There was a great tim hortons store at blackmud creek village plaza at 103 street and ellerslie road, in edmonton city in alberta... It was an amazing location for a tim hortons... You guys closed it down just this past year; and we as neighbouring families have missed the store terribly... We really hope and pray that it will reopen again in the same popular location... We loved it so as did so many other families...

I was fired on January 22nd 2021 for 2 deposits missing that I didn't take to. the bank the new manager did. They claimed and investigation was done, but if asking 3 of the employees if they know where the money went is doing an investigation then maybe my definition of the word investigation is wrong. The new manager took a total of 5 deposits to the bank...

Tim Hortons App

I just wanted to say the the Tim Horton's App is NOT user friendly. I banked my points and was trying to redeem, but was having difficulty. Apparently you can only redeem 1 thing at time. I wanted 6 donuts, but I could only get 1. So I said never mind and just paid for the donuts. I said I wouldn't have banked my points if I wasn't able to use them as I wished. I should be able to use as many points as I want. So then on another day, I thought I would get a sandwich. I was at work and was still having difficulty. I asked a coworker to help. She had to call her daughter who uses the app. In the end I didn't get my sandwich either because it wanted credit card information (or visa debit I guess). Why do you need to know that if it's free? I might have given my visa debit information, but never my credit card. So I'm thinking you should make an adjustment to the app to allow people to use as many points as they wish.

Desired outcome: Change Tim Horton's App

I'm generally not the one to complain as I am a manager of a food establishment and I know the pressures of working in this industry. However, I just wanted to point out that one girl who was making my order seemed very overwhelmed she may have been new and she had a pile of orders that she was making all on her own while the rest of the staff were all...

I am reporting a complaint from a worker at the Tim Hortons location on maple road in williamsville NY on Tuesday January 12th between the 10-10:30 am. I was in the drive through and put a order in and one of the things I ordered was a breakfast combo among other stuff. So the girl added the sides (drink & doughnut) with the combo and I was telling her...

Tim Hortons I am a victim of bullying and going to jail for the owners and staff's mistakes

Wawa, Ontario location: 92 Mission Road

My name is Preston I have autism and I'm 24 years old. For 5 years, the owners and staff of the Tim Hortons Wawa Branch have bullied and disrespected me every day and it never stops. Because of my diagnosis, I have more than 50 screenshots on snapchat of a group the staff has created to bully me. The owners applaud them. They call the cops every time I try to defend myself, now I have to spend jail time for 4 months because of their actions. I got banned from there because of their mistakes. And they're all kids that work there. It keeps going on and now I'm scared to go outside, the cops won't do anything because they believe them more than they believe us and I'm going to jail because I defended myself. Apparently I devastated them so bad while THE OWNERS STARTED EVERYTHING. And worse, they even let the kids bully me. What I fear the most is I'm scared they're going to kill me. I see them go by my house all the time. My parents lost a whole lot of friends because of them, and my parents are such great people and supportive. Trust me I know there's something wrong with the family and it's pretty damn scary. I freaking hope they get their membership revoked and that the Wawa Tim hortons branch gets shut down. Every review I see are 1 out of 5 anyway. I'm hoping something could be done about it. It's not fair that I have to go to jail for their mistakes. I hope people are on my side at least because I'm really scared of them. I honestly cry in fear all the time because that's how scared I am of them.
And I'm not a bad person at all. I care for a lot of people, my family actually used to care for them but not anymore after what they had done. Oh and another thing, the husband threatened to beat me up. They are also a bunch of liars and falsely accuse me of everything. I don't have to go outside and say anything. I can just stay at home playing my video game by myself and I'd get in trouble. So be careful for your own safety what you say to them because they'll use that against you and do not trust them. Trust me. You'll thank me later. They should get charged and I'm not allowed to call the police on them. I hope to God someone calls the police on them. Why should I go to jail for their mistakes?

Below are screenshots of the snapchat group they created. The chat that's circled is from one of the owners' kids. The site only allows a certain limit of photos so I uploaded 5. It's awful what I have to go through every day.

Desired outcome: Shut down the branch and ownership gets revoked.

I bought crispy chicken wrap today on 6th January 2021. They gave my very hard and old patty. It was like 1-2 days old patty in the wrap. I already have bacterial infection if anything happens who will responsible? When I went again to return food They didn't even say sorry for this mistake. Tim Hortons Donuts timbits and seasonal special drinks

For some time now your customer service has gone so down hill. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years and can not believe your company has such low standards and not just in one location. We have gone to many different locations from Burlington to St. Catherines and same stories NO DONUTS at all one hour after opening opps sorry no we can not make your latte or candy cane hot chocolate no peppermint I can understand once or one location but on many different locations. One time in fall was told by girl oh pumpkin late I do not want to make. This is just not the way to run a business in this day and age your donuts are not made like years ago from scratch you just pop in oven how hard is that? My grandsons like vanilla dip nope do not have ok birthday cake timbits nope do not have ok blueberry muffin nope like 40 minutes after opening and you have nothing. Burlington Mall location your lucky when mall is open normal to even get donuts first hour. All the people I know are starting to go to starbucks pay more but get service or MacDonalds for muffin and coffee. We keep giving Tims another chance but same keeps happening . Feel free to cal me any time to continue this discussion. Sorry to have to vent but this has been going on way to long something needs to be done before you loose more business because of poor staff training or owners who just do not care anymore. Mrs. Jacobsen [protected]

Desired outcome: Call back some kind of reply

Tim Hortons Washroom unavailable

My employment takes me all over the GTA. It's a service industry that requires that I and my colleagues attend Gas stations (mainly Esso) many with ‘Circle K' and Tim Horton outlets. A good number of these locations have closed their washrooms/toilets to the public stating that its' due to Covid-19 regulations or that they are simply out of order. Some of these locations have had their facilities closed since March/April 2020. There are some Tim Horton main restaurants' that have had their washrooms closed since the Pandemic was declared.

A few of my colleagues have health issues i.e.: recovered from bowel cancer and prostate problems. When one of them requires a toilet they usually mean "RIGHT NOW". One of the recommendations from the "health experts" is to wash your hands frequently. Well, you can't do that if the washrooms are closed.
There's also no accommodation for those in wheelchairs and those with disabilities or mothers with infants.
I have seen customers urinating at the side of buildings or bushes.

Some of these locations have blocked the washroom doors with cardboard boxes and I think this may be in violation of the Fire safety regulations.

I have phoned the head offices of both Imperial Oil and Tim Hortons to complain. In two incidents Imperial Oil called the stations and the washrooms were opened (months ago, not sure if they're still open).

When I called Tim Horton's I got the response that they didn't have a policy as most of the locations were independent Francizes.

I pointed out that your corporate name was above the door and maybe you should have a policy as this affects their customers many that have to travel and after having consumed their products require the use of the facilities including handwashing.

I was assured that the issue would be looked into, that was approximately one month ago and I have not seen any improvement.

Here is a partial list of some of the locations with closed washrooms. There are many more

1733 Eglinton Ave East, North York
245 Dixon Rd., Toronto.
Esso: 150 Dupont St., Toronto
Esso: 1110 Bathurst St. Toronto
Esso: 245 Church St. Toronto
Esso 2611 Lawrence Ave. East Scarborough, ON

Desired outcome: Washrooms and toilets reopened and policy directive to keep them open

Tim Hortons needs to improve their app to actually be user friendly. The majority of the time when I activate an offer and then after scanning it doesn't show up. The biggest problem is when there's a error in an order and the app was used the customer needs to wait 30 minutes before the scan is successful. Today I ordered 2 breakfast wraps and 2 coffee...

On wednesday, december 30th 2020 around 1:45 pm, I went to the 345 speers rd gas station Tim Hortons and ordered 2 bagels to eat. I went up to the cashier to pay and pick up my food. When I came home, my kid opened it and the bagels were completely burned — pure black char. I went back to Tim Hortons, wasting my time that I could've been doing something...

Tim Hortons Poor Customer Service

I go to the drive thru at 207A Govorners Rd in Dundas every morning and it is such an uncomfortable feeling when they basically shove your coffee in your face and get upset if you take any time trying to put your money or bank card away, one lady shouted at me one day saying "the timer is going" all I was doing was putting my bank card away and coffees in the cup holder, alot of the staff are so rude and will rarely say thank you or have a nice day. I don't have one specific incident because there have been so many with wrong orders, orders made wrong, missing items, or quality not satisfactory. I know they want to make the line up go fast but they are trying so hard to get you through the drive thru so quickly that they are not trying just as hard to make your food a pleasant experience since half the time you have to bring it back.

I witnessed the vehicle in front of me receive a bag of food and shortly after the customer handed it back through the drive thru window to the employee. The vehicle then drove off. I pulled up to the window and was handed a bag of food that I...

Tim Hortons Employment

I work at a Tim Horton's here in Quebec, in a town called Saint Sauveur.. And I can truly say it has been so unpleasant and stressful! The job itself is okay, sometimes even fun. But, the management, oh my god, you have no idea! I'm pregnant and the human resources lady has made my life miserable! She withheld information as to my rights, so I lost a lot of $ in terms of workers compensation (i'm on preventative leave due to covid) not to mention, she has repeatedly lied and refuses to submit my forms to receive $ from the cnesst. So, I have $0, i'm 5 months pregnant, stressing all the time about the situation. Everytime I contact her, she has an excuse. And, when I first found out I was pregnant, I was going to quit and so she told me "oh, no one will hire you because you're pregnant and legally you have to tell your new employers that you are pregnant as well" which by the way, is not the law in quebec! She's been an absolute nightmare and has made it pretty obvious that it's personal. I have no choice but to file a complaint against her with normes du travaille but who knows if that will even help.

Tim Hortons Breakfast Biscuit

I pass through the Tim Hortons at the corner of Colvin and Brighton Road in Tonawanda, NY, every weekday morning. I pass through at 6:30am. I have been asking for a breakfast Biscuit sandwich everyday for three weeks now and they are never available.
I also have driven through other stores at the same time in the area and they have the biscuits ready.
Is there some reason why this store can't have biscuits ready?

If they aren't available, take them off of the menu at this store.

Tim Hortons Time to open up indoor dining

It is my hope all restaurants open, in support of Adam Skelly. If he's the only one brave enough to defy this illegal lock-down, of course the cops will focus all their abuse toward him. It is easy; he's just one guy, one little restaurant. But there are more restaurateurs and restaurants than there are cops, and if you all open in solidarity, to save your restaurants, to refuse to be locked down and open, no distancing as there is no science behind that, no science behind lockdowns or masks. https://townhall.com/columnists/larryoconnor/2020/05/20/misguided-shutdown-policy-began-as-high-school-science-project-n2569154, https://www.climatedepot.com/2020/10/22/lockdowns-are-killing-more-people-than-the-virus-study-lockdowns-cost-29-lives-for-every-one-life-saved/
Interestingly, the idea of lockdowns was based on a 15-year old's science project; this 15 year old is the daughter of a computer modeler, Dr. Glass, and here is the link to the article about her and her father: Misguided Shutdown Policy Began as High School Science Project (townhall.com)
More people have died and are projected to die from lockdowns than have from this virus. Here is an article about the dangers of lockdowns, and this article is about lockdowns in the U.S., it applies equally to lockdowns here in Canada and around the world: Physicians: The Truth about Cornoavirus--Lockdowns Dangerous, Deadly (breitbart.com) https://gbdeclaration.org/ and here is a link to a very well respected and much accredited doctor:
Here is a link to Dr. Hodkinson's report, but feel it's too important to leave out, in the event you've not had an opportunity to read this: https://truth11.com/2020/11/20/dr-roger-hodkinson-covid-19-is-the-biggest-hoax-ever-perpetrated-on-an-unsuspected-public-masks-dont-protect-social-distancing-does-nothing-tests-are-also-useless/
My husband and I took part in last Saturday's march which was all throughout downtown Toronto, (these marches have been going on every Saturday since April) and as more proof this is so political, not one reporter from any of the main-stream-media was there. We even marched right past the building which houses City TV, who are guilty of allowing the propaganda to be spewed every day on their CP24 station. This is a totally false pandemic, as Ford has never proven, nor can he, that this is or ever was a pandemic. That coupled with the fact he is misusing PCR tests, which were never designed to be a diagnostic tool and gives more false positives than real ones, of course the numbers of 'cases' is totally bogus. And why would anyone be foolish enough to continually test healthy people and children, who are the least vulnerable? Here is the link about the tests, and what the man who invented this test had to say: The COVID-19 PCR Test Is Key to the Pandemic Fraud | Principia Scientific Intl. (principia-scientific.com)https://principia-scientific.com/covid-tests-scientifically-fraudulent-epidemic-of-false-positives/
They are now touting the fact these hastily, untested for long-term side effects, side effects for children, women of child-bearing age and women pregnant (remember Thalidomide?) will be ready very, VERY soon. In Australia bosses want the right to fire those who will not get the vaccine: Coronavirus Australia: Workers refusing a vaccine may get sack | Daily Mail Online and some Doctors lay out plan to ‘punish' people who refuse coronavirus vaccine: ‘There is no alternative' | News | LifeSite (lifesitenews.com). And the most outrageous of all; lockdowns are not only non-science based, not only do more harm than any good at all, but https://townhall.com/columnists/larryoconnor/2020/05/20/misguided-shutdown-policy-began-as-high-school-science-project-n2569154
You may or may not know about the lawsuit being filed by civil rights lawyer Rocco Galeti against Thug Ford, Un-Just-in, Tory and a slew of others for this illegal Plan-demic, the lockdown, turning store employees into Nazi, setting up a snitch line to turn people against each other, spewing erroneous numbers daily which are nowhere near the truth (over 99% of those infected don't know they are and those who do get over it quickly. Those who don't are those in the demographic which suffers every year from seasonal flu, the elderly, those with underlying pre-existing conditions and those with compromised immune systems.)
So as you can see, all restaurateurs must all join together to fight this tyranny, starting with opening all restaurants, not just for delivery and take-outs, but indoor dining, parties for Christmas & New Year's restaurant service!
