I purchased 5280 egg capacity incubator from Helen Lee of Nanchang.
USD807.00 for the unit; & USD807.00 for the delivery cost of the unit to my place in San Mateo Rizal, Philippines.
But i arranged the forwarding company, as per her request and she will pay.
The unit was delivered to Manila, kept to the warehouse for 19 days hoping she will pay.
But no payment made.

Every order that I have made says as my final payment one of months but on my bank account it states something totally different I have contact each supplier about this matter they have told me and have show me each receipt from which I have paid them they told me that I have to contact you guys because you guys have may have charged me some type of fee for using the services I have told them that I was not aware that I will be charged extra money behind my back I would like to know what's going on but I have already arranged a meeting with my bank if I have to I will dispute all chargesI will not do service with you guys again so please contact me as soon as possible my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

On 2 nd April 2020, I paid 50% down payment = RMB30, 657.50 to Ms. Li Jia Li, Bank account No. [protected], Bank of China CangZhou Branch Hejian Sub-Branch.

Until now, I have not received the my goods yet. I have made a POLICE REPORT IN SINGAPORE.

I have also make a report to ALI BABA.

Money has to be received by 28th July, failing which My China representative will take legal action against Ms. Li Jia Li (Dora)

I have clipped her invoice, our payment record, Singapore Police Record, our wechat record as followings.

I bought a Go-Cart through Alibaba and had TRADE ASURANCE GARENTEE .
Product was damaged in transit. I filed a complaint against vender with Alibaba. The vender only responded to Alibaba in the Chinese language. Alibaba determined vender had my purchase insured so I would have to negotiate with vender. But no contact ever from anyone . El día 07/04/2020 realicé compra de 20Kg de Auténtico Carbopol 940 a la empresa denominada Xi'an Fu Ke Commerce Trading Co. Ltd. al recibir el producto se verificó y se evidenció que el producto no cumplía con las propiedades físicas ni químicas del auténtico producto. Se procedió a realizar prueba diagnóstica mediante la Técnica Espectroscópica de Infrarrojo por Transformada de Fourier (FTIR) para caracterizar la muestra en laboratorio de Física del Plasma de la prestigiosa Universidad Nacional de Colombia, presentando componentes mayoritarios al POLY(DIPROPYLENE ENDOMETHYLENE TE-TRAHYDROPHTHALATE) con entrada 569 en un 100% y al POLYURETHANE#1 entrada 676 en un 100%. El análisis de laboratorio certificado concluye que las muestras caracterizadas mediante FTIR, presentan diferencias significativas en sus espectros y composición. Caso N. Todas las pruebas presentadas las ha desestimado Alibaba y el deshonesto proveedor al enviar sustancias falsificadas o de imitación, cometiendo publicidad engañosa, induciendo al error al comprador, cometiendo fraude y/o estafa deliberada e intencionalmente

Se procedió a realizar la respectiva reclamación al proveedor, pero nunca se obtuvo respuesta y se decidió escalar la disputa a Alibaba el día 02/05/2020 a las 12:26:29 horas, con presentación de pruebas cerrada el día 21/05/2020 a las 23:44:06 horas, supuestamente la plataforma se tomaría 5 días hábiles para emitir un fallo y han trascurrido 20 días y no se han pronunciado al respecto, se adjuntaron todas las evidencias fotográficas, videos, documentos, análisis de resultados de laboratorio certificado, pruebas de rendimiento (mala calidad), fotografías de quemadura de primer grado de un operario al manipular esta sustancia, carta de reclamación de empresario en Medellín, pero todas las pruebas presentadas las ha desestimado tanto Alibaba como el deshonesto proveedor al enviar sustancias falsificadas o de imitación, cometiendo publicidad engañosa, induciendo al error al comprador, cometiendo fraude y/o estafa deliberada e intencionalmente.

The correspondence about the purchase was long, they could not give us
the final price for a long time. Twice we paid extra for our goods. As
a result - we just sent garbage in the package. and they said that for
the money that we paid us nothing else was supposed to. It's horrible.
There is no more confidence in the site that we were recommended as
one of the best in China. Very disappointed.

I bought laser for depilation from company ' beijing oriental wison' of beijing china. This laser does not burns hair. I have loosen my money. It is useless toatally.
Avoid these company and persons ivy and grace wang.

I found this supplier on Alibaba web site, it is gold supplier according to Alibaba standard. But in the truth is scammer, I have made order to him.
But not received goods I paid for.
I wrote complaint on Alibaba. But no reply. Alibaba was very dismissive and never took propre actions to force them "Sissi Zhang" to refund my money. For those going to make inquiries, be very carefull

I found 1supplier on Alibaba web site "zhengzhou Guande machinery equipment co ltd" représentative name is "Sissi Zhang" this compagny is 4 years on Alibaba and gold supplier as per Alibaba standards, mean is belief supplier if we trust Alibaba.
Now i made order pay money but doesn t received good i paid for.
I submitted complaint again zhengzhou Guande machinery equipment co ltd on Alibaba complaint center.On the beginning Alibaba said going to solve issue very quickly and that if the défendant party not cooperate they will take actions.
The defensant never cooperate, Always me writing, no reply . Alibaba complaint team was very dismissive, and doing all their best to despondent me . The send me several mails that supplier going to do this or that, but never .One week ago received mails that supplier going to refund my money, what never happend. My questions are "why Alibaba never took any actions when défendant party never cooperate on complaint board ? Why they are dismissive and doing all to discouraged me ?" They évent send me mails to submit another complaint, when 2 others been cancelled already.How Can still trust them ? IS it not kind of thrick ?

I have submit the complaint again the compagnie zhengzhou Guande machinery equipment co ltd, through ALIBABA complaint Platform. But they ignore it and Alibaba team was very dismissive . At the end they just cancel my complaint without notice .
So 2 thinks, or they very very incompétent or for my opinion complice of those kinds of pratices.
I submitted New complaint, let see what they going to do .

As the company has not sent me a confirmation of the purchase has not responded to my correspondence I tried to call aliexpress customer service. They hacked into my account stole 400$ from me. I left several messages for Alibaba's number listed on the bbb website. No one called back. Alibaba will never get business from me and I have reported them to the bbb and FTC

There have been more than 150 fake RFQ/scams with the fake RFQs on Alibaba impersonating our CEO/company.

They are so obvious that we get inquiries every day by Chinese companies and companies from all over the world.

It is pretty much the same text within the fake RFQs, spread over different countries Alibaba's support is totally incompetent as if they are all bots.

We have sent them everything which proves that these are fake/scam RFQs. All the links, our business reg. no., our website, official state company register, even emails by suppliers that were scammed.

Alibaba refuses to take them down, chatted/used email, hours and hours. The only explanation for this is, because Alibaba makes money by publishing fake RFQs so that those bidders (suppliers) pay money to Alibaba to quote on fake RFQs.

Hence, anybody quoting should know that many RFQs on Alibaba might be fake.

- the supplier provided false commercial invoice and packing list
- the supplier failed to pack in any way very fragile items knowing they would break as a consequence
- the supplier supplied the order several weeks late
- the supplier refused to refund or replace entirely broken items through his negligence
- the supplier is holding hostage and refusing to release goods fully purchased from another factory which he had earlier agreed to load in the container

I made order to this supplier for différents goods she promice to send After 3 days but After month still nothing i asked to send back money then she send somes goods and promice to send back money but UP to now nothing and worse not responding to any of my message, i submitted complaint through ALIBABA complaint center, still nothing either from supplier or ALIBABA

I paid $145 plus 2.95 % for this item but received $11 less when I got the refund back.
The supplier changed price after I placed order and wanted me to pay $60 more. This is quite dishonesty and I feel the supplier should be charged for the Alibaba fees. Also why $11 is charged on my account. I was my full amount back immediately.

We bought $40, 000 worth of glass from this company. They send us only some of the glass and kept our money. This issue has been going on for 7 months. Alibaba Trade Assurance has not been any assistance.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

I dont believe this company actually makes glass jars. I believe they are a reseller. They charged us for "custom glass items". They cannot produce this.

To day I was trying to place an order at Alibaba shopping site for a HC-801LTE Scout Cam, when after hitting payment button, followed by verification via SMS code was processed, I expected a confirmation screen window! Instead, and ERROR message window appeared telling me that my session expired and I should LOG-IN again, basically fooling into believing the transaction did not go through, with shopping cart indicating (1), so I reorder the same product again and with exactly the same result, when in fact they charged my credit card instantly, and I have received emails stating that both payments went through and also when clicking on the shopping cart still showing (1), the page was stating "Empty". When trying to cancel these orders straight away they put you through to this Chat Board where it doesn't matter what you write, they will give you these stupid questionnaires with unrelated crap leading NOWHERE!

This is a money grabbing trap nothing short of Credit Card FRAUD!

The manual is nothing they say it is .
The boards don't do 55KPH they hardly do 10 KPH

They ship boards with steering the wrong way .
They ship boards that the tether cord doesn't pull out if the user falls off
They ship boards with bad batteries
They are a terrible supplier they will try to convince you to take more boards for free in exchange for there terrible quality product

after paying total amount, they delivered the product from china to India and said to pay extra to collect my product, and after enquiring for the extra payment I went to collect it, but, the product was returned back for no reason back to the company, I contacted the original traders and got very bad response even after repeated attempts for few days, when I contacted alibaba dispute team with all the evidences regarding this, they discussed and prolonged the case for some days and just closed the case for no reason, this is very bad customer care system, and I want justice
