TNT Holdings Shipping MY69927982

I shipped a package on May 3rd from Rome to Como that should have taken 2 business days for a sales campaign in Como. Not only is it now May 8 and it has not arrived but both the tnt app, the website and the customer service are not able to tell me where it is and what is happening. They already lost a package of mine before Christmas and I only stayed with them because I am so happy with FedEx and am hoping they can organize tnt better. I am dissappointed and frustrated and ready to change shipper.

TNT Holdings Service provided on a lost medical device

I have written a message which is longer than 350 charcaters and would like to have an email address to file the complaint.

Please provide me with an email address to do so.

As the service in The Netherlands was very poor, I want to send it to the US as I'm sure they are more service oriented.

TNT Holdings Customer service- no response by phone, by e-mails

I ordered special cable (30m) on E-bay. Later I got a letter from TNT about unpaid import charges. I paid it on 12th of November via bank transfer. Waited few days and since then I called 4-5 times per day TNT and could not talk to anybody. No answer from custom department and from customer service. I sent e-mails for different e-mail addresses-no response.

TNT Holdings Custom clearance

Dear TNT holding

I am representing an Old 81 year old british and american lady by the name of Susanna Griffith who decided to make Egypt her home for a short while

While deciding for that she shipped her goods from UK to Egypt using TNT wide AWb number [protected] and she arrived in Cairo while she and her friend in whose name she had shipped the goods both kept chasing TNT the first response came in June 2021 with an email telling the goods cannot be cleared by the consignee which was her friend Mr Osama because they are commercial goods.

She is 81 year old and doesnt have even regular access to emails and she kept informing the local TNT these are not commercial and then she was told that if she changes the invoice her name and pays 30000 EGP as amendment fees then she can get her goods while all this time the meter of storage fees was ticking.

Finally she seeked my help in this matter and I started representing her over emails in August and last week I concluded with local TNT that a total of 96000 EGP to be paid for storage fees and 15/30000 depending on custom authorities will be paid as amendment fees.

This baggage has nothing important accept her childhood pictures and some family pictures and everything else is books and some normal household used stuff.

The local TNT refuses to give any discount in this case for storage fees saying it is all the mistake of this 81 year old lady while clearly in all documents this is TNT error too

Can you please help in this regard

TNT Holdings Delivery’s delay for 2 weeks and bad customer service

My delivery by TNT has been delayed for more than two weeks. It's really urgent. I'm at home anytime in the past two weeks and I can receive all my parcels on time from other courier companies. I've tried to arrange it for 23 Mar, 1 Apr, 4 Apr 2020 on your tracking system but you just didn't deliver it and I didn't get any notice from you. I've tried to contact your customer service for 9 times but she just didn't help me.

TNT Holdings worst communication and customs clearance service ever!!!

I usually use DHL to get my products into South Africa and never had any problems at all! Now, my new supplier chose TNT to deliver to SA and I end up with loads of problems - hotline extremely unfriendly and does not understand easily, everything has to be explained several times, they used wrong email address and then phoned a wrong cell number with the result of heavy delays. They do not answer to my emails - and you have to write to them several times and beg them to please answer. The hotline is available but when they put you through to the responsible person NOBODY picks up the phone. And I am now still waiting for my goods and response by TNT.
I can only recommend to pay the higher fees of DHL or any more professional courier service instead of shipping with TNT - I will NEVER use this company again.

TNT Holdings stolen goods

I am appalled and furious. On 11 July 2019 a package was collected by TNT in SA, Jhb. To be shipped to me in Plano, Texas, USA. Tracking nr GD999265765WW. I received the package today on 12 August 2019. I opened the FedEx box which it arrived in, only to find the inner box was opened and someone had stolen my goods. The value of this package was R5, 500-00

TNT Holdings customs clearance

It seems complaining won't help, but I'm going to take a chance;
My consignment arrived on the 26th of July and I got my first notification from TNT on the 29th. On the 31st received an email from TNT stating that my consignment has been detained at customs and that they need more documentation for the clearance process. I then sent the documentation on the same day and on the 2nd of August I got an email stating that the goods have been cleared and they will send me an invoice to pay for VAT and Duties and as soon as it is paid, the consignment can be delivered. The invoice followed shortly and I made the payment which was received the following business day, the 5th of August. I received an email stating that the money was received and a number was given that I can call to get updates on the delivery. The 6 and 7th I tried to find out about delivery and at first the people were not able to tell me but then all of a sudden, the one guy i spoke to, told me that my consignment was in customs. Then about an hour later I finally received an email, exactly like the one I received, exactly a week ago, stating that my consignment is held up in customs and they again asked for the same documentation which I have sent them a week ago.

It seems either TNT lied to get me to pay my invoice OR someone is simply just not doing their work. To add to this, before my consignment was sent here, it was already delayed because it was in stuck in customs in the country of origin also. A process that should have taken a week or two at the most, has now taken 3 weeks already and today I still don't know what is going on.

If I call TNT, I am constantly redirected to someone else who redirects me to someone else who is ten unavailable and basically your call is either hung up or it's just on hold all the time. The result is, that it is impossible to speak to someone and to get information about what is going on. Emails are also not answered and if you do get a response, your questions aren't answered.

It is so frustrating and this is the second time it has happened to me when working with TNT. I will definitely NEVER work with them again.

TNT Holdings service

My parcel has been sitting in head office or clearance from 26th april. I contacted them on the 29th after my supplier asked me if I received my package as it had arrived in south Africa. I spoke to someone on the 29th who then promised to email me. Today is the 2nd may . I called them once again and eventually someone contacted me. That was at 11:30. It is now end of day and still have not received email and necessary documentation to clear my item.
They are incompetent and unprofessional.
Worst service ever. And it seems to be a common issue as there are numerous complaints on helopeter and other complaint boards.
Will never ever use TNT again and have asked my supplier to find me another shipper.

TNT Holdings luminaires from greece order cai 937208 for ppwk - cxl | order cai 937206 for goods - awb# [protected]

Dear Sirs,
Was my first time to deal with TNT Egypt . They had not bad presentation about their services and they were so frankly when they declared that they are good in shipment but very bad in customs clearance so they advised me to clear any orders on my own way.Accordingly i accepted as i have a benefit that me as a diplomatic case i take advantage that i have fees exception.
Thankfully, under your direction we had couple of shipment reached safely and we cleared them .
Now, my last order (Luminaires from Greece Order CAI 937208 for PPWK -CXL || Order CAI 937206 for goods - AWB# [protected] ) had been released and asking me to pay the customs fees !The reason that the order was released in night shift ! what am i suppose to do.!
It has been 2 months now and nothing is solved although i have supported the team with all documents needed to finalize their work with the customs ! ... now we are bearing all penalties we are paying for the shipment late because of your bad system. Why you have custom cleared it and you know that you are weak in such branch...

Please advice as this was the first time to face such problems that i never faced with other companies.

Complaint : TNT China Cheating

We are Laser Graphics Company in Qatar . We have Sent our Goods Promotional Gift Items through TNT China Still not received . Now goods are holding singapore.
Reason 99 kgs Minium to Qatar TNT China as Courier 155 kgs . Mistake from TNT China Part . If Minium Courier to Qatar is 99 kgs how they accept 155 kgs. This case we are reporting to Customer Care to take action TNT China and release our goods from singapore and deliver to Qatar Client without any additional expense due to delay in Delivery . Please request TNT Qatar to deliver the goods ASAP without any additional expense.

TNT Holdings impatient and rude staff

Called for a despatch from my Singapore office to Pasir Gudang. It was my first time calling for such courier services. The call operator got impatient when I failed to provide the exact details to her expectations and speed. Fine, I had plan to let it slide but the courier guy's attitude was the last straw.

He had passed me the airway bill for me to fill up and the address was longer than what we had to write for mailings to a local address. He got peeved and walked off, saying he'll be back before the end of business for the day. Before that, he sarcastically mentioned, "Wow, taking ages to fill a form!". I was too busy to even respond to him but thinking of it in the aftermath makes my blood boil.

These 2 episodes seriously spoiled my otherwise peaceful day. I was attending to some work-related stuff requiring my immediate attention as well. All he have to do was to take 5 mins of his time and everything would have been settled by now. I'm PATIENTLY waiting for him to return and collect my 100g parcel.

Would seriously contemplate on whether to call TNT the next time I require such service. Very poor attitude and service.

TNT Holdings service

Dear all very sad and disappoint to tell that TNT is not a professional organisation any more. We have a shipment #[protected] stuck in custom in India from last 10 day. We are continues taking follow ups regarding the same, provided all the information and document needed. Still we are not getting any information regarding the shipment. They don't respond properly on call, they keep asking for "" GST and AD code"" which we have provided 1 week ago.
This is an urgent shipment for our project. But the executives never check from their side and keep harrassing the customers

TNT Holdings driver

I would like to make a serious complaint about one of the TNT lorry drivers - PK61 WKU
I was driving along the A4044 temple way in Bristol, the lanes merge and I was just in front of the lorry and proceeded to merge (the only possible option) the lorry driver was not allowing me to do this for no reason and drove into the back right of my vehicle. He then got out of his large lorry to adjust his wing mirror then as we were stationary he approached my van shouting extremely aggressively with threatening language, he came to my window and continued. My 7 and 5 year olds were in the back and terrified.
As the traffic moved along the m32 the driver moved into the outer lane and remained level with my vehicle and kept edging over into my lane, moving me closer to the wall the other side of us.
This incident has left myself and my children extremely shaken as well as a mark on our vehicle where we hit us.

TNT Holdings service delays and lack of answers from customer service

GD329 686 288WW/pick up date: 8th March 2018/Tianjin, China
GD329 686 291WW pick up date: 10th March 2018/Tianjin, China

Destination: Cotonou, Republic of Benin, West Africa

The usual time to deliver a simple document package is 4days on any premier courier service.

The online tracking for both the above are NOT giving any conclusive details.
Your customer representative offices of Cotonou does not have a clue on the whereabouts of the packages!

Kindly update on the problems, reasons for the delay and also the likely date of delivery of the courier package.

TNT Holdings shipping from new zealand to italy

One mouth ago I sent back to Italy from New Zealand my personal goods. I spend almost 600$. The company stop it at the Italian border and told me that I must pay 243€ for tax and service. How is possible to pay 50% of the value of my used goods? Sounds a scam. Then when I receive my shipping, I noticed it was damaged as well. I already had international shipping but never with this problem. Which actions can I take?

TNT NZ was paid for additional tax as soon as the invoice arrived which was in November 2017. I received a letter from them with the invoice flagged as unpaid and a letter saying I was being charged $20 per day for storage and if it was not paid the dey would send out the debt collectors. WTF! I could not find the statement and thought maybe I had missed it so paid by credit card. I thin found the invoice, contacted them for a refund and 10 days later still no refund. Whe when they looked at the consignment note did they not see the payment? I know - they are not yet in the digital age and their finance department is sadly disconnected from their operations. Disgraceful way to treat customers so poorly done TNT NZ.

TNT Holdings driving issues

I would like to complain about one of your drivers. He was driving today in vehicle PL13 FVP in Lincolnshire near the A15 Haconby at approximately 12pm.
I was travelling along the A15 towards Morton and your driver was waiting at the junction at Haconby onto the A15.
There is no way he did not see me, I had my headlights on and he looked towards me and as I got within 50 metres he pulled out in front of me and then drove extremely slowly along the main road. He then turned off into Morton.
This was extremely dangerous driving and gives your firm a bad name I think.
Thank you for taking time to read this and hope this sort of driving is stopped.

TNT Holdings delivery delay and customer service does not respond on their promised time.

Collected from Italy 31st July 2017
On TNT website shows delivery 4th Aug 2017
Today 8th Aug 2017

Called customer service a few times.
3rd Aug to ask for tracking.

4th Aug to ask for delivery -
a. 1st call 11am customer service says pending customs clearance.
b. 2nd call 3pm still pending
c. 3rd call 6.30pm says product in Singapore still pending clearance.

7th Aug call 11.30am says product is in Dubai pending delivery
Request manager to call by 1pm because have to explain to my client of the delay to try to avoid late delivery charges. May have to pay to send to Korea these motors inclusive of customer ventilation fan.

Audrey, your Customer Service Manager did not call until 2.30pm. My customer called me at 1.30pm and is very upset that I am not able to give them any answer.

Audry told me that she will check and call me back by 6pm same day. I told her I will wait for Audry's call. She failed to call till now. 11.46am 8th Aug 2017.

8th Aug 11am Called customer service and your staff Leon has no idea whats going on and said that delivery is expected to be on 10th. No recovery steps has been taken so far by your staff.

How is TNT handling this delay and its implication to my company having to pay compensation owing to TNT delays and poor follow up service?

Kindly check your recordings on my conversations with your staffs. Nicholas, Rose, Audry, Jacq and Leon etc. I sincerely hope they treat other customers better than what I am experiencing. Their performance is a great way to chase customers away. They are serving your competitors very well indeed.

Our shipment awb is [protected], shipped from China to Jakarta, Indonesia by TNT
goods arrived Jakarta at okt 12, 2018 and still on custom now.
until today Okt 22, 2018 custom declaration letter still on revise by TNT.

we have revise may times and TNT didn't revise as we want, for 1 revise need more than 24 hours to revise and still have mistake.

1. this connected with our storage cost, (until today already 11 days for storage cost, will TNT bear this cost)
2. the goods are belong to our customer order, they have been very mad, because some items are project items.

How is TNT handling this delay and its implication to my company having to pay compensation owing to TNT delays and poor follow up service?

it's not make sense to revise custom declaration letter need more than 10 days to go and still not ok yet.

meanwhile our other shipment using DHL, they only need 1 day maximal to revise custom declaration letter until ok.

hopefully TNT will do investigation and pay attention on this

TNT Holdings no delivery

I am still waiting for my two parcels. It has almost been 3 weeks now. I am getting not feedback nothing. I demand to know what it going on. Their system have apparently crashed, but that is just their excuse for no service delivery. They gave me a whats up number to use which has also just ignored me flat. I want 3 weeks worth of income reimbursed to me as I could do no business. I had to give away free products due to the fact they never delivered my parcels! I want it delivered today! I was taking to an employee on whats app and this is a message I just reveived from them! How shocking!

Mam we are still waiting for a feedback from customs. Secondly, I don't appreciate your unpleasant messages. I will block you if you continue using offensive language when communicating with me.

TNT Holdings express international freight

Parcel scheduled for collection from Tyma CZ, 0n 26/06/17 for shipment to Belting Ware, Cape Town. South Africa.
Tracking no123065806.
On 10/07/2017 I tried to track consignment on your web site, but site not active.
Phoned customer services [protected]
First call answered after 4.30 minutes of listening to the most irritation advert messages: Explained my track request to the sales assistant, who asked me to hold on, and then was cut off.
Second call was answered after 9.20 minutes of irritating adverts,
agent had no clue as to where my consignment is.
First it is handed to 3rd Party fedex and she does not know where it is.
After my insisting that she find out, I am put on hold, when she returns on line, I am informed the parcel is in Maitland, 10 minutes from my office and will be delivered on Friday 14th.
I then enquire why it takes 5 days to deliver 6km distance
Again on hold
When she returns I am then informed that the consignment is in Amsterdam and has not yet left Europe - Now 15 days later and still in Europe.
TNT Service is Shocking, to say the least.
Customer service agents seem uninformed and of little or no help when confronted with a problem.
I still do not know where my consignment is or when it will be delivered.
