Hello, I am writing to inform you that the quality of the coffee at St Joesph West5th is really bad, tastes very watered down and in my opinion I think it is gross. Many staff and patients have said the same thing. I got one a few weeks ago and thought it was just once but now I have gotten it a few times and it still tastes the same. I will not be getting coffee at this location until the quality improves

Recently ordered and paid for a large chili combo and the cup wasn't even full. This was on my lunch hour so my time is minimal, so I could not run back and spend another 15minutes in store waiting for this to be corrected . The tea that came with my combo was luke warm. I was not asked whether or not I wanted a whole wheat or white bun, staff selected this for me. I am a daily visitor at Tim Hortons and this has been the worse service and product I've received

Rohgul was extremely rude and disrespectful she messed up my order which is understandable at a fast food restaurant, and she wouldn't admit that she messed it up and kept saying ‘no that's what you said'
I asked what her name was and she points at her name tag and comments ‘can't you f**king read?' And she remade our order and threw it in my car and commented ‘there you have your stuff you can leave now'

First: The east indian crew there are useless. One time i ordered grilled cheese with bacon. It takes her 3 mins just to punch in my order.
She keeps on going around to find the bacon. She doesn't know what she is doin.
Second: always out of stock. Like chivken for sandwiches.
Third: they go for break together. Putting sign ON BREAK BE BACK AFTER... making their customers wait.

This tim hortons has to be the slowest one in cape breton island, there are 18 people standing in line, they have two registers however only one is serving actual people in line the other is making orders from the tim hortons app. If you are going to accommodate online customers ahead of actual people you should strongly think about getting a third register...

I have been going to the same tim horton location for years... Not sure why tho!
I travel thru the drive thru at the same time 4 times a week... So unfortunately the problems are the same everyday... So obviously they never gonna change.
5:20 am... Every day, never have decaf! They either tell me that at the window instead of when I ordered it or they just give me regular coffee! So I switched to steeped tea...90% of the time I get to the window and they say its all gone! So 2 items on their menu are rarely ever available @ 5:20 in the morning.. Today I had to order a steeped tea twice at the order box. Then 9 minutes later when I get to the window I was asked by 3 different employees what I ordered! The language barrier is probably the biggest problem but the lack of product is a joke! Terrible staff, terrible management! Terrible experience every day!

I had a simple question regarding the price of a bagel with and without vegetables from the lady who was getting my order in cash-her name was Beenish and she answered me back very impatient and rude and just mumbled some words and when I asked her to speak a little bit louder she shouted at me and left the cash and asked a gentleman to come and answer me. That was really impolite and I have never had such a experience before.
She could easily tell me: the price of your bagel with veggies will be this and without veggies will be that, but she didn't. I wish I hadn't come to this place today.
The Gentleman treat me very well and professionally.

We are regular customers of Tims for years. We stopped at Onroute Woodstock and had the worst service ever in all the time I have been going to Tims. First they couldnt make my wrap offered me a ham and cheese sandwich instead. Then I waited like 15 minutes to get it then they forgot my wifes. Made like 10 more peoples I asked them about mine. They took my slip then threw it out. The guy said they were making my wifes. I watched him make three more and I said there not making mine. Finally they made it. By the time I got to the table my coffee was just luke warm. I will never stop at that place again.
