Hello Tinder! I would like to complain about one person who is using my photos on your site! I don't want someone else to use my photos without my knowing and it is personal! I want to stop it and I hope I will get help from you! That person I guess don't feel ashamed to use my photos! Please help me to close her account! I don't want my personal photos to be use by other people! HER NAME ON TINDER IS SORAK, 21 years old and from Vietnam! I have got screenshots of her page!

I have been unfairly blocked from this app by virtue of calling out a Rude, Judemental and Racist woman for being the person who she is. I think that it is important to contextualise actions before they are carried out and to me this is quite surprising and honeslty a bit of a joke.
Im not sure that any form of review was carried out. The person has obviouslt flagged me for being 'Mean' to her but that should NOT mean that the scenario should not be reviewed. Please find attached a screenshot i happened to take of the last words said to the person.

Please assist, I paid for tinder gold and my account is being blocked, I opened 3 different accounts and my photos are very decent. (Fully clothed) What am i doing wrong?
I Had a picture of my torso in first profile and removed it. I feel tinder should contact me to explain what i am doing wrong first and afford me the opportunity to act according to their rules if i am not. I have the right to enjoy a service i pay for or at least get a refund

Everytime I try to log in it shows error code, why the hell? Just because I reported several harassing men out there? I will spread this all over social media and your [censored] needs to end! Bunch of useless people! Many people have reported the same issue! You have deleted my account three bloody times! This is unethical! U cannot delete accounts without any reason! Hello, I have recently made a purchase and subscribed to the wrong one! I really need to get this money refunded ASAP. I also think that you need to make it more clear that a monthly subscription actually comes out in one payment and not monthly like it appears on the site.
I've tried to make contact through various routes and getting no reply.
Also I think you need to have a good clear out from time to time to try and find out who's genuine or not!

While using tinder I've gotten continuously harassing messages from men. Unblock and unmatch. But to top it off I get on to log in, get my code texted to me, log in. Then you GUYS DELETED MY ACCOUNt?!?! Literally after logging in it restarts saying I need a new account. This is my first dating:friend app and I'll never be using one again after this experience.

Hi. I would like to report a man, who I have since come to believe to be a fake. He has created apparently numerous tinder profiles (as well as facebook accounts), and is only on tinder to prey on women for his own pleasure. He is not on tinder for dating or any relationship, and I do believe him to be a hazard to society. He goes by the name, nick 42 and currently had 3 profiles.
He promised me that he had a job, home, car, etc. He was going to visit me, and meet, and thank goodness it never got that far! I was contacted by his then girlfriend of 2.5 years, and we managed to figure out what he was up to.
He since has none of the above, and sleeps either in his car, or a hostel, or with women that he preys on to get favors from. He also doesn't have 2 cents of money to rub together. It's disgusting and it has to be stopped. There are continuous lies, one after the other. He will block you, and then tell you when he is online that he had problems with his phone. He will also become quite sexual and tell you how gorgeous and sexy you are... And all those nice things a lady wants to hear and believe. Trust me - he is fake ladies!
One women he beat up and has since got a warrant out for his arrest. He should not be allowed to have access to the site to do more potential damage to other women. For further information, I would like to be emailed back, and I can then share his full name. As you can see in the images below, they are all the same person. How do we stop people like this from doing further damage to poor innocent girls, who if are gullible, will fall for these tricks and be subjected to who knows what!? Please help me to remove the profiles below and get this man stopped!

I have a tinder gold account. I am a regular customer. My boosts only go up to 6x! My friend keeps getting it to 8.5x and therefore, more matches! And neither are my boosts successful! I am really put off because of this now. I'll uninstall and coax others for it as well if the service has gone down!
I have been a loyal customer of Tinder and in fact pursuaded so many to join it! I did not expect this.

When i woke up i opened my tinder app, then i was met with the homepage so i tried to log in with my phone number. After succesfully inserting the code i was met with a page that have only 2 option, to log in with facebook or to make a new account. I never connected my account with facebook so i tried to reset password with my email. And it says that "there are no account with this email." is my account deleted/banned? Why? I used it in a normal way and i'm not
breaking any rules

I can basically copy someone else's complaint literally, and i shall:
"I have been banned from tinder with absolutely no explanation bar that I have violated the terms and conditions and then refers me to them.
I have absolutely not done anything of the sort. Tinder are refusing to tell me what I have done. I find it really unfair as I have never been offensive or rude of any sort. I would really like an explanation. Also I think my account should be reinstated as I haven't done anything. Please can you let me know if anything can be done."

And would like to add that i have 11 months to go on a gold subscription, contact with the helpdesk is highly disappointing;

Helpdesk : you are banned we can not provide further details..

so "you are banned" is as detailed as it gets ?
I'm sorry, but this simply won't do, Tinder is playing with my reputation.

I matched up back in February username: Wanna Spoil Ya, age 49. Brenton Cox. We exchanged phone numbers and texted and talked for about a month. This individual told me he was admitted into the ER, then about a month later I was texted by his sister that he had passed away. She asked for donations in his name to a real charity, palmetto Health Children's Hospital. I had sent flowers and gifts to Duke university hospital 2301 Erwin rd in Durham NC, all gifts were picked up by a rep for Brenton Cox. I then was asked to meet his best friend J. Thomas Lanham on May 2, 2018 at a restaurant called lotus in Charleston, SC the man was about mid 50's, overweight, 5'7, with a left eye that appeared to have previous trauma. I'd like to help you in any way I can finding these scam artists.

I would like to make a formal complaint as I subscribed to the wrong option on tinder gold it's been less than 24 hours since I have am looking to see if I can get a refund, hope to hear from you soon! The TWO men I met on Tinder one said his name was Allen and the other said his name was Sunny, I knew they were working together because they both typed exactly the same, In broken English. I asked them both if they were American neither answered. I asked if they were on facebook neither answered. They want us to send pictures of our faces and our family. Pretending they will send you money and double it if you send them$ 1, 500. The pictures the man called sunny were of a man that was suppose to be living in California but was working as a aeronautical engineer in the Ukraine. He claimed to have a cessna plane and a sailboat. After a few days of texting I could tell something wasn't right but I let him keep on talking until today. I told him to erase my family pics and my pics I sent him and that he should be ashamed of himself.

I was lead to believe I would b paying 12.50 a month for this service but found out they took out $159.00 right away. I could not afford this chunk right off the bat and want to b refunded my money! This business really needs to be more clear on how they will be taking out the money for the service! It is a big difference when you think your going to be paying a monthly charge but have the whole total taken out instead!

Someone has created my fake Tinder profile in INDIA, Please block the account and if possible let me know the person who has done this :( I can think of anything apart from this issue. I cannot sleep in the night thinking about all this in the night, what if they morphine my photos :(

I feel so in secured, never created any tinder profile. all my friends are thinking so bad about me. Please do it as soon as possible. I beg you guys to do it faster.

I feel conned into this purchase, It did not state £139.99 would be taken from my account. I cannot get hold on Tinder so have contacted my bank who said a dispute has to be raised but to try and get hold of someone for help from yourself or them.

I called them 15 minutes after I saw the email on Friday 27th April around 9.30am

My colleague only got charged £12 I think and could cancel the subscription. Unfortunately he messed around on my phone and next thing I know I get this email

I do not want Tinder gold at all. Only way I can see of cancelling it is to contact you but the number my bank gave me doesn't work either.

Can you help please?!
