SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Toyota Seremban Laser Motor 4s Sdn Bhdengine: black oil leaking issue "sent the car 3 times but the leaking issue yet to be resolved so far"

This complaint has been raised to customer service in Malaysia on 3rd September 2019 and they have promised to investigate the issue and share with me the findings. I'm disappointed so far did not receive any update from the customer service centre. My reference as below:

Hi,

In referring to the above issue, my name: Arul Prakash Raman, vehicle number WSP9519, have sent the car 3 times but the leaking issue yet to be resolved so far. I'm bit disappointed such established Toyota Service Centre unable to provide satisfactory services to loyal customer. I have been sending my car for routine and other repairing services for the last 10 years and this is 1st time encountered such predicament.

I would like to see better solution to resolve this issue quickly and expecting better service in future.
