Tim Hortons new lids on cups

I have had two bad experiences with these new kids and after this morning I will no longer be a costumer
Last week I picked up 4 coffees on the way to work and the lids leaked and coffee leaked on the carpet of my truck and when I picked up the tray it fell apart in my hand and all 4 coffees spilled all over the truck
After a $125 detailing bill this morning it happened again this is the worst lid I have ever seen

I've had multiple problems with the service at this location. I made my order in the drive through the first thing I ordered was a coffee. When I got to the window the coffee was not on my order. I was then told they couldn't add to my order and I would have to drive through again to get a coffee. After a wait of 20 minutes for my order I was done.

Tim Hortons lids

Please go back to the original lids. When driving with the new ones you have to tip your head back to get a drink when your close to the end and when your hands are full you cant care the cup with your teeth and believe me a mother you can do this.
So please go back to the flat lids for your coffee and drink glasses.
Thank you for great coffee but the new lids suck

Tim Hortons customer service

I was at the Hollidge Aurora 19/9/2019
We were a group of people who live in the area
and often visit the same store but today it was
To much no to complain your backer was shouting from kitchen and what language we didn't understand and the from people also have had experience speaking to each other in a language customer don't understand this is not the proper way of customer service but kitchen staff shouting and the supervisor was right there l would requests to you please inform them of this because people go to your
Store to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends and family by listening to your staff shouting.

Tim Hortons lid

I hate your new lids 3 times now I have had some bad experiences
First the lid wasn't put on properly and when it had my first sip it came off The coffee spilt all over my pants and in my truck
Second I was driving and couldn't easily fine the spot to drink from. I'm sure someone could have an accident looking for the hole
Third today my Coffe lid wasn't put on properly again. This time it spilt all over my truck window and me

Tim Hortons coffee

I would like the Manager of the above named Tim's made aware of what I discovered in my cup of coffee purchased at his establishment today about 1:30 pm. That being a nice shiny new 2019 Canadian dime.

Perhaps his staff is using a serving cup to collect their tips and they missed a dime...which is probably easy to do. But no matter how it got in my cup its not very sanitary.

Tim Hortons dirty restaurant

Hi, I am a frequent customer here at Tim Hortons at Fennell and Upper Gage, and at Fennell and Upper Ottawa, both in Hamilton, Ontario. I have noticed a real decline in the cleanliness of the restaurants in both locations. I never see any staff emptying garbage or clearing and wiping tables. It's gotten to the point that I don't even like to rest my arms on the tables, because they're so grubby. I know that busy times of day make it harder to keep the restaurant clean, but no one wants to eat at sticky, crumb-covered tables. Please encourage store owners to schedule more staff for cleaning at all times of day. It's just gross.

I really hate the new lids that you are now using, way too many spills. I travel back and forth to work and and i have had coffee spill all over me and my car. I will stop going to Tim Horton s. Tim Hortons employee

I go into this location quite a bit, as i enjoy a coffee and somewhere to do my book work before i head home in the afternoons. I normally would not do something like this, but every time i go in there, there is a lady that working there named Doris, (finally found her name out as she doesn't have a name tag on)I wanted to bring to your attention how very nasty this lady is to her co workers. She walks by ignoring me sometimes, she seems pushy and not friendly, and if she thinks customers can't hear how she speaks behind the counter she is mistaken, I heard her call someone stupid the other day and ive simply had enough of hearing her voice beg rat people, and a lot of them are children back there. How is someone like this still employed?

Tim Hortons incorrect order

Good Morning,
Today I stopped at the Tim Hortons inside the gas station and ordered a large coffee 2 milk 1 sugar, 2 cheese bagels double-toasted - one with cream cheese, one as a bacon breakfast sandwich and a chocolate chip muffin.
There were many things incorrect with my order which took 11 minutes to receive.
1) My coffee was prepared with 2 sugars / 1 milk and as a diabetic I had to throw out once I realized it on the train
2) My bagels were not toasted.
3) My breakfast sandwich was placed on a biscuit to which I then had to have fixed to the cheese bagel
4) The cheese bagel in turn was not toasted at all, no butter, just slapped together.
5) Was I in turn charged for 2 cheese bagels and a breakfast sandwich?
There were no apologies from the person making my sandwich, she seemed annoyed that I asked for my order to be corrected.
While there other people also were complaining about their orders. I get that it can be chaotic early in the morning when people want their coffee, I am a patient person but this just set my day off badly and I think you should know that I will not be returning to this location.

I Went in to get a panini sandwich at 7:35pm. Was told the panini press was shut down for the night. Store closed at 9:00pm. They were able make me a cold sandwich, but not a hot one. Tim Hortons new lids on the coffee cups

The lids are bad to drink out of you burn your self. Who ever designed the lid does not drink hot coffee.
The opening is to far in and does not allow your lip to seal on the new lid. The coffee spills and runs down your lower lip and chin. The old lips are far better then this so called improvement.
Today September 19 2019, I had two coffees a large and a medium and had the same experience.

This location is really not that good. There seems to be only ever 1 employee working which is unfair to them, makes everything unbelievably slow, and frankly extremely dangerous for the single employee. There is always very little product and more often than not when I go to order an iced coffee they never have the machine running. Which is really upsetting. Please look into this location. It needs some attention.

Despite questioning the amount difference in Kensington PEI Tim Hortons compared to Ontario Canada, I was charged 2$ for a medium coffee, when it is listed at 1.79$ for the medium coffee at Tim Hortons franchise.
