In an emergency when I have to use a PPT I can't anymore, they're all damaged and non working. The people who are in charge of repairing them, instead remove them. I lost 50 cents in one, I complained to 311, who relayed this to the Dept. Of Information Technology And Telecommunications. I receive a letter from Mr. Patrick Fergus, Customer Service Coordinator Franchise Administration, who in turn gives me Allen Chapman Director Of Pay Phones. When I try calling the number it's out of service. DOITT did an inspection, or so they said, and find PPT didn't return coins. I tell 311 Allen Chapman's number no good. I was ripped off I never got my refund. I reported other PPT's and received the same exact letter from P.F. Then I email DOITT and they give me a complaint #. They don't intend to repair or replace the phones. P.F gives me his phone # and email address, I can't even reach him, all I can do is leave a message which he doesn't return.
