I have started using tinder few weeks ago and this was the most horrifing experience I ever had by using a dating app. I have bough tinder plus and first time I started to use it, it worked 3 hours, after that, I couldnt send or receive messages and one person I was in contact with told me I disappeared from his matches! For no reason they have blocked me or put me on invisible, stopping me from using a SERVICE I have bought! I had to close my account and make a new one and I used again my aquisition but the same problem repeated, after few hours all was dead! I asked at customer service to refund or to support me in my problem but I receive no email back! Abusively they take money, block accounts and dont offer any support! I stopped using it for a few days and after I made a new account and bought a new tinder plus to try again although they didnt REFUND ME at all first time! But same problem repeated, after getting some matches in one hour, after 3-4 hours I was invisible again! I asked refund next day and I received no answer.Horror! No respect for customer.

Hi there, i was banned today 22/05/2019 for "a violation of terms of use". I paid for the subscription 2 days ago havent even spoke to anyone yet and only have 2 pictures of myself on my account (which are family friendly pictures) so i am very confused as to why i am banned. i travel all over the world and use tinder,
this is the 3rd time I'm in nigeria and my tinder location is back home in israel.
this is the 3rd time i have been banned for no reason.
i have payed full yearly membership last month, and now banned and can not be paid back my money. 150US$.

this is ridiculous

no one in their customer service gives an actual service

Some profile in tinder called evgenia in kiev is a scam.
Some crook use the pictures of a girl in moscow that I discovered later to be an instagram succesfull profile.
That crook is trying to catch guys that will pay for a travel with that fake evgenia.
The phone he is using in whatsapp is +380638708512.
Fortunately I was not enough naive to be catched.
I attached the picture used for the fake profile.

good afternoon. i am a 23 year old female named lexii and i had an account with tender for a while before it got deleted and i got banned from the site for no reason. im not sure why this wouldve happened and ive tried to recreate one since it happened but it still says im banned and its been atleast a couple of months. please help. thank you for your time.

on the app it says 17+ i was 17 turning 18 in a couple days when i got banned. i am not 18 and have not been u banned. i did absolutely nothing wrong and never got to experience the app because i was a few days young. RIDICULOUS. i mostly got the app because i struggle with getting a relationship and make friends. i was very very hurt to find out i was banned. everytime i email them i get no response. i guess i'm not getting unbanned. my profile was very appropriate and i never said anything inappropriate

i signed up for tinder gold paid $50 for one month.

one conversation with one tinder member became aggressive (his side) i defended myself appropriately without being aggressive back. he then said he was sick of time wasters and was going to report me for harassment. i reported him too.

i then try to log in next day and find i am banned. i then contact tinder through appropriate channel to advise them of the situation and the unfairness considering he was the one who was aggressive to me.

no action has been taken by tinder except for a standard reply about being safe and reporting harassment.

i want either a refund of my $50.00 or reactivation of my account.

I've signed up on tinder to find a partner. A couple of weeks in, I decided to upgrade my account since I was missing out on some connections. A couple of days later, my account was banned while I was in the middle of trying to communicate with someone. I do not feel that I did anything inappropriate and upon reviewing the policies I can confirm that I have indeed NOT broken any policy rules. I also want to point out that it is easy to accidentally click on report someone without even realising it which would account for so many people being banned. I would like to have my account reinstated or the upgrade refunded. Unless, of course, you can provide proof of any wrongdoing, in which case I will humbly leave the matter to rest.

Well I literally got banned for nothing I'm not a perv I don't harrass people I have no understandwhatsoever of how this ban came about I've used the app for years and never had a problem. Would very much like some form or resolution as I didn't do anything just woke up to a ban . I would love to have my account restored and at the very minimum what rules did I break because I read all the fine print and I haven't broken any. Yet guys can go around harassing women or shagging half the cityand that's fine to you guys but God forbid someone follows your guidline's I guess you you better throw a ban their way. What's wrong guys is it because I refuse to rate you well tbh if this isn't resolved I will but I will be resounding 0. I could understand if I did something wrong but I didn't and if you had a look you'd see that too

I have only been using this app for 30 min. I have had no contact with anyone on the app. My profile fit the guidelines yet when I went to log back in it said I was banned. I reread the guidelines and my profile fit without going against it.

I would like to be unbanned and inform of why my account has been banned.

Hi, recently joined the Tinder online dating app and within 3 wks i started conversation with 3 guys of interest. Investing time and cost leading to future meeting each other that has now been lost as i went to jump back online to set up the meet and found i was banned. My account locked out of.
I contacted via email and was advised that i had breeched their terms of agreement and they take such violation very seriously. My account will not be reversed. No explanation was given as to what i had done after asking for proof of violation.
I have since heard of others who have had the same happen to them... banned without provocation and no refund of their subscription. Appalling and extortionate of the tinder app company, where i believe their botts program is defective in picking up violations.
Not happy! Missed opportunities here! Wasted time and money!

I haven't been logged into my account for about 2 months maybe longer and when I tried to log in it said I was banned. I went over the guidelines and I'm more than sure that I didn't break any rules. I just dont understand. Itd ne great if you guys gave me a specific reason but no. Is there anything that can be done could you guys review my profile? I'd just like to know why I was banned.

I tried logging in to my tinder app on Wednesday night & realized I've been logged out & banned, I opened another profile 1am this morning and I got banned opened another at 11am & now I've been logged out, I really want to know what the issue is, is someone reporting my picture, profile or my I.P address is being flagged...This is so unfair, this is a dating site people meet banter and have fun without being judged & shouldn't be banned except for really strong allegations...

If I had a subscription it would not have been refunded. This happened on the 17th of April 2018. I just logged in to find screenshot saying I was banned. It seems an appalling way for this company to behave to not give a reason, I would recommend nobody ever pays to use this site as you can have your account cancelled at any moment and no refund offered. Not to mention all the contacts I have lost, including one girl I really liked, no I will never see her again, for no reason at all.

I downloaded the app yesterday since this morning I've had trouble loading the app I've reinstalled it a couple of times, attempted to make a new account etc, I've lost my matchs for nothing but still won't let me log on once I actually can log on my profile picture doesn't show up neither does option to swipe left or right.

Can I please be shown on to fix this please highly annoying

I have been trying to log into my account but it keeps telling me to enjoy me youth. It thinks in 14 which I was in the early 90's. I can prove my age by emailing a passport of driving licence. I don't know what has gone wrong but I contacted customer services and I've had no response. Please can you reinstate my account as there was someone I was talking to that I actually would like to meet. Thanks.

I have been using tinder for years and have made many friendships and met lots of great people through it. A few days ago a man sent me a risky message and I replied. Recently I logged back on to tinder to find I was banned. I had violated the terms and conditions - even unintentionally. I apologize for breaking the policy of the app because I do respect the ideals of tinder. I regret responding and know now it's against the rules and it will never happen again. 3. Go to Manage Account
4. Either disable Auto Renew or select Cancel

Canceling your subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on cancellation date. It was not done on iTunes it was done on the website with a credit card. It's also not my tinder account. Can you please look into this properly.

I paid for a friends first month of tinder so he could try it out. It's renewed now and is like to stop it. I can't reach them and so cannot get it cancelled their end. Can you please cancel the renewal against my card?

I deleted my Tinder profile roughly two weeks ago yet I was informed by Vodacom today (04.04.2019) that I have been billed R218.49 for my Tinder Gold Subscription - I subscribed to Tinder for one month (R189.99) on the 5th March 2019 but did not subscribe to Tinder Gold...yet I was billed ?

Please delete all Tinder subscriptions immediately as I no longer have a tinder profile.

I would appreciate it if you could confirm receipt of this complaint and confirm that all subscriptions showing on your system have been deleted.
