complaint about the product and the agent of togofogo
I gave a complaint about the product which I receive and I got a call from togofogo agent for returning the product I gave my bank details to credit my amount but these frauds took the bank details and took 5500 amount from my account the contact number I got call as togofogo is [protected] he transfer the amount through Paytm from my account rupees 5500 as a togofogo agent the details of mine is give by Togofogo I want my money back give me proper reason for the mobile and the amount which I take but ur agent with is unknown fraud

This is revanth from bangalore. Actually I order nokia mobile 5332 by one get one free mobile (1 product). My order date is 09.08.2017 and I already make a payment 2111/-. And I get the sam and mild conformation all so.
But now got the mail like this.
Order cancel reason: prepaid transaction failed order cancel by system.
Y you people canceled my product. I want that product please deliver with in one day also I attached my order screen shot in below

I made a purchase on this website and never received my order. Only later I was told that my order was cancelled because it was no longer in stock. It took them over a month to inform me about that. I was promised a full refund but still no sign of my money. I'm quite nervous, because according to what Togofogo rep said I was supposed to get my refund within a couple of days but it's over two weeks now and nothing. They stopped replying to my messages! Please Togofogo contact me as soon as possible, I need to know when will I get my money back!
I receive my phone but it was not in good condition so I bad so return to got another phone in xchange but it was not got so I was filing a complaint
Today from bank of togo fogo have called me regarding my previous refund issue.
& Asked for bank details & continuously they was withdrawing from my account nearly 1 lakh . so want immediate action, . if not i have to file a complain regarding this & at Togofogo.
