I was in Store April 1, 2019 approx 4 pm, The service was very very slow, When I mentioned this to them, Was told that their focus was on the Drive-Thru. Also none of the tables were wiped, they are were dirty, and worst part of it all was that the Ladies Bathroom was absolutely filthy . From the floor up the walls, to the garbage disposal. I must say this is a first time going into a room such as this

Tim Hortons food and customer service

Last three times I've been there my order was messed up when I called back was told if have to wait for a manager to call me, been two wks no call back.first time they didn't but the bacon on farmers biscuit breakfast sandwiches, there was tomato slices on both English muffins double toasted w bacon, egg, n cheese, even tho I specifically told my server that my girl friend is very allergic so please wear clean gloves n use clean utensils while making our food., (and somehow tomato ends up on 2 of 4, sandwiches.two days later we go late at night order farmers wraps and try to order two chocolate chills but are told we can't case whoever was working didn't know how to make them, this was drive thru person was also very rude The entire time, clearly not caring bout customer service or his job .finally the third time two days ago when I try reaching manager again whoever answered phone hung up on my twice when I asked for manager.most recently I ordered two large Choc chills and chicken wrap and two bagels with cheddar cheese n bacon egg and only cheese on the bagels.i live down street from the Tim Hortons on division street and I've been going there for year's and I'm very disappointed with the service there lately I've never had this happen there before, makes me feel like allergies aren't taken seriously, and I feel like this Tim Hortons location no longer cares about customer service, and I'm very upset I never got a call back from the manager .

Tim Hortons new tim horton cards

I received the new Tim card for point collection on March 20/19. I have used it faithfully buying my breakfast sandwiches everyday from that Wednesday until Friday of this week along with a minimal of two coffees and a tea everyday. Today when I questioned why I have never received a free coffee yet, I was informed that my card doesn't work. I asked for another card and was told they have none at this time. I asked about all my purchases since this date and was told that they could not be honoured as the card had never worked but nobody until today had told me this. I feel that this is not good customer service and very misleading. I've been lied to and cheated.

Tim Hortons service

I was standing there watching an argument between two employees this morning, Friday March 29 @ 8:30. When I asked who the supervisor was, it was the young Asian women who answered she was. I told her that I thought that was very unprofessional and all I wanted was a crueller. She actually said that she had to yell at her employee, so I told her that she just lost my business and walked away. She actually yelled at me walking away. Oh my god what is this world coming to. I should not have to experience employees fighting, but that was a supervisor (or so she said).

Tim Hortons reward program

I just want to express how disappointed I am in your loyalty program.

One example is:

I buy coffee for my staff every morning. That is 5 large coffee's cost approx. $10.00

If I purchase this at McDonald's, I would have to spend approx 14.00 to get a free coffee.
If I purchase it at Tim Horton's I would have to spend approx. $70.00 to be rewarded a free coffee / tea or a baked item.

What is the incentive to make my daily purchase at Tim's?

So on march 20th 2019 - I visited this location at 9:45am. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 everything begals with lite cream cheese and first thing my begal was not cut. I was refused to scan my loyality card for my visit today March 23, 2019. I was told that my purchase of a medium sized ice-cap with a double epresso shot did not qualify. Tim Hortons customer service

My gosh this is by far the worst customer service I've had since I've been in Canada the cashiers name is Camella and she was so obnoxious and impatient and impolite that I was thinking of cancelling my order. I decided to go ahead with the order just so that I can write a review about my experience. My order number is # 344 and my th# is 106529. This is the second time I've had to write a bad review of my experience at Tim Hortons and I still remain a regular customer of this restaurant chain. Really sad especially knowing the history of the company seeing it's ethical values and morals eroded through franchising.

Tim Hortons service, washroom

Why is someone behind the counter on kroatches .men s washroom discusting enough that i didn t wash my hands because sink was fillthy urinal that i didn t want to use incase...ordered my tea and wrap took 11 min for order to be ready yes store was busy but not that bad . Poeple ( Nicole that took my order was very freindly. Kayla that was Trying too keep up with the flow she needed help, the Guy whit the bierd need s an attitude ajustement making the sandwich s.

Tim Hortons service

Was at the Tim Horton's at 176 Front Street East. Had gone to the ladies room and found a man in a wheel chair. Didn't know if he was alive or not. Two people had told the staff and nothing was done. So 911 was called. The fire department came along with the ambualnce. They checked up on him and left. The where told by the man that went not needed. Then after that one of the staff members went. Came out alone. So don't know what will be done when the store close's.

Tim Hortons prize redemption

I was happy to win a 50.00 Tim card until I tried to collect. I live in a small town and nearest Tims is 25 km away. I had to visit 5 different stores to finally collect. These are the excuses I heard...I'm only supervisor manager must do it...manager has left for the day.. the access code is not working...have to call the owner. Finally I was helped by a great "Supervisor" in 5 min I had my card. The stores visited were all in Peterborough, On. The Supervisor's name was Crystal and the store was at 1200 Lansdowne St. W. I would like her to be acknowledged for her excellent service.

If you would send a gift card to compensate for all my trips that would appreciated

Tim Hortons discrimination for vegans milk

I'm soo disappointed that Tim Horton doesn't considers vegan milks : almond, coconut, rice -you will gain lots of Starbucks costumer by being updated with new healthy options! Why aren't you considering all costumers?

I spend 250$ on Starbucks a month when I love your coffee but can't have it cause there isn't any vegan option!

It's the new generation movement more and more people realizing how healthy is to have non dairy products.

Tim Hortons roll up the rim

I purchased a coffee on Feb 13 2019 at 7:00 AM before leaving on a bussiness trip. I went inside to order and gave the worker $2 dollars for a medium coffee. The server did not offer the $20 cents back and I thought that was rude even though I would have donated the change. When I arrived in london I attempted to roll up the rim. It was obvious that someone partially rolled up the rim. I just want to notify you that someone is being dishonest. I will not be returning to that Tim hortons.

I work close by so I visit this location often. The requests I make some employees laugh at what I request and say "oh yea haha well see if the machine will allow that" (speaking about the toastiness of the bagel I asked for) the ice capp machine is always down. The oven is currently down so no doughnuts??? The chili and soup yesterday was non-existent at...

Tim Hortons customer service

On February 19th 2019 @ 1:00 am in the morning I went to this location for my usual coffee run for the hospital (10) coffee's. The lady at the drive threw window yelled at me and said that I need to call first for a big coffee order. I explained to her I never had this issue with any of the other employees when placing a big order. (this is a 24 hour store) she said well you need to call next time, as she was raging. I told her mam (carol) calm down it's not that serious. I can see if there were cars behind me, but there was not. I explained to her our hospital spends hundred of dollars here every week and there should be better customer service given. So the next day when I came back for another coffee run for the hospital I asked (anna) what the older lady's name was, she said carol. I explained to her what had happened the night before and she said yeah carol gets a lot of complaints on her, I said well maybe she just need to be re trained on her customer service skills. I told her that I always talk to the people at the drive threw window because i'm the one always getting the coffee and establish a relationship with them and get to know them by a first name basis. They have had a lot of good night shift employees at this store, but they never stay.
So on february 27th 2019 I went once again to get coffee and carol was there once again. I announce at the drive threw window I have a large order. Carol said I told you guys before that if you have a large order from the hospital that you need to call in advance. I told her I tried to call and no one answered. She said well your going to have to wait for coffee, I said ok. So 2 night in a row I tried to order large berry smoothie, large iced hot chocolate and she said my machine is down. Now why if this is one of your more expensive drinks is the machine always down when carol works? Or did she just not want to make them? This matter needs to be resolved or our hospital employees will go else where for our coffee.

Tim Hortons very rude and wrong food

I came in order xl coffee saug with bacon got this tiny wrap when I said this is a tiny one was asked to make new one one said keep it and the one that made my sandwich said very rude give it bake I will not come back to 3200 store again this is not the first time I have had rudeness I talked very quietly and said you didn't have to be rude I didn't want to keep the one that was wrong

Tim Hortons out of stock counters

we are a groupe of people actually from 10 to 24 pers. every sunday we meet at tims for coffee and donuts or muffins the problem is the counters are always 80 percent empty not many choises, hope you can do something about this or do we have to go somewhere else for our members of our club to meet and have great service .

Tim Hortons atmosphere of store

I have patronized the above store since it was built. I liked the atmosphere because there was no backgound music. Today I went in and found very loud backgrround music.

When I compained to a person there (a shorter, bald, brown skinned person), he first advised that the music system was broken since 2003 and was now fixed. When I advised him of my displeasure with the noise, he advised that Tim Horton policy made background music manadadory. I gave him my full cup of coffee and advised him that it was not manadatory for me to sit there and listen to the music.

The person I talked to appeared to be somewhat of a lier. When I asked him who was the manager, I beleive he said he was, and that he was there for the last 10 years. I have probably been going there for the last ten years, but he definately has not been there for 10 years.

He would not give me the number of of the owner, so I could talk to him.

This location has dropped from one of the best locations in Calgary to the worst in my mind and I intend to make sure that I pass this on to all my freinds. I don't plan on going back there anytime soon.
