I am using tinder since more than 2 years . And I know each terms and conditions. I have paid for this app too. Before paying I did not get any problem. But now it is saying my account is reported too many times... I have never used bad words. Then why this? Just because I have paid for the app! And if you can't resolve my issue then give my money back. I have already 10000+ likes pending which I even cannot see..

I had not matched with anybody or messaged anybody in over two weeks, but had logged in the day before to swipe some. The next day I logged in to a banned account! I received no warning via email, and customer service will not even tell me WHY my account was banned let alone do anything about it! Unacceptable! I paid over $100 for a 6 month Tinder Gold subscription! I should at least receive some reasoning behind the banning of my account! I am genuinely annoyed to the extreme! What the hell kind of business model / customer service is this?!

Lives in Stellenbosch is such a person. From the start it says 33km away. Stellenbosch much further away... but also whoever this person is, her or maybe a him they asking for money but firstly making you believe they so much in love with you ext... How many unsespecting guys are on Tinder that they already went through... As fake as you can get them... Also went under the name Paula. Asking for payments as "she needs cash for whatever"... Sure the emails already set up also and just changing where required. Fake! Even playing the feel sorry for me card also. Very well organised but many other people will fall for this also and they will all be paying... 😡

Hello my name is Alonzo I'm emailing you guys very disappointed because someone has made a fake account with my name and with pictures from my instagram they are spreading false rumors and some of my family members have came across it and it just really makes me feel bad. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me get he account taken down ASAP, thank you. The fake account trying to impersonate me is titled "Lonzo" and is listed as 18 years old, they have put my Instagram in their bio which is "@Lonzo.uc". I'm only 16 years old. I have gotten direct messages on Instagram from countless men and it's beginning to make me uncomfortable. I really hop you guys can take this account down as soon as possible thank you! I have left a screen shot of the account to make it easier for you guys to find.

I have made a purchase through tinder app for tinder Gold. I don't see the option if cancellation . The steps which are mentioned on the help section doesn't work either. When sent an email to customer care, I was told that my subscription is already cancelled, however I got charged the next day. So please cancel it or tell me the correct way to cancel it.

I've lost my phone sim card and cannot log-in and have asked customer service for help to log in again. They just answered that I have to confirm my account so they can delete it. I wrote again that I asked for help to log in again and no answer! I then send them a description of my profile and send the a pic og me with a date on a paper and I have contacted the customer service for at least 3-4 times and they never answered me and I had to ask one guy I've matched with on instagram who confirmed that my account is still active and I cannot log in! It's not the first time the customer service sucks! Last time using that app with people who can't even figure out how to help the users. They apparently have no idea how to help.

Someone made my fake account on tinder with fake gmail and has put my display picture and instagram with my number on display
Whoever it is has opened account from gmail because from my number they need otp
Problem is my number is there on display and everyone is msgn me on whatsapp and instagram since then
Please solve this issue
Block that account and if possible you can send me location of the person who has made that account

I am disgusted how I got banned from Tinder this has affected my life and confidence why should have men more rights then females. I'm a good citizen I feel like a criminal when I am genuine and honest. No other dating app has treated me this way. I can not login by mobile or Facebook. Thanks for ruining my life I am still single. Please give me a chance to go back on I have the right to meet new people. I deserve to be treated like a human not a criminal.

I did create a Tinder profile, I wanted to verify my email address. So verify link was sent to my email, after clicking that and trying to log in on the Tinder web page, I got error that I could not log in and would need to try again later.

I did try the verification time and time again, for couple of days. Trying different browsers, Firefox, Chrome, IE.. still nothing.

I figured it might work after deleting my account and making new one, since my account was just one week old. So I did delete the account, tried to make new one and boom, I got message that my account has been blocked.

I did contact the customer support and just got message that my phone number/Facebook account was permanently banned for breaking the rules of service. And there was nothing they could do or even help me solve the original problem with the email verification error.

So the Tinder web application has some kind of bug with email verification links, I try to solve that and get permanently banned in the process with no way to reverse this. How is this fair in any way?

I want my old account restored and email verified correctly.

my number is some how corrupted when I put it in the tinder app and when I hit resend I get a bunch of letter code behind the number code I haven't even got to use the app because I always get a error code my number is phone [protected] my email is [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]@gmail.com I feel some how hacked some one is deliberately causing havoc and corrupting peoples profiles. I hope you can solve the problem so far im not impressed and thinking of using alternative sights instead.

I am disgusted and appalled at how I have been treated, like some criminal and I have not committed any violations. I had created a new app and been on the site for less than 24 hours when I was banned. I have had no contact with other members during this period. Quite frankly, guilty is not a good practice.

Disgusted. I'll not be using the App ever again and I'll be telling all others to not use it. Might want to rethink your practices; there are hundreds of complaints about this same experience with other users.

I haven't even had the chance to like anyone etc before it banned me straight away!
Seems like it's a common occurrence for gold members to get banned which means tinder will always get that one off non refunded payment and an easy way to make definite cash

I am wondering why my account was banned I believe I haven't done anything wrong and I haven't even got matches and I get banned before I could make any matches like I get banned the next day I create the account every app is blocking me and I read the policy and I haven't done anything to breaks rules in really confused please tell me what I did wrong

Tinder banned my account without any valid reason and without any notice, and without any explanation after they let me subscribe for 1 year.

I want to fill an official complaint against them for cheating me and taking my money then they banned my account without any valid reason.

I already contacted them by they didn't reactivate my account yet.

I did nothing wrong. My account got banned. I want access to my account or atleast a new account. I tried just saying whatever and starting a new profile, and it didn't work. So I have no idea what I should do... Had the same account for years. Lost all that information. I need an explanation, or some type of reasoning for what is going on. Would be different if I was disrespectful - but no. Help.

Tinder is fun dating app but as women we are flicking through pictures than involve men with there tounges out and there shirts off or worse. Why does tinder think it is acceptable to have us have to view these pictures in order to use their service . you cannot complain unless you first like that photo.. NOT acceptable. Tinder has a duty to women not subject us to these offensive advances . Are they not requires to be respectful to omen using their app? they should be screening all the photos they go up ... I hope a claasier app takes them out of bussiness. What is there legal obligation here. This is surely wrong. Tinder you Your practices are POOR

This is the third attempt to make contact with the relevant authorities at tinder.

My partner and I set up an account on tinder to find a woman who might be interested in our polyamourous relationship.

As far as my partner and I were aware (through reading and rereading your rules and guidelines) this account was in accordance with the terms of use, community guidelines and was not offensive or inappropriate.

I would like to appeal the decision to ban our account and would like to inquire as to why exactly it was banned at all.

a perpetrator has created a fake tinder account, unlawfully using photos of my minor son's instagram account without his knowledge or permission.

We have contacted Tinder, but have not received any feedback or acknowledgement of receipt.

Could you urgently assist to get this account suspended and also to get the information of the creator of the account.

I tried getting on my tinder account and it stated that I had been banned for violating terms, but I don't understand what I did wrong. I purchased the tinder gold and I haven't said anything provocative. I haven't pretended to be someone else and I'm certainly not a bot. So, I'm curious as to why I was banned. I found a really nice guy on there and tinder was my only source of speaking with him and now I'm mad because I've been banned for doing absolutely nothing. Can I at least have my money back since I just purchased it today and didn't hardly use it? I'm disappointed in this company for banning so many people who have done nothing against your terms.
