The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hi there my name is Patrick, I'm making a complaint today since I have recently had $29.99 taken out of my bank account with this company name on the transaction and I have no idea who or why they are taking money out of my account and how they have got a hold of my banking details since I never authorised any transactions nor gave any permission for them to do so . I would like this to be resolved swiftly and peacefully most importantly the money to be refunded back into my account a.s.a.p. as I'm not happy with the matter at all and will be forced to take further legal action if this matter cannot be resolved . Below I have left the details of the transaction including the date it happened. If you could get back to me a.s.a.p. that would be highly appreciated.

I have had several sites charge me from different sources there was 6 transactions from one day taken from my credit card I have never used my card over the net and have lost well over 500 Canadian dollars and would appreciate a full refund email me oreo9999999999@yahoo.ca thanks kindly and cancel what is going on with tnm billing thanks
