I have an abundance of Todd English cookware.

Todd English Enterprises Todd English cookware

I have a complete cookware set-I'm not sure when I purchased it. But the bottoms are all pitted with rust spots little holes in the bottom. Rendering them unusable. Which saddens me I cannot afford to buy a replacement set. I purchased from QVC -I do have pictures-in theory the non stick portion is ideal-but it does not last over time. It is disappointing these are not longer lasting

Todd English Enterprises Cookware warranty replacement

I purchase the Todd English Ornament full set of cookware on 1-24-17. It has a 5-year warranty, but no way to file a claim. No Customer Service.

This is the 2nd time I have had issues with Todd English Cookware. The 11" Sauteuce pan lid shattered last night after 25 minutes in a 350° oven. The lid was room temperature when it went on the pan and into the oven.

There is nowhere to contact any Customer Service for warranty issues. last time Evine representative was able to get a message to customer service for TE cookware. Apparently that person does not work for the channel any longer as the email I sent to her came back as undeliverable. If there is someway to contact this company, I would appreciate the email address if possible. I have a bad feeling that Todd English has gone out of business.

Todd English Enterprises Air fryer

(June 2020)
A few months ago I bought an airfryer from this company. About a few weeks of using it, the airfryer shutdown on us. We tried so hard but we just couldn't get it to turn on. It was burnt. My airfryer from Costco lasted longer than this. Anyways, when I called their customer service, they said "enter the first 3 digits of the person's last name you would like to contact". It made no sense. In return, I want a refund or a repair because my airfryer broke down within the 90 day warranty. Though when we called, they said that everyone wasn't working due to Covid-19, so that meant we couldn't get our repair. So please find away to fix this problem because we spent $161 on this airfryer when we could have bought one from Costco for 60 dollars less.

Todd English Enterprises Skillets

I have several of the skillets that are supposed to be non-stick and no matter what I do the things I am cooking are sticking to the bottom of the skillets. It is very time consuming to clean and not what I expected. They are a couple years old. I have 4 skillets and they all do the same thing some worse than others. Very disappointed. I would like to know what can be done to make this right as these were a gift and I know they were very expensive.

I have a 12" frying pan. I followed all directions, was careful in cleaning, but, as with all "non-stick" pans, eventually things start to stick. I did not use metal utensils, harsh abrasive cleaners or scrub with rough materials. I like the way the pan cooks and it's weight, as I have arthritis and it's not too heavy for me to lift (while empty). HOWEVER, I have burned a few things and recently used it with oil that absolutely turned the whole pan black. I almost threw it away but after 3 days of soaking, washing, scrubbing, and using Easy Off Oven Cleaner, I got it to be clean again and "re-seasoned" it and now it's OK to use. The company should advise people what to do when the non-stick finally wears off. If you use it a lot (as I did) that is inevitable. It's disgusting to think of all these frying pans in land fills for the next 1000 years. Mr. English is a multi-millionaire. You would think he could do a better job in seeing that his products can be used for a long time. Write to this company. Demand better.

Todd English Enterprises 1500w9.8 qt digital air fryer oven/ rotisserie 129.99 blue

I bought my AF rotisserie in Feb. it stopped working couple weeks ago. Loved it till is no longer worked. Can only contact company by email. Sent fryer back since I have only had for about 4 months.(149.79)Told it was damaged during shipping even though I packed it. (Another $31 to send) told warranty voided. If I want it back will have to pay $30 to have returned. Was told it would be disposed of in 3 days. I have never had a company not care enough about their paying customers to not make this right. I will never buy another Todd English product.

Todd English Enterprises customer service

My boyfriend made a reservation here 5 days ahead of going to dinner. When he made the reservation he was not told that you have to be 21 to dine there without a parent. While he was old enough, I was only 18. My boyfriend did a little begging and told them it was my birthday so they let us eat there, however we were treated poorly. We were sat outside at the table closest to the exit and the noise. We were treated as if we were inferior to the other customers because of our age. When I asked for half of my sirloin, $44 steak to be wrapped up to bring home, it was thrown away. It's unreasonable for the waiters/waitresses to think we wanted THAT much steak to be thrown away in the first place, and when we told them about their mistake they made absolutely no effort to fix it or accommodate us. We were both disappointed in the experience considering my boyfriend had gone 3 months earlier with his family and had a great expercience. Despite all the shortcomings we dealt with, my boyfriend tipped $25 (about 25 percent) and we were still dismissed when we asked about our steak. Hopefully not all younger customers are treated this way.

Todd English Enterprises non stick frying pan 10 1/2 inches across

My mother gave me your pan as a gift and it has failed terribly. It was a non stick surface and it doesn't work anymore. I believe she purchased it from QVC and it worked well in the beginning, now mot so much. Please call me George Buchko [protected] to discusss a replacement Please. Thank you.Also the surface has slowly allowed itself to lift and everything sticks to the surface including oil and butter. I used to enjoy cooking with this the only thing I use it for is smashing garlic cloves. Todd English Enterprises defective merchandise

Hi, I ordered your set last xmas for myself and with less than a year, the pots are chipping. I thought these were titanium with a lifetime guarantee? I thought I purchased a great set, I was so done with the cheap department store and I wanted good pots without the chipping from the non stick companies.

Please advise as to what I can do. I am attaching some pictures as well. Can these be replaced?

AS you can see the 1st picture it has all the white chip marks on the bottom of the pot and the 2nd picture shows how the coating is pealing from the edge on the top of the pots.

Purchases 3 skillet 11, 10, 8 in. the 10 & 8 in. food tends to stick, I purchased these skillets with a lifetime warranty, I don't have proof of purchase however, it was through advertisement and via HSN that I acquire them. Todd English Enterprises fry pans stick really bad

I bought a set [ 14 piece] of what I thought was a good set of cookware. The skillets are horrible everything sticks. We have had to go back to our old skillets they are better than my new set of Todd English. What a shame. The new cookware was so nice looking. Is there any chance of better replacement of my skillets. So far my pots are doing ok. I love the looks of the set, so disappointed.

Todd English Enterprises customer service

I received a phone call from Todd English's "Customer Service" after 7pm on a Sunday Night and dealt with one of the most unprofessional customer service representatives I have ever had the opportunity to deal with.

It is extremely difficult to find a direct line to the customer service and when you do its all automated and you can't get ahold of people unless you know a name or extension, and if you try an extension, no one picks up.

This gentleman was by no means/ no where near helpful in resolving my issue, and in fact, told me it was suspicious that I was even complaining about the product and hinted at me being a liar because of the issue and timing. I was then told over the phone that there was only a 90-Day Warranty when the User Manual states 1-Year.
After getting no where with the representative in regards to repairing or replacing the product, I was transferred to the Customer Service Department of the ComplaintsBoard. Little did he know, it was still an open line and I could hear everything that was bein discussed for about 2 minutes between the 2 individuals. During this time, al he did was degrade me and delegitimize my claim. Actually, he referred to me as a D*****B**, A$****, and a Liar. When questioned he denied and told me that "unless I had recorded that conversation, it was his word versus mine."
All in all, completely dissatisfied with this company, their products, and their "Customer Service." It seems pretty easy to find negative reviews and complaints. I have an "Employee Number" but can't even do anything with it at this point. You won't see me purchasing anything with their name on it again and I would love to talk to another representative or supervisor within that department.

I purchased the 14" Ceramic Non Stick grill station about 2 years ago. I do not cook very often. I used it the first I received it, it worked fine. I put it on a shelf and took it out on weekend to cook for some friends, plugged it in and
heard a pop in the heating mechanism and would not heat up. This should not have happened.
Do I have any recourse or let me know how to fix it.
What a waste of money.

Todd English Enterprises pots and pans

2010 I purchased for my self 3 full sets of Todd English Green Pans for myself. The big set of stainless steel, signature edition, Large set of the pots that are grey-The Todd English collection. Large set of Todd English Classic collection. I also bought individual pieces myself. I bought my oldest a large set. I bought my youngest daughter, when she got married in November 2010 or 2011, she wanted these pots and pans. I bought her two full sets. We are having problems. They do scratch. I was also in the same situation as you and I got mine replaced. I think you should call up Green Pans and ask for a replacement. I have had mine replaced before and they ask you basic questions. In the future, just get yourself a stone pan. These have lasted me for 3 years without any problems. Todd English Enterprises Bad Product Bad Customer Service

Purchased Todd English Green Pans and they are HORRIBLE! I have called and was told to return the products with a prepaid UPS label and a refund would be issued. I have been tracking the package which was received over 2 weeks ago. No refund yet. I sent an email to the Customer Service Representative who assisted me about 4 days ago and she has not yet responded. I have called their Customer Service 4 times now and have always been on hold a minimum of 30 minutes or more. I am writing this while I am on hold with them today and have been for 35 minutes so far. I have learned my lesson and will not ever use their products again. I have better things to do than sit on hold with a company that sells such bad products and provides such TERRIBLE Customer Service. I will be contacting HSN as they aired the product and advise them of this problem. Hopefully they can help, or they ALSO will lose me as a customer.

Todd English Enterprises cookware lousy

Dont buy any todd english cookware. This is the worst $170 ive spent in my life! The pots dont work — absolute garbage... I will never visit todd english restaurants because he lent his name to this junk. My $9.00 pan from sears has held up for years, while these over-priced garbage did not work after a few times of use. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

Beautiful cook ware, do not live up to the expection. the frist time I cook with my beautiful cookware TODD ENGLISH I was so disappointed 3 months later the small frying pan is no good every thing stick. i would not recommend this to my friend or family.

last christmas i bought the todd english collection from hsn. i have chipped a bowl and want to replace it and i still cannot find out how to do this. it has a one-year warranty but that's not what bothers me, i want another bowl and nobody will contact me regarding how to do that. please help me.

Todd English Enterprises do not buy

Do not buy todd english pans! Everything sticks after just a few uses. I followed all their care instructions for these "easy to use" pans. I seasoned the pan before my first use, hand wash, no nylon scrubby, use oil everytime, no spray on oil and do not cook over medium high, yet everything sticks! And part of their sales pitch was to use a heat gun to prove you can cook in a commercial kitchen and it would work up to 850 degrees. So why cant I use my home stove over medium high? After I bought 3 pans the instructions said, the pans would lose some of their nonstick quality with time. That is the only truthful statement this company has ever made! I bought 3 pans through goodwilltoo.com. I guess it was a donation not a purchase! Atleast my money is helping goodwill.

Todd English Enterprises food sticking to skillet

I purchased the Todd English Green Pan Collection for Christmas. the non-stick surface lasted about two mths. I contacted HSN and they said their warranty only

Absolutely the worst Customer Service at "THE COOKWARE COMPANY." They are making me go through hoops to return both a frying pan and a saucepan which are both defective. How difficult is it for a company to fulfill a request with a LIFETIME WARRANTY? HSN can't help and Ingenious Design no longer service this rotten product line. Shame on Todd English and ANY COMPANY that sells this LOUSY garbage.

I also had purchased many Greenland years ago. After a while the ones I used regularly were not completely nonstick and became stained. I dug out my receipts which you need, wrote a letter stating the problem and quoting the lifetime warranty and packed it In a box and mailed it to ingenious designs n Long Island, NY requesting replacement and I did receive replacements. Don't call anyone or they try to give you the run around, just send it. They have to respond and send replacements. They now have your pans and are t going to send them back. This forces them to live up to the warranty. May happen again but at least you will get the new replacements. YOU CAN GET REPLACEMENTS UNDER LIFETIME WARRANTY.

I purchased my Green Pans in November. The "Care and Use Instructions" included the directions for seasoning the pans. These pans are NOT Teflon. They have to be properly seasoned prior to the first use. Also, if you put them in the dishwasher, you have to re-season them. The directions are...Before first use, wash the cookware thoroughly and dry. Heat each pan on low for 30 seconds, remove from heat and put one tablespoon of vegetable oil in each pan. Rub the oil over the entire surface with a paper towel...That's it! Let them cool, and you're set.

This technique worked perfectly for me. After I use them, I wash them by hand (takes about 10 seconds) and dry them and put them away. I don't use any other of my pans anymore.

If you are having a problem with your pans, try washing them really well and seasoning them. Do not put them in the dishwasher! It is the same concept as seasoning an iron skillet. You don't wash those in the dishwasher, either.

I also purchased a complete Todd English cooking set when they first came out years ago. I started searching recently because these pans just stopped working and everything started sticking over two years ago. They worked flawlessly for a time. I seasoned them, tried to clean them and nothing worked. The big frying pan looks like I have used it for 20 years! People don't have money to waste for products that don't work. It shouldn't be so hard just to cook. This week I looked on HSN to read comments from other buyers. There were only 3 Todd English items and 2 were closeouts. It appears that we have to be our own consumer advocates. So now I always look up customer comments on HSN and Amazon before I buy any product.

Seasoning Teflon pans? Really?
These pans did not last, and did not perform as promised. I received these pans as a Christmas gift from my mother- what garbage. Shane in HSN and Todd English for selling such crap.

I bought these pans back in 2007. And have been trying ever since to get them returned. They say to expect the return package in the mail. I'm still waiting. And Ms. Ronni Fauch is the one that began the email goose chase. Worthless pans, worthless warranty, worthless company. I don't know who's worse Todd English for endorsing or HSN for pushing.

I'm just curious if anyone complaining read the directions and seasoned the pans before first use? I did, and I've had my Greenpans for months and they perform as advertised.

CURIOUS QUESTION -- Could you please tell us what you did (step-by-step perhaps?) to SEASON them? Just picked one lone one up (new @ GoodWill ... yes, there are some strange things there!) and, if it IS possible to season it & have it work well, I'd not feel too badly re its being marked $16.99 == a 3qt SS top pan. It seems heavy enough that I might like it, tool, if I could have it seasoned just right. Thank you! ;o)

I too purchased these pots, I think its been like more than one yr. Just recently the fry pan started causes problems of food sticking to it, when I look at the pan, it looks good, no damage for it to cause this problem. Can't figure out what went wrong! Glad to hear that others are having the same problems. I thought the pots were great, but now with this sticking problem, I'm very disappointed. Yes, I too spent good money, and what did I get for it?
