Have bidded on 10 rings since april one dress one bracelet I think 3 months is plenty of time to get my products... Should have already gotten them one date was june 12 haven. T started bidding in april... Five butterfly rings three rings that come together// ome maxi yellow dress that I ordered in april... I recieved ine garnet ring.. It should have beem two.. One silver diamond cluster in april... One maxi yellow long dress.. I would like to get what I ordered... One bracelet I am not going to bid on that site I think most os it is a scam. When you have to wait 3 and 4 months for something to come... So I hope people out there dont go on that site and give their money away.. Because thats all their doing... I do not like this site and I will never bid on anything else

Ordered a crystal skull and a fishing reel from them never received a damn thing no way to get a refund they make it impossible to get a refund or even ask a question . Ripoff company from hell . Have tried contacting them 3 times, all you get is it's on it's way and a shipping company in china that has said the same nonsence information from the beginning . This is the 2nd time i have ordered from this junk website and shoule have known better, just want a refund and i will never again order from this ripoff company.

I was a successful bidder for only $1.00.. I know that they are in business to
make a profit. and would lose money in shipping the item. However I won the bid fair and square.. I was refunded the $1.00 claiming it was OUT OF STOCK Since seeing the refunded amount, I have seen the same item out for bid many, many, times So stock is not the reason. My online order says that my smart watch order number Order #[protected] has been delivered but in fact it has not and I'm still waiting for it only thing I have gotten was a lcd sketch drawing pad and a Bluetooth earphones I also sent a pic of what I received the day your web site said I received a smartch watch which was actually the Bluetooth speaker just one I don't know how u guys get things so messed up and how u can say a customer received something when they didn't either give me my refund back or give me my damn smart watch that I ordered I'm running out of patience with this no one has got in touch with me on this and I really do like this site but if I have to go to the authorities and file charges of theft to tophatter I will and with the other emails and this one as my proof I've tried everything and have need patient

I order kids Walkie Talkies. When they arrived they did not work, no box, and
the quality was undesirable. None of the controls work and only the power button comes on. I requested refund and received address to send them to. No return label. It will cost more on shipping then I paid for the product. Very bad business. No buyers protection there?

I collected my item from my local post office today and had to pay a customs duty oy £14.00 becaus ethe seller of this Item informed Cutoms and excerise I had purchest this item for 439.00 when i only in fact paid 1 £4.00 for nthis item and I have to say I am very dissatisfied and upset that I have had to pay this fee when it should have been made clear my purchase was for £4.00
I am a long standing member of Tophatter and have reccomended you to all my friends and familyand am not perperedto pay a totlal of £22.00 for this item which i could have purchased from any store much cheaper than this ..

I have been charged for 3 items I am not aware off. I say this because they were charged to an old Sears card that Has been cancelled years ago. I did not authorize these charges and I consider this fraud. I have lost a few items that was either left in another state or I did not receive. I am sorry to leave Tophatter but I will be turning this fraud to the BBB and Attorney General.

I received the item on11/06/2019 and followed the instruction give regarding the return process.I would appreciate acknowledgement of this communication. my info clearly states my address, my acct states my address and my order states it..yet my purchase went to a different city and the confirmation was sent to me...tracking shows it doesnt match my address why cant any contact info work on the web page..i had to google tophatter to get a phone number and was told they dont handle order issues there have to email at help@topphatter.com email went through we will see if i get response...

I bought these AirPods on June 11, 2019 and it says the expected delivery date was June 16 and they're not here they're not even shipped yet it says that y'all sent a warning there send them and I paid for these so I want them so I'm just wondering when are they going to send just wondering because if it does not get sent I'm going to get someone involved and refund it and delete this app so please send it

out of 9 orders I recieved 2. The shipping is either late or it never comes. There is no way to contact sellers, you have no customer support number to recieve live help, yet you advertise one. You are also not a registered buisness listed with the secretary of state of North Carolina and are therefore doing buisness here illegally. At this time, after several other customers have come foreward with the same issues, I will be acting as a private attourney general and seeking injunctive relief to shut down tophatter unless it can change and become an honest and ethical buisness. With the customer service and all other things it advertises becoming a reality. on april 12, 2019 I bid on a purse, and I won. well, when I received it, it was full of water. I haven't used it and would like to return it. I ordered $5.00 bill 1934 when it went into payment it added a $5.00 1953 bill that i did not order and i want it removed and my money returned. I enjoy ordering but do no enjoy this sort of thing (addition placed on my order) the name said Sold by Claudia & Steve Kepplinger and i believe i got something from them before. I decided to give this co. A try because it's fun bidding, and even though I had 3 bad experiences, decided to pay attention to the remarks about items before bidding. Nine winning bids later, i'm pretty upset that every item was not as pictured at all! I even complained to the co... They messaged back and told me if they get to many complaints that's the sellers are reprimanded and not allowed on their site. I'm wondering how many complaints it takes? Here is my latest issue: because I complained as well as left at least three bad reviews on items. They have blocked me from leaving a review (leaving me a message pop up, telling me to check my connection). It's obvious they are not letting all the bad reviews posted. To all that read this, fair warning, they are selling junk that you can buy at a dollar store. I'm thinking they blow the photos up on the jewelry (6 rings later), nothing like pictured, much smaller, especially the bands. One ring I got was said to be man or women's, with a wide band... When I got it lol, trust me no man would wear this! Looks like a pinky ring, so thin and can hardly see the stone. Clothes are a real joke! I'm very amazed this co. Is getting away with this, and i'm guessing there is a lot of bidding junkies... I was one, but think I will stick with ebay for that. Any problems with ebay sellers are taken care of and i've never been banned from leaving a review.

I received the above item after about 19 days. All was there as shown. The instruction booklet was in very poor English and the writing was so small that the reading could barely be understood. I used a magnifying glass and still could not understand most of the writing, which was needed to operate the IPad. I have not been able to get the Ipad function able, because I can't read the instructions.
I tried to contact Tophatter "contact us" to complain and get instructions of how to return this item without success. My final resort was to show my frustration here, in hopes that something can be done by Tophatter, to stand behind their obligation
as they state to return this POOR ITEM within 30 days ( it has been only two days now).and get my $58 refund.
