online slot booking complaint for special darshan
Dear Sir,
After booking online Slot for Special Darshan @ 1:00 pm on 28-07-2017, I have received the following message from the server :

So, I have proceeded further and booked again for the same slot on 28-07-2017. Second time, I got instant reply that my booking is confirmed. Surprisingly, another message also received with reference to the first booking that it was also CONFIRMED !
In this context, I request you to kindly cancel one of the booking made through online for Special Darshan on 28-07-2017, since both bookings have been made with same Aadhar Reference. The amount may please be refunded IMMDLTY as there is no mistake from my side and it was purely a technical problem from your server. Actually I need only one booking only. The booking references are mentioned below :

donor darshan
Sir,
I am daughter of a donor of 1lakh for Prana daana trust.My mother donated in remembrance of our beloved father who suddenly left us with a stroke in 2009. From past 5 years we are utilizing the donor passbook darshan.5 members were having darshan of lord balaji from our family once an year. When all of us could not make it at a time, we went 2 or 3 at atime and the number was marked in the book. Rest of us were allowed to have darshan another day.
Now after digitization of donor cell, we are told that even 1 member has darshan, quota for the year is closed, if we are not having it together.Due to this, my mother who is the actual donor, had to have darshan by free q line.She is a diabetic and we were worried to hear she had to make such a long line alone!
I want to ask you sir, how can 1 person's darshan equivalent to 5 person's darshan because of your digitization? What do you gain by not allowing seperate darshans for 5 members of donor passbook?What do you lose if you allow seperate darshan for donor passbook members?Your move to digitize passbooks should actually provide for such facility, as booking is happening online with each persons id proof is taken to mitigate any risk.Instead you are doing the reverse, depriving us of our privelege. I believe sir, that you will look into this matter and take the right step to help us have peaceful darshan of lord Balaji.

bad experience
Dear Sir, I just want to bring to your kind notice regarding the bad experience which we felt while Darshanam. Through TV Channels we came to know that Darshanam for pedestrian pilgrims is happening within 2 hours.So, we planned for pedestrian Darshanam on Sunday. On Sunday(i.e, 13-12-2015) we started by walk from Alpiri at around 7:00 AM and reached Tirumala at around 1:30 PM. After reaching we thought to have free meals so, reached Anaprasadam counter around 2:30 PM and it took us one hour to reach there.Anyways we had a good food and came back to Divya Darshanam counter. Around 4:00 PM we got into Divya Darshanam Counter and they have allocated us Q.28 compartment. Before going to Divya Darshanam counter they have provided us one plate of Sambar rice and one cup of milk. At around 6:45PM we came to know that Darshanam timings for us is 11:30 PM. We were surprised after hearing that. We thought Darshanam will complete in maximum 2 hours. But surprisingly they have informed us that it will take 7.5 hours for Darshanam. Please think i am a lady and my small kid age is 3 years we walked all the way 9 kms. Legs were paining horribly and my kid has started crying from 6:30 PM that he need something to eat. Unfortunately no snacks was there with us and we have tried to go out and get something for him but, compartment gates has been locked no faculty is hearing to us about our problem. So, in that condition we were not able to wait till 11:30 PM we came back to home with out Darshanam. At the same time a big incident happened in Q.26&27 compartment that the pilgrims has broken water pipes as they got angry because they have entered into compartment around 1:00 PM and till 6:30 PM they didn't get chance to have Darshanam. About your faculty - Literally they are just thinking pilgrims as dogs and they are treating them in the same way. They are not giving minimum respect to pilgrims . It's very bad. By looking into our difficulties one compartment supervisor informed us to raise a complaint on first Friday in the month. So, that they will take care of this kind of issues and because of you at least other pilgrims won't affect like this.I am sure will do this. My sincere request for you is 1. Please plan the Darshanam timings for pedestrian pilgrims ASAP. 2. In compartments if you think it will get late for Darshanam provide some food so that kids and old age people won't get affect. 3. Please educate your employees how to deal pilgrims. Thanks,
i am advocate bangalore...recently on 19/11/2018 i booked a online darrhsna ticket through one of the online portal Balaji http://www.balaj.in/ ttddarshanticket@gmail.com presuming that this is also valid TTD seva online ...as the present gate way is alomost similar to TTD gateway..i booked ticket to 10 family members ...for 300/- tickets for that the they charged exorbitant amount of Amount Rs 6180.00

stop vip darshans
Mr executive officer and commit sir you all discuss about shri lord balaji darshan to give each citizen for every 3 months. I think this is not a correct way. You all are using your business minds. First you stop all vip and brake darshan automatically you will see the result how the rush is normal. Daily 1 to 2 vip coming for darshan with whole family relative etc

I humbly request the TTD board members to minimize the VIP break darshan to limited VIPs. Like in other popular Hindu temples, all the devotees to be treated equally. It causes inconvenience to general public. I also request that since many years Maha Laghu Darshan is only offered to pilgrims. Pilgrims com from far and away placed to have darshan of Lord Venkateswara. But the treatment given at temple by the staff and volunteers is unbearable. Finally, pilgrims are unable to see the idol even for 30 seconds, that too from far off place. lAGHU DARSHAN may be provided to all pilgrims as well as so called VIPs on normal days. Kindly start the VIP break darshan from Supadham and mix them with other pilgrims so that everybody can have LAGHU DARSHAN of Lord. In the eyes of God all the Human beings are one and same. Do not show the discrimination based on money and status. Due to VIP break darshan the general public are losing the tolerance and becoming intolerant.
they have line the place with ### of the lowest order. may they rot in hell for causing the chaos and preventing people from praying peacefully. i will never go in there again. the hindu religion needs to learn from its brethren religions, go visit Mecca and Vatican get gods blessings there. people going to tirumala and hoping to get even a glimpse of god will be cheated if not violated by the TTD goons they have in the temple.
TTD has selected thugs as volunteers insidr the alter.They arr well trainrd in flinging devotees without warning be it a male or female devotee. TTD should first of train their volunteers some decency and decorum. They have no right to manhandle devotees. We dont come there to be insulted by a worthless volunterr inside the complex.o

I and my brother were trying to book tickets online from ttdsevaoline.com
The tickets get open booking sharply at 12:15am regularly.
But today as soon as they got open Suprabhatam tickets were zero instead of around 50 tickets.We be awake till such along time for booking our tickets but they if wont release tickets its problem for us.
I request you to please check in to this information about eseva or easy booking of TTD & i hope this wont repeat at least tomorrow again.

Ttd is a most corrupted organization I have ever seen. Even small scale servents ask for bribe there. No proper maintanance even though they are getting more income. Barbers should not charge pilgrims but they are demanding for bribe.

past 3 months trying for to book darshan tickets but when go to payment page it shows you are already somewhere entered details or booked by other pilgrim

We were waiting from two hours , lockers are not allotted , the person who is alloting lockers looks very irresponsible, he comes and gives the lockers to few again he will go some where and comes after long time...this is repeating .

My mother's purse with cash, debit and credit cards with it was stolen near srivari hundi on 17th August 2023 at around 11 pm.
A complaint was raised with the security but no action was taken to find out what and where abouts of the purse.

We booked padmavathi a/c room in tirumala on June 11th 2023 and vacated on June 12th.. we still dint receive amount from ttd
We have visited TTD on 18 May 2023. We booked room SNC 301b. When I was taking keys of room I deposited 500 rupees. When next day I Leaved room. I gave receipt of room and that man said me your refund will be deposited within next 24 hours.But still not received my 500 rupees. Please deposit my amount.
Fraud person Mangaraju gara +[protected], +[protected] employee of central railway+ member of TTD , selling unofficial balaji darshan pass and accommodation . Only takes money on name TTD accommodation in actual not provide any accommodation. For more information call me on below number.
