ToyGlobe.com refund not given as I was told

I purchased what was to be a 'meagatron gravity bot' from this online company 'toyglobe.com' when I received the item it was a 'starscream' and not a 'megatron' as ordered. I contacted to company two times with no result, they have only an answering machine to take calls, and did not respond to my emails as well... I notified paypal and filed a complaint. They contacted the seller and after several weeks pased I was told to refund the item (at their expense) and I would be given a full refund plus the cost of return shipping... Accepting this offer I did not escalate my paypal complaint to a paypal dispute! Big mistake! Time passed no no refund. No response either to my messages left or emails sent... After 4 phones calls and 5 emails, i've decided it a lost cause and searched out websites to submit my complaint.. Do buy from this seller online toyglobe.com a toy site... You will be worry if you do! They are not reliable and offer no customer service... Do not buy from toyglobe.com

$300 worth of products ordered (and paid for) and nothing received This is the first time I have used Toyglobe ... NEVER AGAIN. They debited my account immediately (on 6 November) and 3 emails later..and over a month later... I have yet to receive any response, let alone my goods.

I would not recommend this company to anyone .. the poorest customer service imaginable.

Same thing. I've ordered a Robocop figure 3 weeks ago... I didn't received it, no shipping informations and of course, toyglobe doesn't respond to my emails. I've opened a paypal dispute. I do not recommand anyone to buy on Toyglobe.

Let me tell you: I'm buying things about all arround the wolrd. Even from China, the thinks NEVER takes longer than 2 months.

This is my 4th e-mail. No tracking code. What this mean? I've been stolen!

So, lets do this. You could at least send the tracking code (so I'll kknow that the product exists), or you admit that the product have not been sent yet, and GIVE BACK MY MONEY!

Just to let you know: I have 4 free hours a day. If I have not a answer until today, I'll begin a crusade on all foruns and complains, and blogs about toys all over the internet, in 5 languages I know. No, its not a great work, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V is very fast for a message with this truth.

And more. I have family and friends in USA and Canada, and they will look forward your company.

I totally agree with this. Toyglobe immediately took the money 225€ (I am from Europe) but now, a month later, nothing has arrived yet. I wrote 4 mails, but they ignore them.
I would say, these people are crooks. Don't know what I can do, but I will take advice from a lawyer.

I ordered 4 stargate action figures from Toyglobes website and was immediately charged on my VISA. The only thing they do quickly.
Initially I received a couple of emails from them saying one of my items was on backorder and I would receive the entire order in two weeks. This was obviously an email to stall a customer.
3 months later I have received 2 of the cheapest items of the 4 ordered and paid for. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on the status of the two remaining items or a refund if they couldn't provide them. I have had no response from Toyglobe.
I have started reporting this incident to every internet fraud investigation organisation I can locate and im placing my experience on every customer review and action figure collectors site I can find.
I also recommend that all ripped off customers should contact their bank immediately and have the fraudulent charges removed. I have.

ToyGlobe.com no merchandise recieved

I ordered Mcfarlane NHL series 24 on april 4th 2010 My credit card was charged 127.20 on may14th and I was told that my order would arrive on may 28th... I have not recieved my order and all my calls to the company go unanswered and my E-mails are not retured. The company ToyGlobe.com has a Saint-Laurent Quebec Phone number [protected], there address however is 1176 main street suite A Champlain, NY. USA 12919. They are a RIPOFF I should have reserched them before I purchased anything from them. Please be warned that if you order anything from Toyglobe.com that you will be charged and your order will never arrive. I guess that I have been defrauded of my 127.20... Does anyone know how I can go about getting my money back from this fraudulent company?

ToyGlobe.com merchandise not delivered

We bought an item from toyglobe.com on october 10, 2009 and we still have not received it. the order number is 279764. the amount of the item was $69.95 plus $8.95 shipping and handling, plus $.95 for insurance, for a total of $79.85. however, our credit card was charged $10 more than that - $89.85. i have a problem with that and would like to know why. but that is not the main reason for my complaint. if we had the merchandise it would be, but seeing as we haven't received it, this has become a different matter. a refund is needed. we do not have the merchandise that they sent, nor do we want it anymore. the tracking number provided has gone from new york to massachusetts, back to new york, back to massachusetts, and according to the usps website – they have, for some reason or another, delivered the item back to toyglobe in new york. yet the delivery address is fredericksburg, va. you can see the results from usps below.

I have tried to call the number on their website several times, [protected], but no one answers and the mailbox remains full, so no one is able to leave a message. here it is january 21, 2010, and we are no closer to receiving the merchandise which was sold back on october 10. an item, i might add, that they say was in stock - but in fact, according to them at a later date via email - was not. my son’s birthday has come and gone so the order is no longer of concern to me, i already had to purchase something else. i will never do business with them again. still looking for a refund - which will probably never come from the company. since my emails and requests continue to be ignored, this matter is being sent to the better business bureau and the new york state attorney general’s office as well. yes, i know it's not a lot of money, but right now it's more of a matter of principle. guess we'll see what happens from here...

ToyGlobe.com non delivery goods & credit card fraud

Hi,

As so many before I was fooled by ToGlobe.com as well. I was putting in an order for Star Wars action figures when I was called away and closed the internet. Because I already had filled out my e-mail. I received an e-mail with a discount coupon. Fool that I am, I went to the site again and placed the order for about 107 USD, roughly translated to EUR that would mean around 72 EUR. The charge was 101 EUR, which is around 152 USD. I did not receive a tracking number, so presume it has not been shipped. I placed the order on the 19th of December 2009. It's now 14th of January 2010. This week I received a postal mail from my credit card company that they had prevented charges to my credit card. The only site that the credit card number was made known to was Toyglobe.Com.

Please do not buy anything off these people and do not get lured with that discount coupon. They overcharge you, do not sent you the products and on top of that seem to be involved in credit card fraude.

i was just about to buy a avatar doll from this site thanks so much for all you have said i will not be now, i already had charges from nigeria once and dont want it to happen again at least you know that your word is getting to people and stopping it from happening again

They rang me up for $1, 500 dollars in overseas sales in France and England. That was a fun two weeks getting that straightened out. Do not use this company, the toy store is a front for some real criminal activity. I would gladly help in the wrecking of this company. If I treated people like this, Ide be in prison, where these [censor]s should be.

i HAVE PUT A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE TITLED ' TOYGLOBE IS A FRAUD - BOYCOTT TOYGLOBE', TO HELP GET THE MESSAGE OUT THERE. UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT GETTING MANY VIEWS. WE (THOSE OF US RIPPED OF BY THAT BOGUS COMPANY) HAVE TO MAKE MORE NOISE ABOUT THIS. I AM TRYING TO GET A NEWSSTORY GOING, AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL NO ONE BUYS ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Hi i just in shock the same story is happening to me i bought products in like $200 i never receive my items, i called hundred times not by phone i used my pc to make this calls i got the same voicemail i should had read the reviews before buy at this store TOYGLOBE.COM i always check my account statement and found there were some weird transaction purchases from nigeria and other web pages costed me like $500 wich i never did before so this start after buying from this company i dont know if they sell the credit card information to other people or the used for their own benefits after this i tried to find more, so when i checked the history from calls that i made from my pc i found the phone numbers go directly to other countries for example togo or saint kitts and nevis wich the last one the code area is 1 (869)means TOY i never have made any calls to these countries but i think was when i tried to reach this people, i just read your complaint its like they just copy and paste the messages to all the people about the delay, are on backordered, be patience and blah blah blah, even if they send u part of the purchase cause there some people recieved the items but probably incompleted they already have all your information so im warning to all the people who have been complaints from this scam store TOYGLOBE.COM
by the way the items the said are in BO there still on the web page like are on stock WTF! BEWARE...

ToyGlobe.com did not get my order and card was charged

I placed an order for almost 100.00 on 7/31/09 for some toys from Toyglobe.com for my son. It is October 12, 2009 and I still have not received my order and my credit card was charged for this order back in July. I have emailed and phoned the company many times - there is no answer on the phone only a voicemail and I have gotten 2 responses back in Sept via email assuring me my order would be shipped immediately. Still no order, not even a tracking number as promised and no return of my monies as requested now also. I am taking legal action against this company - they are a fraud DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TOYGLOBE or you will be robbed. Sincerely one teed off mom

I ordered a toy on this fxcked up thing called TOYGLOBE 3 weeks ago. they immediately charged my credit card and they have not delivered my product nor will they answer my e-mails. I'm so pissed off they are a bunch of thieves hiding behind toysthey dont even have. Not only will I tell everyone that has hearing about this piece of ### organized thieves but I will file a complaint to every goverment agency That will take a consumer complaint. DO NOT GO ON THEIR WEBSITE OR BUY FROM THESE MAGGOTS! THEIR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!

same here. i ordered and paid for goods on the 21st June 2009, now November 10th and still nothing. i emailed and phoned, still nothing until just about 1 hour ago. last night i send another order to toyglobe for over $700, and deliberately sent wrong credit card details, everything else was good i.e. email adress etc... today i received an email offering me a discount to fulfill the ficticios order

however this was sent to me through a different email address and so i answered this joker via this new email address he answered within minutes telling me to update my credit card details so that they can refund my money.

i however am dubious, and having lost any trust for this company and so did not give these details as whos to say that they would not use the details to extract more money from the account
i have emailed them again asking for another arrangement. i will probably be sent a rubber check. but i feel as if i am finally getting somewhere.

i would have rather have received the goods as they were for my son and daughter who have been waiting for the postman to bring sonic and amy. you can imagine the hurt and disapointment they are going through as each day they ask why the postman has not broght their toys. toyglobe.com should be held accountable for their actions and properly investigated and closed down. or blown up (sorry getting a little carried away on that last bit, but if only i could how much satisfaction would that give)

I totally Agree, they charged my card quickly and promised a tracking number within 1-2 days. I still haven't received one and it's been over 2 months. Their customer service never gives any response. It's websites like this that give internet shopping a bad name.

ToyGlobe.com not received merchandise

Order some collector McFarlene Toys for Christmas on Dec 3, 2008 received email stating that they would ship out items within 10 business days. They took money from Credit Card day of order. Never received tracking number as promised and have attempted to contact company but "Voice Mail Box" is full and won't accept any more messages. Sent three emails and received auto response that they would get back to me in one to two days but never received any contact. I put a complaint with credit card company and they reversed charges but then Toyglobe.com hit credit card again and now have another dispute. There mailing address is New York but they really are in Canada. Wish I would have know about this complaint web site prior to ordering. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TOYGLOBE.COM

I too have had problems with Toy Globe, firstly it makes me laugh that their warehouse is in Quebec & I get charged international shipping & I live in Ontario & yes my last item was mailed from Quebec. That order was a small figurine for my son, it took over a month, several snotty emails & phone calls before it turned up. That was October 2007. Silly me bought a couple of items from online websites for my sons birthday, Toy Globe & Toywiz. This December I ordered a Curious George toy for my daughter for Christmas, I could not remember which one was the one that was slow to ship & had very bad customer service. In both cases I did receive confirmation of order & confirmation of complaint from them, obviously just an auto response. Although when I did eventually get through to them in 2007 & spoke to someone I did get my order within days after that, they fed me some ### & ball story that it was out of stock at the time of order. All I can say is that the only repeat business they get are from woman who were pregnant & only functioning on limited braincells & whose memory as to where she ordered the first shipment from was less then clear. My advice is to never ever buy from them, if you want to throw your money away then throw it my way!

ToyGlobe.com scam and cheating

I feel it is my moral duty to warn others about this company. I also recently spent over $100.00 on Toyglobe for a present for this coming Xmas. It is a very hard to find item so I sent for it straight away when i found it on their site I paid and waited for the promised tracking number by email. I posted an inquiry on the site asking about my delivery and asking for a tracking number as promised. I had no response until after the 3rd message I had sent using the online form.

Eventually I received a response and they apologized and said they would send a tracking number, they had posted it and I should received it in 14 days.Still no tracking number. I found a similar toy on Amazon and sent of another $100 and received it within 2 weeks no problem. Shame because it wasn't exactly the one I wanted.

I have contacted Toyglobe again, still no response. As I live in Europe, phoning them is not an option for me. After reading these articles after a Google search I have given up on the idea of ever getting the goods I paid for.

yes i have recently placed an order with toyglobe.com for a star wars boba fett 12" figure for my 6year old son and was becoming suspicious at the length of time for the order and after numerous e-mails regarding the tracking number decided to google the company and realised its a scam so have cancelled my card details and my bank is looking into the company but in future i will check companys out before i get excited thinking ive found the perfect toy my little boy and now try and explain to him why he wont be getting it . SO DO NOT ORDER FROM TOYGLOBE.COM and why hasnt this web site been shut down!

Ordered toys for my son for xmas 2009 and never received them...paid by credit card and when company looked into they couldn't resolve it...sent many e-mails of complaint with NO REPLY...Some months later my credit card was blocked due to abnormal activity...in AMERICA...The only ones that had my details was TOY GLOBE.COM...buyers beware !

Was ROBBED by same Toyglobe.com website 01/28/2010 for $92.50 for order #292480. EVERYTHING about this company is BOGUS and a SCAM. I was on complaints.com and found pages of complaints from customers who was ROBBED of their money and NEVER recieved any item at all. Toyglobe.com has had this website since 2002 and is still using it currently. Investigating further I found this address of 1176 Main Street, Champlain, New York, 12919 is also used for other shipping entities with different names. The phone number [protected] is a Montreal, Canada number which has a recording to leave you number and message and they will get back with you, NEVER. This adress and all the occupants related to this address need to be arrested for ongoing FRAUD!

Although when I did eventually get through to them in 2007 & spoke to someone I did get my order within days after that, they fed me some ### & ball story that it was out of stock at the time of order. All I can say is that the only repeat business they get are from woman who were pregnant & only functioning on limited braincells & whose memory as to where she ordered the first shipment from was less then clear. My advice is to never ever buy from them, if you want to throw your money away then throw it my way!

ToyGlobe.com fraud and cheating

I purchased a plush sonic toy, the debit was paid through my credit card. It was for my autistic child who had lost his. Never received the toy, unable to call or talk to anyone about it, mailbow full. My autistic son waited for sonic to arrive in the mail and it never came. I hope they close this store down.

That's a lie. Jun 16? Almost 3 months?

Let me tell you: I'm buying things about all arround the wolrd. Even from China, the thinks NEVER takes longer than 2 months.

This is my 4th e-mail. No tracking code. What this mean? I've been stolen!

So, lets do this. You could at least send the tracking code (so I'll kknow that the product exists), or you admit that the product have not been sent yet, and GIVE BACK MY MONEY!

Just to let you know: I have 4 free hours a day. If I have not a answer until today, I'll begin a crusade on all foruns and complains, and blogs about toys all over the internet, in 5 languages I know. No, its not a great work, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V is very fast for a message with this truth.

And more. I have family and friends in USA and Canada, and they will look forward your company.

i ordered a set of sonic plush toys for my son for christmas in October . so far i have emailed toyglobe 6 times and gotten no reply as to when i might recieve the toys, it is now December, also my account has been debited the 100 euro it is costing, but no word from them . im very disappointed as we can not get any sonic toys here in ireland and my son loves sonic and knuckles.
