Could you please help as I'm very distraught as someone has set up a fake account of me with my phone number and where I work. They have taken photos from Facebook. Someone is sitting on the app and actually messaging guys saying to text me. I have had 10 different guys texting me this morning which I have asked them to report as a fake profile in order to resolve it.

Can I find out who is doing this as I want to report it to the police.

Hi, every time I try to message one of my matches back the app completely closes down and I can no longer see our messages or speak to my match. I just want this problem fixed so that I can continue to talk to this person. Is there anything I can do? I tried shutting down my phone, shutting down the app and nothing works. If I delete the app and reinstall it will I still have my messages there and I can try that? Please let me know, thanks.

An ad for Tinder Gold popped up on my account and my friend clicked it, and since my bank details were already typed in, she paid the £41.99 and it was taken out of my account. Is there anyway this can be refunded since I now have no money for the next 2 weeks and I didn't want Tinder Gold in the first place? I need this money to go back into my account, is there any way that it can be refunded, I can't afford to not have this money.

Someone took my pictures off of Facebook and made an account under my name and it’s not me. Please remove the account or contact me to see what we can do to fix it. How do I make sure that this kind of thing doesn’t happen again? There should be a way to make sure that the photos are actually of the person who made the account. Not just some random persons photos. I am upset and want the account taken down as soon as possible.

I am a paid member of Tinder I can't access my Tinder account.
It says something went wrong. Several days now.
The worst part is that Tinder has not replied to any of my messages (about 20) where I was dutifully attaching screenshots.
I feel helpless as they are ignoring me completely. It's like they customer service does not exist. No apology, no solution. It makes you feel cheated and helpless providing you pay for the service.

i would like to offer the Idea. The best way to make maximum amuont of likes is to boost Tinder with " Bost " and using Tinder plius make [censor] much likes [censor] posible in 30 min ( lets say you can do 3000 likes, by changing location or without changing nothing), but it's so tedious.. my arm gets tired..
So lets create a mechanical device attaching to the phone to swipe likes [censor] many as posible. But you also need to upgrade app speed because I'm swiping faster than your app can show girls!

Good evening this is maya I'm emailing on this account behalf of my fake profile that somebody created on tinder. Somebody has created my fake profile in order to humiliate me. I need the profile to be taken off immediately as I'm a university nursing student, it is degrading my reputation. Because all of my my friends have seen that profile and there are many fake rumours about me because of this fake profile. My name is maya, and I have included the screenshot of the fake profile.If there are any fake profiles or any other profile please I would like them to be taken down I no longer have tinder and I do not plan to have iT for a long time . I have attached the pictures of what someone has said about me on this profile . I am also sending you several other pictures of mine that were on tinder as well .

For some reason I can't get logged in to my account. It continues to tell me something went wrong try again I tried to delete Tinder and reinstall it but still cannot even login what is going on. It will not even allow me to put in my username or password again it just keeps saying something went wrong try again which I have now tried on five different occasions but still nothing

To all Tinder ladies out there I would be extremely cautious of user name Range37 or goes by Range 9112. He's a womanizer, he's 37, only trolling for sex with you only, he has no intentions to have a relationship with you, just strictly sex! I know by seeing the messages he was telling these women, just shocking! He's charming, a devil, calcalating, physical & mentally abusive! I was in a relationship with him for several years, unfortunately finding out he's been cheating on me with 18-37 years old women. Wasn't sneaking around he just forgot to close his iPad was over 15 + women he met on this site & hooking up ...meanwhile, I confronted him what I found was true, he got so out of control, shouting & held my wrists, shaming merits ALL my fault, slammed me on the floor & beat me up! He never got this physically abusive towards me before, just shouting arguments seldomly, I'm shocked! In a legal issue with him please be careful do background checks on all men you plan to date, I learned my lesson! Ban this horrible, selfless man & prevent him potentially from hurting other women! Put a warning on his mug shots. He has a criminal background too!

I have been trying to contact them for over a week now and no one is getting back to me. I sent over 5 emails and as they have no phone number I am unable to try calling.

I paid for a Gold service which is an annual fee of £45 and this feature has not been unlocked. I checked my subscriptions on my Iphone and I am indeed paying for this service without actually being able to use it.

Please can you get back to me regarding what my next steps should be?

I wasn't looking for a serious relationship, just came there for finding new contacts with a further friendship. Nothing else. So many people are hanging on this website doing nothing, looking for someone who probably doesn't exist. I deleted my profile in a day when got a bunch of messages from a couple of pervs. Lots of fake accounts with fake pictures. Very disappointing. Looks dirty and unorganized.

I got locked out of my old account (I lost the phone number I used, someone else has it now) and I had tinder gold, and now I can't use it on my old account. I have tried cancelling my subscription, but I can't start using it again until Sept 25 and I won't be able to use tinder gold at that time (I won't have enough money). Does anyone know how to start tinder gold again right away?

Hi, this is to bring to your notice that my fake profile has been created on Tinder. I have never been or had a tinder account ever. It is extremely disturbing to see such a thing. If the profile is not removed on urgent basis, i will have to get legal matter to solve this issue. I will definitely take a legal action against the company if my profile is not removed on urgent basis.

I removed the tinder app from my phone months ago and did not from Facebook. I changed my profile picture on Facebook 4 days ago and was contacted by a friend who screen shotted a picture of my new picture which was displayed on tinder. Can you tell me if someone has logged into my account from a different device? Or would this automatically happen? As I am now in a relationship I was not pleased to be seen as active on a dating app. And as my profile picture was so new I cannot understand how that has happened and I am concerned re security.

Somebody has created a fake id by my name Sskshi Chaturvedi and my pictures in it. The creator has also mentioned all my personal information like my Phone no., Email, Instagram id etc. Due to which I've been facing a lot of problem from sometime. I've received messages on Whatsapp from 150 people who found my no. on tinder. KINDLY GET MY FAKE ACCOUNT BLOCKED AND DELETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Regards.

On the 1st june I joined a suscription for 12.43 a month I canclled it the same week; I have been still charged each month for this payment and am furious as looks like im not the only one who has been scamed. I have chased this up with google apps who assures me with proof it had been canclled but you have continued to charge me and I have spokeb to my betwork provider who tells me the same im so angry I demand a full refund and a apollogy this is discusting!

I get charged $9.52 every 7 of the month on the credit card number [protected] (I don't have the account number as I deleted it and lost track of the transactions), but I have asked around June (don't remember the exact date) to end the Tinder Plus contract as I am not even using the app anymore. I ask you to end those payments instantly, that is starting from 9/7. Please just stop any payment associated to that credit card, thank you.

Hello,
I live in Istanbul and one of my friends found a Tinder account with my picture and age. I have never had a Tinder account and I am very upset that someone has stolen my picture to use on Tinder. My friend found the picture on his Tinder match under Buse, age 34. Can you please look into this and erase it immediately? Thank you.
