Tim Hortons Hot chocolate

Today, my boyfriend bought for us two large hot chocolates one of them was full of water, not tasty at all, while the other one was normal. It's the first time we have this problem with Tim Hortons. I didn't expect them to put water just to make the product larger and cheaper.
I guess I'm gonna start doing my own hot chocolate. I don't trust them anymore.

Nothing against the food or drink just this new app. I have a cell phone but no cell service so only use it when out and about. To whom it may concern
On Saturday 26/09/2020 my wife and daughter wanted to pick up 3 cappuccino glacé. After waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes we finally reached the speaker to place our order. After waiting another 5-10 minutes in front of the speaker to place our order the lady said that the machine was broken. Another time they said they had no more ice. This situation has occurred quite a few times at this particular Tim Hortons.
Please advise.

Tim Hortons Customers not keeping their distance.

I was at the Weber St. Kitchener location at the Petro Canada gas station on Saturday, September 25/20. A woman was not wearing a mask and was too close to me so I walked out after telling her she needed to keep her distance from me. Masks should be mandatory for all customers.

Tim Hortons coffee

I purchased four large coffees today with cream and sugar. When I got home
and tasted them the flavor was as if they had used a hazel nut creamer or
something other than just cream. It ruined my coffee. I still have three of the
cups and would like to bring them back to Tim Horton's in Irving, NY.

May I do so for an exchange? I would like to do so tomorrow if that is okkay.

Tim Hortons Discrimination

I was discriminated all my life, finally I moved in us with a hope that now I can live free, but no. I feel very bad, I don't want to go to work, I feel bad not only for me, but for another lady, who works with me, because we are not in favorite list. I read all this but, that th treats everyone equally, but believe me it's not true. Everything it's up to management, store manager first, district managers don't care at all, i'm just a trash for them they don't even know your name. No matter how good and hard you are working, you're still there, never increases, never going to be even supervisor, because you don't have to be good! As laziest you are, as close you are to the manager that what makes you move forward, other than that you going to pick up cigarette buts on parking or clean or doing anything else. If you're sick, oh no, no way, only favorites can call and not show up, but you... Have to call 2 weeks at advance and find someone who's going to replace you. Is it sounds funny? Yes, that's how it is. I can write a lot of examples, but it's more than enough. You have to change your strategy, and treat people like they are people and not a bees which brings money to owners and points to management.

Tim Hortons Online order blocked /controlled by someone

This is a serious bad behaviors watched at yellowknife tim hortond on old airport road location.
Someone is blocking online orders in purpose to block customers using their mobile coupons to get deals as it supposed to be. I watched this with many other friends happened since few days ago and especially this week end.
For checking that we did mobile orders for iced caps included in one coupons for discount bur it saying item not unvailable? Weird
We tried same thing for iced caps mocha works fine and good. Result beside regular iced caps all other iced caps orders are fine and good to order them on phone.
This situation is disgusting act who ever is involved on it. He has to stop doing that.

We are in 2021 so please dont take customers for dumb people or stupid.

Also many otehr iregularities still happening here in yellowknife tim hortons. This crazy idiots methods to use to boost daily location income by abusing honest customers who are just asking to be respected as normal as mc donalds stores or other places.

This is really seriously becoming a treat to our rights as customers and honesty by using these online blocking tricks on mobile orders.

Investigations should be opened to stop these fraudulant stupid activities.

Tim Hortons Drive thru service

I visited your hope bc drive thru location at 12:14 pm on saturday september 19. I asked if there was any cream of broccoli soup... Upon reply she said no just chili and chicken noodle. I then said fine I will have two chicken noodle soups. She then started laughing when I asked if I could also have 2 boxes of coffee. I said what's so funny? She said oh nothing. So I ordered the 2 boxes and asked also for 2 dozen doughnuts. She replied will that be everything? I said yes but you have the oder with chili instead of soup. She started laughing again and then said the total was $49.75. I drove to the window and paid with $100 bill and recieved $50 and.25 cents change. I was asked to drive to the front and wait for the order to be brought out... It will take ten minutes she said. By the time an employee came out with my order it was 1238 pm. I asked where the doughnuts were and if they didn't have them I would like my money back as I was now pressed for time. She said she was sorry the coffee took so long they dropped a box. She came back out and said you didn't order any doughnuts as she looked at the receipt. I said yes I did... What is wrong with the girl running the drive through is she on drugs? The employee said don't talk about my coworker like that... I then said she was laughing throughout the entire ordering process. Very unprofessional conduct here I said. She yelled at me to get off her parking lot. I said if you girls can't handle this job get one that you can. Furthermore the soup should be packed in the bag with the bun on top and butter on top as the butter melted being on the bottom putting a greasy hole in the bag. Just a bad overall experience... Tim Hortons Lack of cleanliness within your commercial space

While en-route from Ottawa to Cornwall (6th Sept 2020) via route 138, I stopped at your Tim Hortons branch located in the Esso in Monkland on route 138. Upon payment of my purchase for which a receipt was not offered or printed to my knowledge, I was directed to proceed to the right of the cashier's location. I did as instructed and once there, I was informed by the cashier that he would have to make a fresh pot because there was not enough to file the 12 cup container I had paid for.
While waiting for the coffee to brew, I became aware of the lack of cleanliness, the work surfaces were filthy, and the floor had food stuffs and dirt everywhere. If I were a health inspector, I would have closed the place down and issued a citation.
I have attached a print screen of the picture with the date, time, and location details for your convenience. I also the pic (too large to attach) as seen in the print screen, and can provide for convenience of corroboration and verification.

Tim Hortons Never enough donuts

On sept 5 2020 between 9pm and 930 pm went to both tim hortons in napanee ontario... Centre st. And dundas st... Asked for a dozen donuts and neither location had a dozen donuts between them... Centre st had 4 and dundas had 4 and none of which we like. I think that is ridiculous and another reason people would rather shop in kingston

Another thing... Old fashioned plain donuts are my favourite which they are out of most of the time... I think they need to make more than they do as they must be popular
