I used tinder a very long time ago. I attempted to log in recently, and was informed my account had been banned because of inappropriate behaviour! Well as I hadn't used ut, it was a fair question to ask if my account had been hacked and my private information compromised. I have had some very serious scammer emails, and calls and texts over the last few months. Its very stressful and worrying. I email customer services four times, asking if my account had been hacked and my information comromised, and made it clear I did not want my account reactivated, the response with each email was almost identical, it did not answer my concerns about my account safety, and just kept repeating over and over that they had looked and react ives my account. Not what i've been asking! It is very clear that customer services are bots. I need to know if my account has been hacked. Is my information still at risk?

My account was banned for someone else trying to use my number to log on tinder because they're account was banned and it was Not to my knowledge that the person did this is it possible my account can be unbanned I have followed all the terms and conditions and have been waiting to create an account for the longest and I'm disappointed that my account is banned from others actions

I recently had an issue through Tinder, where a user got a hold of codes to access my account and hacked it. She managed to change settings and send content which got my account banned. I have tried tirelessly to plead my case to Tinder only to met with what can be explained as unjust treatment. Where purely because their terms where violated, I needed to be banned. No appeals, no consideration of what has transpired, just a ban. Which has not only affected me but other accounts my brothers use as the IP address has been blocked. They didn't do anything wrong and even they can't use their account. I've always been an honest user of Tinder, never been rude or sent nasty messages. I just want to be heard fairly and my case properly considered!

I am a man seeking women. My account was hacked, somebody change my profile to a woman interested in men and I got deluged. I went to the help center looking for information to get a hold of somebody immediately but you don't have this option. I went through the process of changing my passwords resetting my profile and unmatched from numerous male connections. Now somehow I am banned? I am verified and I've been paying for a premium membership. Thanks

on the day of my birthday, all of a sudden my tinder account got banned I have been paying customers for two years had few good dates who turned out to be not worthy.

so when I emailed them to explain to me why my account was banned no response ghosted...
no explanation on my money back or anything they kept my money and now I can't even use the service. I don't want them to unban me tell me what I did wrong

I have been scammed and traumatized by one of Tinder users.
I have placed a complain on Dec 7th, explaining verbally what happened.
I have not provided any back up/ proof that this person has been "camping" in my life for a half of a year and lied to me giving false promises and swearing in love to me, all his nude pictures, abnormal emotional bursts, proof of my expense for the resort when he visited me, etc.
I have not provided this evidence because associate (Gwen) did not ask for this.
Then Gwen notified me that the case has been investigated and solved, and she wont tell me about the outcome, to follow Tinder Policy.
Well, the way she "investigated" it says to me that she got no true story and I am questioning if Tinder solved an issue and remove this pervert from the site. If she took his story (which will be a lie), same as she took my story, without proof / evidence, then she wont have real picture of what happened. He is a scammer and a Liar. And I am trying here to make sure that you stop him doing what he does! and no other woman would suffer.
When I started using Tinder, it said its a dating site, not scammers site or not hook up site. I was not planning to go thru another Drama 1 year after my divorce. My depression pills do not help me now after what happened to me! I think you should be more selective in membership, and more responsible in follow up on issues like that!

I have a unpaid profile for over 2 years.
Had some dates but nothing that gave me sparkles.
So here i was watching formula 1 seeing Grossjean hitting the wall and a ball of flames.
After he was ok i was checking tinder, and suddenly bam i was banned?
For a profile that looks normal, normal pictures and a normal person?
And no answer from them at all !
This violates my rights as a human being.

I recently re-signed up for Tinder. Since I did I have not gotten 1 like which before I would get at least 50 a day. I pay for Gold membership and I want this matter resolved

I was haveing two nice conversations and was depressed when they unmctched until I found out they were bots like an hour later when I got another match and messages in the same format as last 2 When I questioned the next 3 when they wanted my info auto unmatch is what they did. I don't think I matched with a single real person in a week. All i ask is for better regulations of the bots please because 5 matched in one night all bots just isn't right especially when I had my hopes up for one of them I have no photos or videos because they literally deleted their account afterwards and I couldn't report it

My account was banned last night and because I put my only fans in my bio that I use for my work out fitness I was not aware this was against your rule and I would of taken it off if I knew that I only put it on there so people could learn more about me my fitness is basically the main thing I do I'm sorry about posting it I will take it down and would like it if you are able to unbanned my account

September 15th.
I was suddenly banned today with no reason as to why. I have carefully went through the community guidelines and theres not one thing I could have closely even done. Unless someone reported me for offline behaviour, in which case I never even met anyone. The only thing I can interpret is that I made a joke on my profile and someone reported it for violence. It was along the lines of:
"Hi. How are you. How was your weekend. Where are you from" Repeat [SHOOTS SELF] :)"

It was a joke regarding the process of talking to multiple people. Otherwise, I have paid for this service and have no idea as to how I was possibly banned.

Additionally, they don't answer the methods they provide to contact them. There is also no ability to get ahold of someone. Its absolutely ridiculous.
No ability to contact customer care, no responses on the methods provided, banned my account when I didn't defy the rules or guidelines

I have been banned by Tinder. for no reason. Writing them email after email to tell me why they think I deserve to be banned. No reason ever mentioned and just being told there is no recourse! Again NO Reason whatsoever, nobody tells me even a hint, just a link to the guidelines that just prove that I have not violated any terms. My account was up for over a year and had been unchanged for several month! It's ridiculous and seems to be a scam to make money, since if you have a subscription at the time, they just take your money without having to give you any refund and on top of it all the people you matched with and maybe even started to have a good conversation are all lost and so they are also playing on and with people's emotions first luring them in and then take their matches away and their money! Something has to be done about this. This has been happening a lot now for a while as I see many complaints about this and there should be a class action law suit against them for violating consumer protection laws, they need to be required by law to have to prove any wrongdoing in each case or to have to refund the total amount (incl. interest).

i was violated for freedom of speech. I put a picture on my profile that was constitutional and Tinder decided to close my account for freedom of speech.

There is a man on tinder who is scamming women he is a black man age 49 his profile says Brian 49 he's a scammer he is from LA and then Las Vegas in the 90s where he went to federal prison for drugs 7 yrs along with this brother and cousin he was convicted in 2010 of real estate fake corporation scams of hundreds of thousands of dollars and older women he charms them and steals everything his actual name is Brian Keith Jackson and I just came across his profile on tinder I was so shocked I swiped left instead of report my actions proved to late to retrieve the profile he's a huge danger he's in the California LA/orange county area you need to get him off here check Google Brian Jackson online dating scammer he went to prison for this now you've let him back on here omg get him off Ladies beware he's also physcially dangerous stay away this is him

I hate to write complaints but I am out of ideas.

Since the 30th June, I am not getting any verification texts, and as such I can't actually log into my account for 48 hours now.

I have raised many tickets to which I have not received any resolution, advice, but no resolution.

Situation:

So on the 30th June, I deleted my account and recreated it to get fresh results as I was planning to buy the Tinder Gold package, to which I did successfully.

So I created a new account, same phone number, Bought the Tinder Gold then, then I used it for 10 mins, logged out and couldn't log back in again.

Since then I have reinstalled the app several times, called my network provider which confirmed no blocks existed, waited 2 days, and still can't log in.

I have even come to the conclusion that my account may be hacked to which I also have no response for the help support yet.

The only good thing here is, I requested a refund for my Tinder Gold (which was successful

I would think that when a user complaints he can't log in, to the help and this will be perceived as a critical issue.

I am also using Bumble, and have no issues receiving their verification texts.

I hate to go all ballistic, but as a Software Tester myself, I understand that to a business reputation, NOT being able to log into an account is a serious issue, YET, I have not received any sense of urgency from Tinder. For all you know, my account is hacked, and Tinder is sitting idly by and not caring for the satisfaction and protection of their customers, let alone the damage this is doing to the business's reputation.

I hope I have made my point clearly and that I will get the help I require.

His alleged name is Ryan Diego Olvera. He claims to be a skilled Major of Combat in the Army who's still waiting for his lump sum pay from his last mission in Yemen. He then complains that the Army is tied up with politics and decided to withhold the entire infantries regular wages and tack it on to the lump some, painting a picture of being down and out. He drained my vulnerable sisters retirement account. She has nothing left. All the accounts he gave her to use are in the document I'm attaching. I want Tinder to remove his account if they haven't already, and warn women to stop their contact. If you look at his bitcoin account, you will see he is raking in several thousand dollars EVERY DAY. Please forward the information I am providing you to the proper authorities and help get this guy shut down.

I like to show you that Tinder is a corrupt company.
I subscribed with Tinder a month ago. Soon after I had 15 likes from women in Los Angles.
I could not see who these women or their profile. Tinder would not show who they are unless I paid and became a paid subscriber.
I decided t Join Tinder and I paid 75 Dollars for six month subscription.
I realized that most of these women were not really my type and hence I kept on swiping.
After couple of days I had absolutely no likes. I was wondering if I could accumulate 15 likes in two days, how come my likes were not accumulating anymore.
I suspected that after paying Tinder, they (Tinder people) had absolutely no motivation to show my profile to women. Instead they are more motivated to show the free accounts to accumulate likes for them so they also pay and join.

To test this hypothesis, while my paid account was also active, I created 5 other free accounts using 5 Google Voice phone numbers.

Each and every new free account accumulated 15 new likes (different from my original likes in the original paid account). These new likes were also different in each 5 new free accounts.
This proved my hypothesis.

All these new likes could have accumulated in my paid account if Tinder had any motivation to show my profile to these women.
This means I could have had 5 x 15 = 75 new likes in my Paid account.

I would like your company to investigate this.

I was just notified by an acquaintance that my profile was on tinder and he saw it yesterday. Someone is using my photos and details on there, how do we track the account down and delete it.
I haven't been on in a while and when I was on I deleted the account. Prior to that I haven't been on in 4/5 years.
This is ruining my family and reputation with my in-laws and friends,

I got Banned from tinder. So my friends tried to access there accounts on my phone and it says that their also banned. So is it just my device banned because this is ridiculous. My account was just banned not even reviews or anything. I want to understand what's going on and I'm pissed because I paid for gold now I have to wait till the 24th because my subscription is attached to my device.
