rewards card
I have been using the Tims Rewards card since it started and have never received a free coffee. There are 3 Tim's here with drive throws. I scan the card everytime which is prob around 30 times and the drive through person told me today I have 5 on my card. I don't understand how this can happen. It's getting to the point where I will stop getting my coffee from Tim's. I would appreciate an answer to my question.
My email is [protected]@hotmail.com.
Thank you in advance Teisha
egg and cheese muffin combo
Hu, i always go to tim hortons. I got 2 combos today, it is supposed to have cheese in it . When i took a bite there wasn't cheese. I complaint about that. She took the muffin sandwich back and put the cold cheese in a same sandwich. They should suppose to make a new one. They shouldn't fix the eaten one. If it happens with other business they myst take care of that
cup and lid
I picked up my extra large tea and the lid popped off and spilled all over me and my seat. The lid won't stay on properly at all. I had to wash all my clothes and the clean the car and I was scared I had gotten burned. But I am ok.
My husband put the cup on his leg and turned and it got red all over his pants. Hoping it will come out in the wash but if he was out in nice clothes this could be embarrassing.
new lids
I'm so sick of your new lids. I'm covered in coffee with every cup. This incident I had a full extra large coffee, lid unopened and went to take it out of my cup holder in my truck. Your crap lid pops off and coffee all over my seat. Every person I know hates your lids. If they don't change I will no longer be a customer. I drive transports for a living so...

I ordered a sausage BELT with no cheese in drive through, when I drove off I noticed it was bacon, no problem things happen, so I went inside and just explained. They fixed it with cheese on it, so I asked again for no cheese, I watched the lady open the sandwich and just pull the cheese off and then handed it back. I opened the sandwich to see pieces of...

I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru to pick it up. The employee handed me my coffee with the lid not fully on. It spilt all over my hand and the side of the car. The top half of my hand got burnt. (First degree burn) The employee apologized, but this is ridiculous to be given a hot beverage with the lid not properly on. It could have been...

I just wanted to say that the new coffee with her absolutely garbage. They leak Not only when the lid is closed but also around the room itself on the connection of the cup.
I've been a study Tim Hortons go or for almost 15 years and this coffee lid is absolutely bothersome. I Honestly say that I will boycott your stores if you don't change the lid because it's absolutely ridiculous having to change my clothes after spills constantly from your garbage lids. Not to mention your coffee is slipping in the flavour and consistency.
new lids
With the new lids, I find the coffee always leaks over the side and you have to wrap them in a napkin to keep from getting coffee all over your hand, dripping on you or having coffee in the cup holder in the car. Can we go back to the old lids? Even though the little tab didn't always stay in the slot at least you weren't wearing the coffee by the time you got home.
service
Motion sensor not working on the drive thru, causing lineup of more than 5 cars. Pulled up and told cashier of our concern, she smiled and said yeah it doesn't work sometimes. Gabe her our order and she kept mishearing and getting annoyed that she had to redo our order. When we got our order, my hashbrown was at the bottom of the bag without without any paper wrapping, and squished from our weaps.

Hello, my girlfriend and I were on our way home at 10:30 pm at SFU burnaby mountain and wanted to stop by Tim Hortons for some hot chocolate to warm us up. The doors all had a paper with the words, "Cash Only". Luckily, I had some cash and went to order 2 drinks, 1 hot chocolate and 1 hot chocolate mixed with decaf coffee. I had to yell for my voice to...

We originally asked for two blt sandwiches and they informed us that they were out of bacon so we agreed to take two garden sandwiches instead. When we recieved our sandwiches, not only was there no tomato, but instead of mayo, there was cream cheese. When we complained, they refused to do a refund or replacements. We are completely disgusted by the sevice we recieved.

The manager at tim hortons at 845 am called my girlfriend a snot when she was simply having a conversation with an employee about the contents of her iced coffee. She felt embarrassed due to the fact that there was a line up and ended up crying about the way she was undeservingly spoken to and embarrassed by the manager. How can she manage a franchise or...

I really wish you would go back to using the old lids. Since you have been using the new ones I have spilled my coffee several time when trying to pick up my coffee and the lid popped right off. I feel like I'm drinking from a sippy cup. They are awkward to drink from. What were you thinking? I guess because I have to type at least 350 characters, that would be my second complaint. Seriously?
poor customer service experience
I frequent your Tim Horton's 4 times a week - and I've had a negative experience interacting with an employee, negative enough for me to speak out
This woman is relatively tall, Caucasian with tattoos down one arm.
She greets people with a pouty and unenthusiastic greeting barely resists an eye roll while leaning over the till - and moans/complains about customers passive aggressively, loudly enough for the customers to hear her talking about them - and gas lights the behaviour when confronted
This behaviour is toxic for the workplace - and not one I'd expect from someone working at a Tim Hortons
I've witnessed from the employee on previous occasions.
Tonight, an unassuming and young Indian man made his order on the right hand till, and walked over to the left hand counter to wait for said order...
The employee made the man's ice cap, and explained loudly and impetuously, "WHY WOULD YOU GO THERE, UGH!"
Then rudely slid the icecap to him "here's your icecap" before quickly turning away from him.
I wasn't able to keep my annoyance off my face - so the employee attempted address my unspoken frustration, apologizing for the mess on the counter.
I explained why I was annoyed/frustrated - confronting her about the negative behaviour. At first, she denied interacting with the Indian man, then switched to saying she told him to be at the right hand counter, as if that were sufficient justification for her rudeness.
I understand that working in the service industry is not easy, and is taxing/demanding on one's patience. However, I have come to expect professional and polite behaviour of someone working at Tim Hortons, especially at the location here at Saint Mary's University.
Disappointed customer
washrooms
The washrooms in this facility are absolutely disgusting, probably the worst I have ever seen in a good business. These washrooms are never clean, are vandalized (writing on walls/stalls), broken seats, toilet paper on the floor rather then in the roller, female products everywhere, mud/dirt on the floors and seats. I'm at this tim hortons a few tims a week and the washrooms are like this every single time ... disgusting to the point I will no longer use them.
raspberry frozen lemonade
I ordered a LARGE raspberry frozen lemonade and received a small regular frozen lemonade. I was not impressed and asked for a new one but since I already took a drink of the small they would not refund it. I was in a hurry so I didn't bother ordering another. I hope this is resolved and the company is better after. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

I asked for one type of timbit and the server gave me three types of timbits. All of which I didn't ask for, and not one of them were the type that I did ask for. I didn't want to ask the server to change it because there was a long line and I didn't want to hold anyone up, but I am not very pleased with the mistake. It has happened many times to me.
