Tim Hortons I was in the tims donut store that is located on main street riverview new brunswick and found bugs on my donut and tim bits

As I went in to Tim Horton store to get a meal today on May 18 2019 at 12:30 pm there was a woman ahead of me and she ordered Tim bit and when she took the first one out of the bag there was small bugs on it so she put it on the floor and told the person behind the counter, they took the donuts and tim bit away but did not take the muffin or cookies away that were in the displace cabinet beside them and they just keep on selling food to the customers, The workers were trying to step on the bugs and i told them it would not get reed of them, I will be getting in contac with the board of health as soon as i can, this store should be closed until this problem is dealt with

This store is on 430 Coverdale road in Riverview NewBrunswick Canada.

The 12 foot fence between Tim Hortons is falling down onto the residential property behind Tim's and causing property damage. Sections of the wooden fence have fallen down onto our residential property several time in the past and the fix was to re-erect it and tie it off to the trees or hydro pole so it will not fall again. Currently the fence is leaning...

Tim Hortons interact /card scanner at in store cashier on friday may 17/2019 about 5:30 pm.

When I went to scan my debit card the machine showed my pin code in full view with the numbers visible. I have never encountered this anywhere in Canada. I quickly took out my card and and pointed this out to the lady doing the till. I am not sure she understood what I was telling her because she talked about the asterisks that pop up when you enter your pin code . I said there were no asterisk but my numbers were showing . I have changed my code, but I think your machine was hacked or at the least broken somehow. This was at the store 1450 United Blvd
Coquitlam, BC Canada V3K 6Y2 around supper time(Mat 17/2019). I used cash instead. This needs to be checked out asp.

Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches

Why is it that all breakfast sandwiches, bagels, croissants are burned? spoke with management over the weekend about this issue and was offered replacement sandwich and guess what, burned black again. I have included a picture. Why would you even give this to a customer. This happens more times than not. There is nothing worse than getting to work and ready to eat to find out this is what you were served.

Tim Hortons coffee

South Park Ave. Buffalo, NY 14220. This Tim Hortons has no customer service. Grounds in the bottom of cup is a constant and oh well if you call you'll have to save and bring cup back picture is no good. But they don't tell you that, they ask for your name and tell you they will mark it down haha go to claim and was oh well whoever you talked didn't write it down. Shame!

Tim Hortons donut

I purchased a large double double coffee and a boston cream donut. There was no cream in my donut and they forgot the cream in my coffee. This was at the downtown location on 6 ave and 5 street in Calgary, AB. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect or incomplete. I would like this matter to be resolved in a quick way, I think the individuals at this location need to be more diligent.

Tim Hortons advertised products not available

Saw ad for Omelette Bites on television yesterday and decided to try them on my way to work in the morning. When I ask at the counter I am told that they do not have them yet and she could not tell me the price. When I asked why they are advertising something not available I was told " The manager does not come in until 8 am and he will update us then." I am a firm believer that you do not advertise (big colored picture on the menu board in addition to television campaign) a product on your menu if you are unable to provide it. It is not like it is a surprise to the manager because there is a national ad campaign running on television. The store that I do attend is very busy between 6 am and 8 am with people headed for their jobs and it is too bad that the manager does not see fit to make sure that everything is ready to go for the breakfast menu the next day if he does not want to come in until 8 am on the first day of sale for a new product.

Tim Hortons variety of products

Near the SE corner of 12 Mile and Evergreen in Southfield, MI is a Tim Horton. This location has the worst selection of donuts & muffins. Every time I stop in on my way to work, just before 7:30am, they do not have a plain donut or chocolate chip muffin. I can understand flavors sold are different at the many locations. However, a plain donut should be a basic item at any donut or pastry shop. I have to change my order three and sometimes four times because there is nothing on the shelf.

A co-worker has shared the same problems but she comes by earlier and she thought the lack of variety was due to her earlier arrival. It doesn't matter how early or the average morning time, this location is an embarrassment to the Tim Horton brand. It would be worth an upper level management surprise early visit to see if policy is being followed.

Today is happened again:
Date: 5/15/19
Time: 7:20am

I'll start going to Panera Bread on Southfield for a few weeks and will try again in the future.

Tim Hortons television commercial.

I have a complaint about a commercial. It depicts a young male driver sitting at the drive thru with his Father in the car. He leans in to receive a drink from the server and drives away (one hand on the wheel).. This promotes distracted driving which is an offence. We have enough bad drivers on the road. Let's try harder to keep our roads safer..?!

Tim Hortons tim horton app

I have started using this app which was okay initially however once it sent my order to wrong location. I have reported it and got the reply about how to select the location.

Well i know how to select a location but i can not fix a buggy app. I requested my money back and there is no response. can you please check my case #NN9HD.

Tim Hortons no toilet in either stall in women’s washroom

My husband and I visited the Tim Hortons in Georgetown located at 11 Mountainview St. N. Today May 12/19. I went to the washroom and discovered there was no toilet paper. When we ordered I asked if someone could fill the toilet paper and if they could do it shortly as I hadn't gone yet I noticed before I had gone. The girl behind the cash was still in training so she went and told a guy working drive through who proceeded to tell us that they were to busy to fill it. I asked to speak to a manager if he was not one and was informed that they were on break and wouldn't be returning for 29 more minutes. I am sure that your patrons would expect a working bathroom and part of that would be toilet paper. I did not think I was being unreasonable requesting as such. It should part of their daily duties to ensure it is full to prevent it running out during busy times. In fact during the time it took to have our conversation one of them could have gone and filled at least one and put an out of order sign on the other until they had time to fill it. Imagine your customers experience when they go to the bathroom only to realize theirs is no toilet paper in either stall. On top I am disgusted with the "customer service" we received.

Tim Hortons staff and seating

loaded up top all my complaint.thank you.oshawa ling and wilson location.too many people in store taking up seating amd not buying your products.some sit in for hours and not purchasing.no room for people who do want to purchase lunch.wedges are usually hard.mitzie the worker needs to be removed from front till.not friendly enough or talkative to interact with.put her on deli since she doesnt want to speak.u need to speak and communicate if your working cash.thank you.

Tim Hortons croissant

This morning i ordered 2 plain croissant double toasted with butter. what i got was 2 plain croissant double toasted with 'cream cheese'.

not pleased as 1 was for my boss.

another day my coffee was not right.

they practically throw your food at you trying to get more customer.

i had stopped going to Tim's - but thought i would give it a try it again today. very disappointed.

Tim Hortons mold on my bagel

1 Stone Road West Guelph. I ordered a cinnamon raison bagel. There was mold all over the bagel I ordered today, both inside and outside... it was a dark blue/green colour and was most likely not the only moldy bagel there. And that's "always fresh" ? That is absolutely disgusting and I can't even imagine how many more bagels are like this. Thank God I noticed both the odd smell and the look before I chewed it.

Tim Hortons mobile order and staff

To start off. I feel disrespected. The moment I walked in to the store the staff was rude and there was no aspect of customer service present. I made a mobile order. I came to pick up my order but then I was told that my order cannot be made because the product which I ordered was "discontinued" which I don't understand because it is available on the mobile app. The staff acted like it was not there problem and said "order something else". I thought that was extremely rude to not even apologize for the inconvenience of that, and my time. On top of that the 2 iced caps I ordered with whip cream and espresso did not come with those things(which i paid extra for). I asked the staff and they reluctantly and angrily took the ice caps back and then added it in. Keep in mind I am on my lunch break and I only have 30 mins to have all this done. This was a mobile order. I was only supposed to pick up my order and leave. Yet i am wasting my time and could possibly loose my job because of this terrible time wasting interaction. The staff then proceeded to have me order something else, which I tried to do, I tried ordering a wrap that was $2 cheaper and they kept telling me that the price would be the same. After 5 minutes of conversation I ordered a chicken salad burger which was not the one I wanted and I was still overcharged. I can keep going but I am now wasting my time doing this. If i don't have a higher up manager call me within the next 24-48 hours. I will post on every social media platform I can find unless this is resolved. If I am offered a $10 gift card that will be disrespect and I expect a little more than that to be frank. Tim hortans should not be represented by such terrible employees. The only person I can say that tried to help is the assistant manager. Everyone else should be fired.

My name is Ronak.today i went ot 156 sandalewood parkway, brampton, ontario, canada tim hortons location .my order ID is : [protected].time was 10 :46:39 pm.I placed the order of potato wedges from drive through.i was served stale wedges.also the lady who was handing it to me was a punjabi lady i guesss.she asked me about my cast and religion in very much insulting and humiliating way twice just because i ask for reward card.so i think ther service must be improved ...and this is my third time worst experience .so i am expecting a gift card in order to cover it up.you can reach me on [protected] or email : [protected]@yahoo.com

Tim Hortons bagel toasted with extra butter

On April 7, 2019, at approximately 7:20 I stopped by a Tim Hortons drive through on Hwy 35 just outside of Lindsay at the Esso gas station. I ordered a bagel toasted with extra butter and went on my way. approximately 10 mins later I began eating my bagel. on the third bite I discovered there was a chunk of chicken in my mouth and I do not eat meat. This was devastating for me and it totally not exceptable. How does chicken get put on a plain bagel? I called today and mentioned this to the store. I don't require a refund or free product as I don't have the bagel or chicken. I pulled over once I realized what was in my mouth and spit it out. I stopped eating meat about a year ago so I do know it was chicken. I would like the staff (female) that made it spoken to about keeping the area clean where the bagels are made and I would hope that the store would be spoken to about the importance of this. I refuse to eat products from this Tim Hortons. I cannont believe this even happened. It's not ok.

Tim Hortons service and product

I went to Tim Hortons at oak bluff I asked for a frozen vanilla chai they said we don't make them so got a iced coffee well I would say non iced coffee as two cubes ice in it and was so strong I through it in garbage customer service was disgusting the donut and potato wedges were awful donut must off been at least 3 days old tasted stale potato wedges for cold not cooked right through I am totally disgusted with service at this Tim Hortons at oak bluff and definitely would not recommend it to family or friends the staff there would rather talk with each other than listen to the customer hours faithfully Shirley mcclymont

Tim Hortons employee service unethical towards co workers

My name is Sharon Wilson and I am a resident in Cheektowaga, NY (suburbs of Buffalo, NY) and while visiting this Tim Hortons (I seldom come here because of this one Employees attitude towards her co workers). The Employees first name is Alexis (white female), who was speaking to the rest of the staff like they were dogs! I witnessed her speak to a young man (black young man) in a manner of disrespect, rudeness and like he was dumb! I also witnessed her talking to another young man (India/Hindu, not sure of his Race) actually yelling at him for not doing something she told him to do. I stepped in because I could not take anymore and asked the first young man if she was his manager and he stated no, she is an employee just like me. I told him to not let her speak to him like that and even if it was his manager, they should not talk down and yell at their workers like that. The young man proceeded to say, she talks like that to us all the time. They have NO MANAGEMENT at all at that store and it just killed my spirit. The worker at the Speedway Gas station said she heard her yelling at the employees as well but just stay out of it. Something needs to be done because if that was MY CHILD, I would have made sure she wouldn't speak to anyone else like that!
