TradeMe review: Customer service

Disgusting customer service, no communication and unprofessional staff with bad culture.
Never get back to you when you contact them but take your credit on your account. Never respond to email only when it suits them.
They've got got heaps of junk that is way overpriced from overseas sellers who better watch out they don't get bullied by ignorant staff
They are unable to resolve issues as they have no communication skills.
