone calls i called them on nov, 22 to asked why they never called me to let me know what was going on with my truck, a girl named tonya got on the phone and said no one has picked up the job yet.which i was promised to have by the 23 of nov, so i gave up with them and called bill at transport connection also in florida, i also turned the other company and extra truck going from the same place, from boise to n.y. and they still couldnt hook me up. from the moment i spoke to bill from transport connection it was a pleasure, he got me and the other guy a great price, put us on the phone with the trucking company right away, got everything worked out perfect. the company that delivered the two trucks was motion express, a great guy named serge kept contact with us the whole time and got us the trucks in three days could not ask for more, got to location dropped off trucks went over both of them, and there where no issues at all.bill also found out that the other company ALL USA MOVING SERVICES had our trucks listed on the main board for$1.300 bucks which meant when the trucks got to n.y. we would of payed a lot more than $800 bucks, it was just a scam just to get us to sign up and steal and charge us more $. now ALL USA MOVERS wont give us back our $, thats not right. let everyone one know how bad that company is. go with bill at transport connection he does the right thing for everyone thanks!
