I am trying to cancel my subscription, but there is no reply from customer service to confirm it is cancelled.
I have been trying to contact them and I only get automatic response with instructions from their website which never work.
They took money for this moth and I am afraid they will keep doing that every month

Hi I'm emailing due to my tinder account being banned for [protected]. I haven't been explicit or inappropriate with any of my matches. I don't understand why I'm unable to access my account. I also never received an email informing me of the ban.
How do I dispute this or find answers as to why it happened. It seems anyone can report you and your account is banned without any investigation.

I've been catfished multiple times on ‘tinder' even though I've never used the application. I want it to stop as I feel like my privacy is violated and I feel bullied. As a uk citizen, I kindly ask for my request to be accepted.

I am a paying member, who has been using this service for 4 years. I read the policies and cannot determine what conduct I engaged in to warrant a ban from Tinder services. I suffer from depression, anxiety and agoraphobia, thus, your service has been essential to my contact with the world. I have been able to make friends and invite people to my home for social, therapeutic and romantic engagements. I have had long-term relationships with people whom I met on Tinder. I have been traveling for the last 3 weeks and through Tinder, I met a friend in NYC, who provided me with emotional support and then drove me to my daughter's graduation and held my hand during the commencement. I was able to celebrate my daughter's achievement despite the emotional chaos generated by my ex-husband's wife. To an individual who is afraid to and rarely leaves her home, Tinder is a means of making connections that are simply not available to someone who can go out, meet people and enjoy the world. I don't know what I did, but I regret any conduct on my part in violation of your policies. I request that you consider my appeal and reinstate my account and access. I promise, should you grant me access, that I will be compliant with account user policies and normative rules of behavior. And, should you grant my request, I will be so grateful to have my membership restored. Thank you for your kind consideration.

Hello, my account was just banned after I subscribed to your gold 1 yr service. My account had no issues previously (approximately one month or so of service) and did not violate any terms both in verbaige or pictures. Banned occured occurred after upgrade (purchase date 06/23 and banned same day)

Account was under phone [protected] (I believe this is accurate as it was automatic on my iphone)..if not I have can look back and find the account.

A girl named Rhea from bombay location is using my pictures and has made a fake profile. Please report that account as soon as possible.
She has been matching with people impersonating me. It can be misused for something bad also so please on precautionary basis report that profile. It is mostly in the area range of navi mumbai and even touches the range of mumbai

My name is Seamus Hackett and have been a member for over a year now. I tried to log on with my mobile phone and found I was banned from my account. I also tried from Facebook. I have not been given any reason as to why this has happened only a standard answer saying I has violated the terms of the membership. I whole heartedly despute the reason. I have been using your service and all of us sudden without doing anything Inappropriate I was banned.

A guy contacted me on Instagram just now. We talked and he asked me about how far was my palace from his college. And I told him it was very far away and he said you said something else earlier. He claimed that he found me on tinder and we matched and we've talked on tinder but I don't have any account on tinder at all. The specific person who is using my pictures as a tinder account is also Telling people that I'm bisexual and more stuff about me. When the guy asked that fake person to give her Instagram, she gave the right Instagram and immediately unmatched with him. To conclude, someone has been using my pictures and info as a tinder profile. Please do something or let me know if I can do something about it.

I was ban from tinder for literally no reason.

Can you help me please. Upon signing up to tinder on the app it showed me I would be charged £11.72p per month for tinder subscription.
I signed up to it as I thought that monthly charge is affordable. However, upon checking my bank today it appears that I have been charged the full year £118

I would like to change this to monthly payments please, paying the full amount has left me in financial hardship.

I'd like to continue using tinder but only paying monthly payments.

Purchased tinder gold, I logged out and signed back in and lost gold. Try to restore several times with no luck. Contacted Tinderhelp who kept on requesting screen shots of the issue. I have sent 7, 4 days with no reply from customer support. Paid 6months in full, was a monthly format and cant use Tinder as per paid agreement. NO FURTHER HELP FROM TINDER. FFS YOUR [censored]E !

Had 10+ on the matches as they were advertising me gold so I thought why not.

So bought it, thought great there were 12 women, only to realise I had swiped left on 6 of these women throughout the day. And 4 of the other 6 were not only scam accounts 1500+ miles away but also fell outside of the age criteria I have.

I have sent a complain into their support but as per I expect it fall on deaf ears. Going to try reporting them to Google play as I believe it breaches their terms of service.

My sister had previously used my number and email unknowingly to make a tinder account, and it was rightfully banned but now I myself am wanting to have a tinder account but cannot since she had my number and email blocked and was wondering if there was any way around being banned. I used tinder a long time ago (many years) and purchased the tinder plus option. All of a sudden I got an error number pop up on the screen. Tried everything I could to log in but was unable to. I emailed the company to end up being told I was banned. They refused to give me a reason. I asked for a refund numerous times and they refused. This made me wonder how many times they have cancelled subscriptions and kept the money, imagine a phone company cutting your service off without reason and not giving a refund. Eventually when I quoted some law and legislation to them they eventually offered me a refund which proved so difficult to get I eventually cut my loses and gave up. I didn't care about the money, more the principle. I suspect that I was banned because I put ''no vegans'' in my bio, I used to receive endless abuse and reports from them, I never argued back. I believe the system works on a self policing algorithm and they do not have the man power to investigate properly. A fatal flaw in the app is users can report your profile without even matching.

Stupidly I decided to re download the app again in the future. Before I was getting maybe 1000-2000 matches a month. I purchased unlimited likes again, however this time round I noticed I was not getting any matches at all. I kept swiping until I got a ''something went wrong here, please try again later message''. I certainly had not run out of matches as I live in one of the most populated cities in the world. This is false advertising, I do not know if they have my IP address or something on record, but they are blatantly manipulating algorithms to show your profile to others. You are not getting the service you pay for or unlimited likes. There are a lot of posts and info online relaying the same message.

Report the company to your local trading standards.

Hello my name is Conor. I have used tinder for a while now and overall it has been a positive experience, however I have recently paid for 25 likes. I have proveeded to use approximately 5 or so likes and all the rest have disappeared. This is the 2nd time that likes have dissappeared. As i have paid for these i feel as though i am being ripped off. I would love to continue to use this app and will do so if the issue can be resolved. Please fix this or refund the money.

I was billed 112.00 for a 6 month membership that I did not authorize. I downloaded the app on 5-24-19 and thought it was free. Can someone please assist me with this issue.
