Thank you, it was stated that the reward would take three to five business days to be delivered to Paypal account. It was done in two days. No hassle or customer service required.

It is a great app for earning some cash while completing the survey. However, the criteria for surveys is quite strict so it's possible that some survey unable to be completed. So far, I've managed to redeem 4-5 times so it's not a disappointing app.

Is good surveys and has good prices when u reach all your points and giving your opinions and feedback on stuff.

I have cashed out a few times now not to mention I won a prize of 2800$ American from them back in 2011. I would have given them four stars but because I won cash from them they get five :)

I tried this qebsite for many years so far, and I can confidently say it is one of the most descent survey websites.I always change my points into a gift card that I use for shopping in UAE.

After a few issues down to technical on there side all Issues have been sorted and all money owed paid so have to give them credit where credit is due. They show me respect and sorted these issues out a big thank you to team Toluna..

I spent a lot of time taking surveys on Toluna, and I managed to accumulate 9000 points. I was excited to see what rewards I could get with my points, so I went to the rewards center on their site. However, I was disappointed to see that the rewards were not yet available in my country (USA). I couldn't believe it! Why would they keep sending me surveys if I couldn't even cash out my points? It's so unprofessional and frustrating. I had to cancel my account with them and lose my 9000 points. Thanks a lot, Toluna!

I wonder what the companies that pay Toluna to get survey information from people would think if they knew that Toluna was screwing over USA residents who take their surveys. It's not fair to send surveys to people who can't even get rewards for their time and effort. Toluna needs to figure out how to give rewards to USA residents, or they should stop sending surveys to them altogether.

Overall, Toluna is one of the worst survey sites out there. They don't offer any rewards for USA residents, which is a huge disappointment. I would recommend staying away from this site if you're looking for a survey site that actually rewards you for your time and effort. Toluna needs to do better and send me a check for those 9000 points!

I've been using Toluna for a few years now and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience. I've only been able to redeem two rewards in all that time, and now I finally figured out why. I've been a member of Toluna for a good 10 years now. I used to do a lot of surveys on the site, but I found that I wasn't really earning many rewards because the number of points needed for anything was pretty large. All in all, I'd say that Toluna is a good site to make extra money on if you have the time to do a large volume of surveys to get your rewards to accumulate quickly. But if you can only take them from time to time, then there are probably other sites that you should sign up for as well to maximize the amount you earn to the time you have. You don't want to have points taken away from you if they "expire" and you do not have enough to cash out. That's just not fair.

I used to think Toluna was the bee's knees. They had a ton of different surveys, games, and ways to redeem your rewards. But then, out of nowhere, after being a loyal member for over 10 years, my account got cancelled. The only reason they gave me was that it had been "flagged" for trying to maintain the "quality" of their data. I had to chase them up to even find out what was going on, and they didn't give me access to the money I had earned. It was a real bummer.

What's even more ridiculous is that they think they have "high quality data" when some of their surveys require you to be a CEO or make over $100,000 a year. Like, who in their right mind would spend 20 minutes filling out a survey for a measly dollar if they were already making bank? It just doesn't make sense.

Honestly, the time you spend on Toluna is not worth it. They don't pay you enough for your effort, and there are a ton of survey errors that they don't even compensate you for. It's a real drag.

The rewards option on Toluna.com is not too shabby, but it takes a heck of a long time to earn enough points to redeem for a reward. And let me tell you, their policy is a real bummer - points expire if you don't redeem them (not if you just don't use your account). They'll let you know about points expiring with a banner in your account (not an email), but that banner doesn't always show up. I had this happen to me in 2020 and again recently. I logged in to check if my points were expiring and there was no notification, but a few days later I saw points deducted. I lost over a bajillion points, which is a ton considering how hard it is to earn them on this site. When I contacted customer support, they said they couldn't replicate the error, so they didn't believe me. (Why wouldn't I redeem my points if they told me they were expiring? I had enough for a reward!) I've had a bunch of other issues with this site too, like not getting the right amount of points from games, problems with redeeming rewards, and surveys not crediting me. They said they appreciate my loyalty and would reissue 5000 points (I lost over a bajillion, mind you), but they never actually gave me those points. I've been with them for so long, but they don't seem to care about that at all. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed about this site now and their customer support is not helpful at all.

I even sent a follow-up email, hoping for a personal response, but received the same automated replies. After reading reviews, I realized that I was not the only one experiencing this issue.

I gotta say, Toluna (toluna.com) is not the site for me. I mean, just look at all the negative reviews out there! And the positive ones? They look like they were written by bots or paid reviewers. If only I had done my research before signing up.

But hey, if you're still thinking of giving it a shot, let me give you a heads up on what you're in for.

First off, there are hardly any surveys available. And when you do find one, there's a good chance it won't even match your profile. And that's after you've spent time filling out all their questionnaires.

And even if you do manage to find a survey that works, there's a good chance it'll have bugs or server errors that prevent you from completing it. And if you do manage to finish a survey, there's a chance you'll get kicked out right before the end, with no points to show for it.

And even if you do manage to complete a survey and get credited for it, there's a chance those points will be retracted for no reason. And I mean, weeks after you completed it. So you can never really trust that your points are safe.

And let's say you do manage to accumulate enough points for a payout. Well, good luck with that. Toluna has been known to refuse payouts and even suspend accounts without warning. And if you do manage to get in touch with customer support, you'll be in for a whole new set of nightmares.

And to top it all off, Toluna has been accused of selling user information online. So all those spam emails you've been getting? Yeah, that might be because of them.

So yeah, Toluna is not for me. But if you're still thinking of giving it a shot, just be careful. And maybe don't expect too much.

After applying to test products every single time they're offered for years and never getting chosen, I've finally given up. I guess I'm determined or just really stubborn and kind of lame for continuing on for years. You'd think I'd give up long ago, considering these aren't expensive products, but I thought it'd just be fun if I did get chosen. Most test products are under $10, and many are probably worth about $5, like eye pencils and lip balms. But I kept the hope up that eventually, I'd get picked - nope! What a complete waste of time. Do not bother with this site for trying to get test products. After reading reviews of Toluna, it's mainly just a survey site, and according to many users, even their surveys are not worth your time.

I contacted them because their site wouldn't allow me to update my address (in case I ever did get picked for a test product), and could they please update my address for me and try to fix their site's issue. Lots & lots of unreasonable extra time for months communicating with toluna help for multiple counts of missing/stolen earned survey & other earned points not credited back to my account. Every time I asked to speak with their supervisor/manager, they ignored. Totally point robber, online survey scam with no accountability support team. Their support team, survey set up, reward system are all faulty & make too many unreasonable mistakes too much too often. Absolutely distasteful & unpleasant to do surveys for them. Do not join & find other more rewarding & less mistake online survey providers!

When it lets me take the survey at the end it always Opps it's our bad not you or you're not able due to unknow reasons. So, I have come to terms that I will not use toluna anymore even uninstalled the app months ago and tried using pc but it hasn't changed the fact that I spent precious time that I realized when I lost my father this year due to lack of medical care and neglected physical therapy from just a pinky toe amputation. So, every min counts and a live is worth more than any amount of money especially family. So, i turn 43 tomorrow and realized that I have wasted days of time using your program and never was rewarded like crowd tap has. They have me extra points just because I always do their surveys and even video survey all the time and that's like hundreds of points. So I will update all my social media about your programs waste of my time to warn others. That's all I have time for you.

On the 31st of July 2023 I was suddenly unable to log into my Toluna account. I sent a message, clearly pointing out why I was banned and all I got was an automated message saying I was banned for being 'dishonest'. What's worse was that when I sent out subsquent emails calling them out for doing this to me, they've never responded, and cancelled an AU$20 Flexi gift card I was rightfully owed.

I've been doing this for almost 3 years, and I am disgusted they threw me to the side and treated me like crap.

I have just written a long e-mail complaint to Toluna which was on the reply option on the e-mail they sent to me but it came back as not sent . I have been unable to sign into the toluna website despite having the correct password and email address, despite contacting toluna 4 times they are not answering my emails. i got an email from them today telling me that my £10 tesco voucher was cancelled and my 55000 points credited back to my account, so why cancel my reward and put my points back into my account when they wont let me use the tolunas website, how am i able to redeem my points when i dont now have an account as far as toluna are concerned, ive read a few complaints on this website and it looks like they treat everybody the same,ie ignore them and hope they go away. i wont go away il continue emailing them till i get the answers i want. dont be ignorant and devious toluna, i didnt do anything wrong, why aam i being punished and ignored.

i was using toluna most days. answered surveys honestly and thoughtfully. was getting pretty good points. then suddenly i couldn't log in. i was told they've suspended my account but wasn't given a proper reason. so i have also lost all my points plus the amazon voucher that was already being processed. i should have listened to all the reviews saying it was a scam

I've been doing surveys on Toluna for months now and just a few weeks ago I've been locked out. I can only find a survey if I get an e-mail telling me of a new survey opportunity. I am not able to sign into my account. I really don't know what happened or why, this is frustrating since Toluna is the best survey sight. This happened on June 26th and I haven't heard a word from Toluna why this happened or what needs to be done to remedy this situation. I gotta say, Toluna ain't exactly my favorite survey site. I mean, I've been waiting for my vouchers worth R600 for ages now. The last time I got paid was way back in February, and the site says they'll pay up within 2-8 weeks. But it's been months since 7/03/18 and I still haven't seen a cent.

As a retired lady over 65, I don't get many opportunities to share my opinions, so when I come across a survey that wants my input, I'm over the moon. I'm not exaggerating when I say this happens ALL the time. If I'm lucky, I'll complete one or two surveys in a month, but I get dumped from at least 10. It's a waste of my time, and I don't get any rewards for my efforts. Is your system really that bad, Toluna?

The only reason I'm giving you a 2-star rating is that I've managed to redeem enough points for a couple of rewards, but it takes many, many months to accrue them when most of the surveys get dumped. I'm not a happy camper, Toluna. You need to fix your system, or you'll lose a lot of loyal users like me.

As Seems to be Theyre business structure after reading all the complaints on here after earning over 120000 points doing surveys I get an email saying they couldn't process my rewards request and then I suddenly can't sign into my account and not getting any emails for a password reset. And like every other person on this site I dare say in the coming days I will too be told my account has been closed due to some made up reason.

I applied for an Amazon £20 voucher on 1st September. I had an email confirming this. I have not received the voucher.

Also, a few weeks ago I did an hour's survey, where I had to do different activities. The payment was 9000 points. They have not been added to my reward total.

With the new site it is impossible to see any outstanding voucher codes.
