Tim Hortons online site

Your online site is not working, and has not worked for the last 7 days. I know since I cannot check out why my prepaid Tim's card refuses to reload.
would be nice if you could fix this, or is it like the rotten lids you switched to, and refuse to reverse that move.

Actually the web. Site seems to be now working.
However the new style lids that Tim Hortons started using earlier, this year are miserable and they need to revise them or switch back to the older style
Still on. Tim Hortons case, they unilaterally decided to stop making and selling their "Oat Cakes". This might have been a seller only in Atlantic Canada, but it was also the only cookie they made that a Diabetic client was able to eat. So stopping the sale of "Oat cakes" was and is a poor decision. Hopefully it will return

I am so sick of the increasingly bad service at Tim Hortons...both drivethru & instore.They continue to get the orders wrong, are rude, barely speak English & the stores are dirty, plus the rising cost of food/coffee & the fact that the menu is way too big & most of the items I order they don, t have.Would be nice if anyone shared this information when placin

Tim Hortons collect to win

Received TWO SEPARATE e-mails to my e-mail vj.[protected]@hotmail.com - $100.00 gift card POTENTIAL winner and site would not except NEITHER of the TWO codes provided to me to collect my prize. Site would not go to skill testing questions - just kept giving message that the code was invalid.
Then NO ANSWER DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO EITHER COMPLAINT LINE.

AS WELL, I do not like the new coffee LIDS that you have decided to use! The lids constantly leak, holds coffee on the top of the lid and difficult to drink from without dripping all over you!

Tim Hortons gingerbread latte

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of consistency between different Tim Hortons locations. It seems sensible to assume that if I order a product from one location, I can drive across town and order the same product and have it be the same. Or at least similar. While I am Canadian and I do love Tim Horton's, as does my entire family, we are growing tired of getting a great tasting product one day and not the next. Understandably the coffee sometimes varies, however what I can't understand is how I order several Gingerbread lattes and have them be great tasting and well presented and today order one from another location and have it be a completely different product. No Chai tea bags, no flavour. At nearly 4.00 each this is quite frustrating. We also purchased 3 reindeer donuts for our children only to have the antlers and eyes placed on wrong. I realize these are first world issues, however when I choose to spend my hard earned money on your brand, I would hope the management would have taken time to properly train their staff. Tim Hortons vaping in the restaurant

High school teens vaping inside the store between 3:30 and 4;30 PM.
The Ontario Smoke Free Act prohibits any type of smoking or vaping inside restaurants. The penalty for first offenders is $1000 dollars. Second hand smoke is harmful to other customers in the store including children, the elderly and people with respiratory problems like asthma. Vapour fumes can trigger an asthma attack which may require emergency care. It is the responsibility to enforce the Ontario Smoke Free Act not customers.

Tim Hortons service -

I have now stopped going to the Tim Horton's by my house as they mess up my order 8/10 times. When brought to their attention they couldn't care less. They usually give me Coffee when i order tea, sausage when i order bacon, etc.
Usually i am with my family when we order and have to return after heading out or home to correct my order. Most of the time i just throw it away because its not worth the drive back.
No apologies, no offer for a free drink next time.
They have even fixed my order with another incorrect order!

Very rude, incompetent and slow. There is one older English lady that works there that is wonderful, and always gives the right order, but i haven't seen her in a while.

I now go out of my way to go to another Tim Horton's and I know a few neighbors do as well.

Tim Hortons the product and the service I received

I worked at Timmys for many many years in management positions I know how Tim s are suppose to run and how the customers are suppose to be treated. I went thru the drive thru at this location last night at approx 720 pm after repeating my order 3 times at the speaker I drove to the window and was shocked to see how rude the girl at the window was I ordered 2 large hot choc one with cream a med hot choc with cream and a large triple triple after waiting at the window for a good 10 mins we got our order and left drove home which is approx 10 min drive my coffee had milk in it and no sugar i ordered a triple triple and all the hot chocolates were water I drove back to the store to get my order replaced the first girl laughed when i told her ALL of our drinks were made wrong the next girl to help us Im assuming was a supervisor because she seemed to be the only one dealing with compaints and could get into the cash register. When I told her about all of our drinks being made wrong she proceeded to telling me I was lying and that they had just filled the hot choc machine so there is no way they could be water after remaking my order 2 more times and still tasted like water I asked for my money back I know because of the mix up she should have offered me a free coffee coupon which she only did after I told her I was management at Tims for years, then she told me I could only have one after I got angry and told her no I get one for each drink she hesitated got very rude and gave me 3 more. I loved working for Tims I know sometimes it is a very hard and demanding job and you have to deal with alot of very rude impatient ppl she had no right to call me a liar and never should have argued with me or been as extremely rude as she was. I honestly hope management will be contacted and this employee will be disciplined . I know when I was management if any of my employees ever got treated the way I did they would DEFINETLY have a couple days off. Sorry for the long complaint but she really needs to change her attitude or find another job where she doesnt deal with the public

I bought this product at Thrifty's, it was sealed but when I opened it it was clearly only half full. I weight the contents and it only measured 241 g not the 500 g it advertised on the can. Tim Hortons lids

Get rid of these horrid, dangerous contraptions. They leak, dont fit, and are improperly vented. Garbage as far as I am concerned. My friends and family are in agreement and will be going elsewhere for coffee. The prices keep rising, the service declining and less tolerable daily, and products shrinking in size and quality. The old family oriented business is now a thing of the past and Tim's has become a corporate mess and all about the al.ighty dollar Instead of the wholesome morning meeting place it once was.

The new lids that you switched to are pure garbage. You spill more coffee drinking out of cups with these new lids than you actually drink. Not sure who or where your test market testing on was done, but I suspect they were not Tim's customers and they dealt with Robins or McDonalds and they sabotaged the trial, so you would lose market share. After the third week of using your new cup and lids, I took my business elsewhere.
Another beef, with the introduction of the reward card, the drive through line up all of a sudden increased in length and time waiting for the coffee increased. Not sure why, but it gave me more incentive to move over to your competitors.
Fix both and I might return, fix neither and well it has been nice knowing you
