Purchased on 2-26-2021, love the watch, but now its stopped keeping time, six hours off. I only take it off to shower, it looks nice.

Now trying to get the watch fixed as its under warranty (two years) is horrible and very unprofessional for Tissot. I have called, the "call center" which really tests the mental stability of clients. I have sent six emails, come on guess, not one was answered.

I need the package to send the watch back for r pairs or a new one. A Chronometer is the best, that is not what I received,.

We buy expensive Swiss watches to use with a confidence, but your products are worst than Japanese watches, my Japanese watches are running proudly. So that we are very disappointed about about your products and hope your company may provide me a solution.

i am disappointed by your product tissot watch, its gifted by my fiance on my engagement,
last time the water got into mechanism and the crown got broken when i opened the watch for the first time to set time,
i have complained to Rivoli store in Deira city centre dubai, and they told me the watch will be sent to the manufacturer for repairs because it is manufacture warranty,
since my watch is waterproof i have asked the rivoli center technician how come water went into mechanism, and i didnt get any response and the quality of the crown was so thin it came out when i pulled it out set the watch timing,
on my first complaint i was informed that the repairs are completed and the water will not go into mechanism all gasket are replaced and a quality of crown is good it will not broke while we pull it,

i dont wear the watch much and again my watch stopped working and when i pulled the crown to set the time, crown came out.

i gave my watch for repair in the same RIVOLI center of deira city centre, and i receive same estimation which i was informed at my first complain,

i am afraid to say that my repairs was not done properly and thats why the water got into mechanism again, and the quality of crown is not as good because when i pull the crown to set the time, it came out again broken.

i am losing my interest in your products,

i am writing this email to bring it in your notice that i am really disappointed by your product, and i do not wish to buy any product in future,

i have cancelled the estimation of repair because i feel it is useless since there in no quality in products and services, even if i do the repairs there is no guarantee, and i believe that with the best of my interest the concern tissot share holders will improve the quality of products and technicians who do the repair..

the repairs should be FOC because the issue was not resolved when the watch was under warranty,
now when it is out of warranty i have received the estimation

Well what can I say. This watch should not be sold, it stopped at 2:10 everyday weeks out of warranty. It was a graduation present for my son. I took it back to Chisholm Hunter whose it back to Tissot. Tissot wanted £295 to repair it. I asked for it to be returned to me as the repairs cost half the price of the watch! On examination the watch is now more or less in bits. The hands are swinging freely and the date part is perturbing. The watch is in a much worse state than when I sent it off... The way customers are treated with complete contempt is shocking. This watch should not be sold to innocent members of the public. Vintage Tissots may be good to be the latest manufacturing is appalling… I feel done over and a mug for buying it. Having read the one-star reviews I advise anyone who works hard for a living to not give Tissot your money.

I bought this Tissot 1853 Seastar on 4/3/2019 and have had problems with it ever since.
A few months after purchase my watch stopped working altogether so took into store where i purchased it from to where they sent it off for repair. Told me it would take a couple of months but was back in a couple of weeks, with no answer to what was wrong with it apart from it was all working.
I thought great this could be a one off as I have always found Tissot to have a good name.
The second time i had to send it back as it was losing time constantly, not by minutes but by hours. Again the store sent it back to yourselves but this time i had an answer that it was the battery that was gone, so they had replaced this and all should be ok. Again i thought great even felt a little silly that it was the battery, but a day after having it back it started doing the same. Everyday i correct the time, i try wearing all day and even at night to see if it keeps the time - this does not work. It is constantly losing time so the problem was never resolved.
I am fed up of taking this into the shop for repair it shouldn't be after seeing the reviews here I'm not the only person that has been having many issues with a Tissot Brand,
To Resolve this issue i would like a full refund of the watch as i do think this particular one is of poor quality and craftmanship compared to my other.

Hello, I got my Tissot Touch Solar T091420 A/ FCL U6D R2T/ 15 B C0095687 as gift three years ago, and now have detected a blob on the display (up in the middle part of the display under the centrum part of the clock face). Read about that issue, and would like to ask if there's anything possible to do with this. So even if it's known that this model has such Issue I was asked to contact service in CZ (after warranty repair).

I have received a Tissot ladies watch on 2015 as an Anniversary gift. Since my fiance is a corporate customer of Tissot watches he has decided to go for this brand.
But after around 6 months time I have noticed a colour fade in my strap. So I gave the watch to your registered service dealer "W A De Silva in Sri Lanka" and got it repaired finely. But again after one and half years time it starts to fade the gold colour in my strap. So I'm bit confused why this is happening again and again since we have decided to go for your brand based on the trust we have upon you. This kind of thing has never happen on my other Tissot watch and also I don't use perfumes as a habit.
I've attached my guarantee card, service receipts and current photos herewith. Much appreciate if you could attend to this matter urgently and looking for a favourable reply.

I bought this watch at beginning of 2015, the strap was damaged in Sept. 2018, I called BTC (Tissot sole agent in Egypt) they said this strap is not available and will be ordered for me, I've been following with them since that time for over than one year with unbelievable careless and procrastination attitude, I can't believe to throw the watch for 14 months unusable due to unavailable strap!
Is this the quality you're promising your customers?!

the chronograph buttons are not responding accordingly. Even if I push the upper right button, only the upper chronograph as displayed in the watch moves from 30 to 5, 5 to 10 and so on. Likewise, if I push the lower right button, only the left chronograph moves from 60 to 10, 10 to 20 and so on. Hence, the chronograph is not at all working. I tried several atrempts as suggested all over internet but with no good result. I have saved for a long time to buy the product and accordingly such occurrence bothers me a lot. Please suggest what to do as the warranty period is long gone.

Recently put my Tissot in for a new battery. Message came back saying that my watch was obsolete after 10 years and could not be repaired. I was differed new watches at a cut price from their cheap range. My watch is acdivers watch. After many conversations I was told it would be sent to head office in Switzerland to see if anything could be done. Came back with the same response of obsolete. It was my understanding that a well made Swiss watch would last for many many years. It was recommended servicing every 5 years which I did. After that they just wrote it off. Finally got my watch back after 3 emails and a phonecall. Took it to a local jeweller who replaced the battery and gave a perfect bill if health Waterproof seal also in superb condition. Cost of 12 pounds. I have been lied to by Tissot to get me to invest in a new watch which is disgusting. If they are obsolete after 10 years then they are an unwirthy investment. I am appalled at Tissot ethics with their customers.
I will never buy Tisdit again unless I receive an apology and compensation for disgraceful treatment if paying customers. They are telling me essentially that they can't even replace a battery. You can see by the ohoto that the watch is in lovely condition for its age. I hate to think how many people are being ripped off because of their service policies.

Please note that i have a problem with tissot EGYPT as w bought a watch from them and after a couple of time it color changed and appeared as non original watch not a original one and you can check the photos i added here so we applied this complaint as i don`t know how come i bought from tissot a watch which is expensive and its color changed like this however i bought a lot of other brands and the color not changed like this one so i need to know what can i do in such a situation is to not to but tissot again and not to recommend it to anyone or what ?

We had a very bad experience in Bucherer watch store in Lucerne, Switzerland.We were told that we will not get a tax refund if we do not have a credit card.we were told that prices for Tissot watches are same all over Switzerland But Boutique Silvia, Interlaken, Switzerland offered us 8% discount & helped us by filling out a form that can get us a tax refund even though we didn't have a credit card. This is a fraud and it is not accepted because they promised that it is the same price across Switzerland. We need immediate refund since we are still in Switzerland and will be leaving from Geneva on 13th. We request you to resolve this issue at the earliest so we can get a tax refund. I bought a tissot watch 3 years ago for around aed 2000 ($ 600) and it started to get rust inside and it stopped working all the dial keys got tight and cant use it anymore.

I gave to the service centre and the are asking me usd 235 to repair it.

I want to know if a watch of this price, water resist is supposed to get rust.

What kind of material is used to make this watch.

Did I bought a fake watch from the company that represent tissot in uae?

I have 4 tissot watches and all of them are ok, and now with this issue I started to loose trust on tissot and I regretting to have get 4 tissot watch.

I want to make a complain to the most unpleasant online shop from tissot website. I purchased a watch on August 10th, and there was no email confirmation for several days until I called the customer service, I was informed that my order was cancelled. The representative asked me to purchase again, so I did. Since I bought it as my boyfriend's graduation gift, I wrote a lot of words on the gift card, which was provided before I submitted my order. Than, today, I waited for the package for two hours, and the delivery people just left a door tag said that nobody at home. So I called the customer service. First representative told me the oder would be shipped again in two hours, so I waited for two hours, but nobody came. I called the second representative, he told me the order would not be delivered by today. But he said he will contact the main office to see what they can do. So I. waited for another 30mins, nobody called back. And I called for the third representative, than she asked me to hold on, and she finally contacted with the delivery guy. I finnally received my package. Most disappointed thing was, they didn't put my gift card in the package. So what was the point. they ask me to leave the message when I purchase the watch? I decided to choose tissot because I love the quality and the feedback of the watch, however the shopping experience made me so so mad. I hope someone at tissot apartment could give me an explanation with my terrible experience. Tissot is a well-known company, but I can't tell throgh this experience.

I bought the watch two year ago. It was working fine till one day when it started giving low battery warnings.
Since there is no service Centre in my area I tried to replace the battery myself. After seeing a lot of you tube video on battery replacement I gave it a try but unfortunately after bated replacement none of the sensors are working and touch is non responsive.
I am now deserted and have no clue of what to do . It was my mistake to buy such a expensive watch with such rate of failures

Not sure if the shop has tested the product before sale or it is the genuine tissot watch?
Because after purchase within two month watch has been stopped twice and now it has been stopped completely, I called the shop they want me to drop the watch for repair and it will take two month, I don't want to do so since this watch is only two month old and if this watch has been tested before being sold just in two month it should not stopped.

I think this watch has to be replace with new watch.
Please look in to the matter.

Dear concern,
I bought one tissot watch from Itali and 6th April 2019 from Itali with 2 year international warrenty gurrenty card. But after using two month battery gets fail and i send it to Time zone ( zamzam tower) Uttara. they take it and send me with 525 tk charge for the battery. I refused to give this money. but they told they dont accept international warrenty card. So they take that money and give me watch. but why will i have to pay money within 2 month while 2 year gurrenty i have.
