If you owe less than $600 don't bother paying because this collector will not collect. If you are owed less than $600 don't bother hiring Titan Revenue Solutions. They have no bite
as they were a total waste of my time:

"His background does not look bad. No judgments, tax liens or child support. We haven't pulled his credit report yet as we need to give him an opportunity to respond."
Creditor:
"I beg to differ. "xxxxxx has an extensive collections, civil, traffic and criminal history.
I've attached a snapshot of a few of his crimes in CA; more found in OR.
I failed to do my due diligence as a landlord
not conducting background checks. Would your 30% fee cover a credit and skip check?"
Titan Revenue Solutions:
"I don't feel we are a good match for your collection needs. Please consider this our notice to cancel the debt collection agreement."
Creditor:
"Why? Too much effort for so little revenue?
Or I exposed your incompetence?

Collection agency not following fair debt collection practices act
Angry yelling owner from Titan Revenue called me (even though I contested debt in writing) at home on Sunday, yelled and screamed at me, wouldn't let me answer questions, went over my credit report and made derogatory remarks, questioned my integrity and indicated I am a loser in life because I don't pay my bills. He slandered me, called me names and indicated I am a criminal. He didn't care about CA law or my documentation I submitted to him. After getting cold called and blasted, I called him back. He is scared to talk when he isn't the aggressive one calling you and he ended up threatening me to stop calling him or litigation. I advised him I want clarification from his comment, "he knows what kind of person I am" because child support is on my credit report.
