TransDirect Booking reference [protected]

Booked a courier and my item was collected on 1 December, 2020 - as of 27 December, 2020 it is not delivered, I am on the phone for an hour at a time, no one knows where the items is, I have asked for an insurance form on 3 occasions and they finally sent me an email saying attached and did not attach - which makes me think this is fraudulent.

They have said on 4 occasions it is escalated - and then I never hear from them again

It is an $800 base guitar and I need this returned to me at my address as the buyer has now been refunded due to non delivery

Desired outcome: I want my guitar returned to my address

TransDirect Parcel still hasn't been delivered at 3 martin street elliminyt victoria

The parcel was picked on the 2/12/20 at 1.35pm it still has not arrived at the relevant address. it was at the Colac depot yesterday but today it is in Melbourne. We have had no information as to when it will be delivered. There is no detailed movement connected to tracking number so I can not even see were the parcel is. 13 days is not acceptable timing for courier delivery when I posted same day with aus post to another victorian address and it arrived in 3 days so I am demanding that my com0laint be taken serious and action be taken to rectify the problem.

TransDirect Parcels overnight ref: arlp030045

Hi Booked parcel overnight on a Friday and was delivered on Monday, paid $3,357.48 for overnight service because it was very urgent and now I'm told you don't deliver on weekends, why do you accept the service if you don't do it. We can't justify to charge the client for the full amount of the cost, can you revert the costs for normal priority service instead the overnight.

TransDirect Bad customer service

I did book for transport service on transdirect from brisbane to rockhampton
I have provided all the details required as shown on their website.
For some reason after I paid, I got email from julian (case officer) who requested to confirm if the material will be strapped on a pallet. I did confirm that by email. (please note that the sender is timber supply company / they do this everyday and they know the transport requirement).

Even though I confirmed that the items will be strapped on a pallet, the case office requested a photo. Which is no normal process.

I tried calling couple of times and sent email and there is no proper answer for all these requirement. This is the first time that happens to me. It seems the transport company underestimated the job and they are trying to get out of it.

TransDirect Parcel delivery

I purchased an item of a private seller Tony Rahme RC high performance hobbies back in September this year he posted the 2 items on the same day 23/9/2020 our reference no is [protected] to be delivered on the 29th of september we have contacted your trans direct office on numerous occasions each time we have been told that a email will be sent to the courier who picked up the parcels from your depot the company who picked up our freight is couriers please we had 1 of the parcels delivered on the 9th of october the other parcel is still being looked for. It is now the 27th of october and still no parcel we have contacted the sender and he has sent us back a email from your company in regards to our enquiries into the missing consignment I will attach it to the bottom the parcel that is missing is a brown box/ carton with and is quiet heavy as of today we have been informed that the sender cannot claim his insurance until couries please deems good as lost could you please contact us at your earliest convenience thank you so much

Idiots! Ordered a truck with a tailgate for delivery of a 450kg pallet. The truck turned up with no pallet jack to move the pallet inside his truck to the hydraulic tailgate in order to lower it to the ground! Expected women staff to unload boxes (head high) from the inside of the tuck by passing them down to them! Seriously!? Why pay extra for a hydraulic tailgate truck if there is no way to get the pallet off the truck!?

TransDirect Delivery driver

The driver that made my delivery today (16/09/2020) at approx 12:30pm had the most appalling behavior of any delivery driver I have ever encountered. Initially when the driver walked into the office, he had a very strong scent of body odor which was off putting to begin. I asked the driver to put the boxes in a particular place, he said "I will do it when I come back, there is another lot of boxes", which although was said in a very rude and unfriendly manner, seemed reasonable. I also noticed he was extremely friendly to my male coworker but seemed to have a problem with me (a female) from the very beginning, which to me just seemed absolutely ridiculous. When the driver came back, I was holding our office door open for him and asked him to hold the last bit as he came through the door so it wouldn't close on him, instead he decided to push through the door, hitting me in the back of the leg with his trolley full of boxes. He did not apologise and continued to move to the area where I had asked him to leave the boxes. Once he put the second lot of boxes down, I asked if he could move the first lot of boxes around to where I had asked for them to go, he then said I had to sign the delivery paperwork before he moved them, eventually he walked over to move the boxes and told me "If you are having a bad day, it doesn't mean you can be a b*h to me, it's not my fault". I signed the paperwork and he left but I was appalled by the rudeness and attitude this gentlemen had, he is providing a service and there is no reasonable excuse for him to treat me the way he did.

TransDirect domestic courier ref: 9653968

I was given a 9am-5pm window to wait at home for a driver to collect. Called at 5pm to ask why it hadn't been collected. No apology, just offered to collect it the following day. I had to rebook it for the following week as I've now left the city and my housemate had to stay at home all day. Same thing happened again. Absolute waste of time, zero care about your customers, no offer for any sort of resolution, just cut my losses and asked for a refund. Better that than to gamble at booking for another day and hoping a driver might bother to show up. The worst service I have ever experienced.

TransDirect parcel booked, not picked up 3x times

I booked a courier through Transdirect on the 22-11 this was not picked up. I rang to rebook on Monday 25-11, not picked up, rang on 26-11 rebooked not picked up! Rang 27-11 and asked to speak to a Supervisor or complaints department but was shut down and told there is no complaints department and I could not speak to a Authorised person. So the client being me is left hanging and with no guarantee my parcel will be picked up for the 4th time! Very bad customer service and very unsatisfying results!

TransDirect overcharge

I ordered from a business 3 boxes. Transdirect added sombody elses freight to my account and sent to a completely different location they would not take it off.

I have tried to sort out but they never respond to email and its nearly impossible to get on phone rubbish service.

I have now tried a phone number from this website but are onhold 20 minutes sofar.

TransDirect wrong delivery and charges

In 14/05/2019 I booked a parcel to go to kable auto but made a mistake instead of K I typed C and realised after printing the lable, I cancelled it and recived a confirmation email and was refunded then I rebooked with correct name on it.
The cancelled booking was with Alied Express and new booking was with TNT booking number 7925860 and it was picked by TNT no problem there all good but the problem is despite it was cancelled and refunded, the next day Alied Express picked up another parcel with Fastway lable on it which was booked to go to Middle Ridge QLD (we did not have any other booking for Alied Express) and created huge problem for us, Fastway driver came twice looking for it as we have a designated pick up area, every driver comes and pick up their parcel I cancelled that one 4 days later

I rang trasdirect 2 days later to find out but the guy kept insisting why we handed it to Alied driver I told him that I was not in the office and tried to explain that we have a designated area and job was cancelled the day befors so we were not expecting that to happen but he said he has to charge me for the delivery as he can see the pacel is on the way and it has been scanned I told him there is a fasway lable with different address on it how they do it but he did not accepf and deducted the money instead of helping me he made it worse, as I think it was easier for him to charge rather than finding it out
Now look what happned: I had to refund the unhappy customer resulted loosing sale and customer
I was charged for wrong delivery and also had to book and pay to return it as you can see in our account history
If there was miscommunication between transdirect and courier company or it was not cancelled properly i am not responsible for it I have done everyting right but was unfairly treated while talking on the phone

I would like to request an investigation and compensation as I have been unfairly charged despite doing every thing right I lost the sell and customer and had to pay return freight as well
I am extremely upset about this issue and I am taking it very seriously it is 3:27 am at night while everybody is sleep I am uncomfortable and upset and can not sleep writing for you and hope to get it solved in a fair and proper way

TransDirect weight discrepancy

Extra charge of $196.03 taken from pay pal account without my authorisation for Toyota engine and Quote specifications dry weight is 207kgs we allowed 13kgs for pallet weight Total of 220kgs cost of $388.03 but trans direct reckon it weighed 349kgs and withdrew an extra $196.03 = Total of $584.06.Bunch of crooks and no one to talk to can only email.

TransDirect Rude customer service, will not let you speak with any managers!!

Most UN-reliable courier service i have ever seen, you cannot even make a complain or speak with management. They will actually collect your parcel 1 out of 5 times and are extremely rude, compared to interparcel.com they are absolutely hopeless and I will close all three of my business accounts with them. Why would you intentionally loose business customers like this?

I am writing this morning to express how VERY unhappy I am with the service from your company.

I booked a parcel for collection last week (online booking) it sat here for 2 days before I ended up calling to cancel. Only after I had rung multiple times to ask what was happening, I rang fastways and got the runaround also!
Thought we would give Transdirect a second chance and booked again yesterday morning only to find it is now day 2 and the parcel is still sitting here yet again! I have rung but have been told your company cannot find out from fastways what is going on, I have been told there is no guarantee as to when it will be collected, I have been told I cannot speak to a manager or supervisor, SO I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY!

What is the point of advertising on your website when given the choices of prices and companies and dates etc of saying same day collection when it doesn't even happen after 2 days?

It would be greatly appreciated if at least a response from your company with some sort of explanation or apology was to happen today, or even better collection of the parcel!

I really cannot see how you can manage to actually run your business with this sort of service.

TransDirect overcharged freight extra charges

Hello,
If I have come through to wrong department please forward on for me.

I have been notified of under declared item variation & charged another $84.00
This is overly excessive as the item was packaged and weighed before it left my business.
Item was a folding Solax mobility scooter max weight 25kg(website specs includes battery)
Folded down to into its scooter travel case 10.4 kg(website specs)
On a small cut down wooden pallet max 7 kg rounded up to.43 kilos total.
The pallet and contents were measured and weighed correctly. Extra paid for truck with lifter

Now told it weighed 64 kilo total.
Where did the extra 20 kg come from?
This is the second time I have had to pay extra with your service.
Please refund monies overcharged.
See attached picture - package is the larger of the 2 items.

TransDirect Courier booking service

I have used Transdirect as an account customer with mixed success however of late the service has been nothing short of terrible..

Most recent example: Package booked for Priority Delivery - pick up day - courier no show - contacted transdirect to inform them - stated they would have it picked up next day... package still not picked up the next day and nothing but excuses from transdirect.

If you want your item collected and delivered on time - USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

Transdirect are a booking agent only and have no control over the couriers they use and provided limited customer service.

TransDirect Delay in collecting items for two days!

Transdirect Ref 3507329 - booked on Monday 14/08/2017, expected to be collected on 15/08/2017, did not happen, called 1300 number and rebook for same day collection on 16/08/2017, still not happened! I called again and rebook the collection on 17/08/2017, have no idea whether the item will be collected or not. It should have arrived at destination now! I have to face my customer's complaint... Can't believe it happended twice!

TransDirect Overcharging. Badly damaged goods. No responsibility taken.

Used this mob to freight a sturdy, stainless steel commercial dishwasher. What a mistake. On top of their freight charges they extorted additional fees ($150) on booking for use of a hydraulic lift they failed to provide. I ended up manually unloading the item myself. Dishwasher was nonetheless packed perfectly according to their stringent terms. Plastic wrapped, plus cardboard, on a timber skid. They seriously damaged the item in transit, somehow impacting it sufficiently to not only cause a large dent in the thick stainless steel exterior but also warping the overall shape of the unit enough that the unit door can't even be opened, let alone subsequent damage to the internal mechanism, rendering an item costing four figures utterly unusable. Their response after I paid them $230 for the privilege of the above? You didn't pay a $5.78 insurance fee so not their problem, citing - verbatim - "Unfortunately damage sometimes arises in the courier industry due to numerous different reasons". In summary, TransDirect charged me $150 for a hydraulic lift that wasn't provided - basically took my money for nothing - but is still content to dismiss a legitimate damages claim because a $5.78 insurance fee wasn't tacked on. One of the reasons "damage sometimes arises" is negligent, woefully unprofessional conduct such as this compounded by putrid 'customer service'. Incompetent thieves. AVOID.

TransDirect zero idea what customer service is

These guys set the bar at a new low when it comes to customer service. I currently have a package that was sent with Trandirect. It is currently missing. My search for information and assurance that I may eventually receive my parcel has been met by lies, hostility, vulgar language. Transdirect have shown nothing but annoyance that I am concerned and anxious about what has happened to my property.

Seriously do not use this company. A brief search will show that this is typical behaviour from Transdirect, I only wish I had have done a little research before choosing to engage their alleged services.

Parcel sent from Melbourne to Perth in six days, 15 days later not delivered to Perth suburb due to daily lies by Company as to delivery dates. It would appear the so called company has no control over deliveries and is only a telephone service. Address of company misleading on documents, telephone number in Perth business telephone directory not answered...
