I made a payment to purchase a phone from your site in September and i was informed by an email that the parcel had been shipped on the 11th of September. However the tracking information only gave me an update up to the 20th of September and up to now i have no information on where my package is. I have sent so many emails to your customer service which is very poor and all you tell me is be patient. Its been 2 months and some days and you still fail to give me just the slightest of detail about how far the package is, or whether it got lost! My order number is : AN17I10P3753-6F60HX
