I'm a nurse working night shift, Went to Tim's by my work at 123 am, To purchase a coffee and bagel. I was told at the drive Thur.. "Well it's 130 am and we don't have bagels, no donuts, no soup, no sandwiches"!!! Not only was staff rude, there was nothing to offer customers but coffee??? I thought Tim Hortons was 24 hrs??

I come into this store daily and on cold days the heat does not work efficiently. I hear complaints from customers and staff. This has been a problem for many months. There are two furnaces and one does not work properly, so to compensate they turn the other furnace up higher. But it does not keep up to warm the area near the door. This would certainly denture people from coming in and purchase coffee or a meal.

Tim Hortons coffee

I am complaining about the new coffee lids. I have tried and tried but will have to stop buying your coffee. I have not had a lid yet that does not leak. When handed my coffee from the drive through window it splashes me from the top of the lid. When I get home I usually have bags to bring in the house as well as my coffee. When I get in I have coffee drops to clean up all the way to my kitchen counter. When I unload my groceries they are wet with dripped coffee. I have bought new clothes that have coffee on them when I take them out of the bag. Dirty and the tags are still on them. I know this is a long rant and if I don't buy another Coffee the company is not going to fold but I am very disappointed I did love my Tims...

In last Feb/14/2020, Friday around after 3.30 pm, we bought coffees at Tim horton located inside the PICKERING MALL in city of Pickering .
Coffees are bad and not fresh. We were very disappointed.

Tim Hortons commercial

I am 76 years old and was brought up with manners and NOT to Slurp so when I watch the commercial with the guy slurping and sampling the coffee I have to leave the TV station, I will not go back to Tim Hortons anymore because of it, I find it very disgusting and if grandkids watch it and see and hear the slurping they think its ok. I do not like it at all, is this the best you can find

Rude disgusting commercial slurping while sampling coffee will not allow Grandkids to see or hear this disgusting garbage. No longer will think fondly of Tim Hortons, I get so angry when I see it I was brought up with manners this is not polite at all

Tim Hortons app

I have on four occasions had seven purchases. When I tried to redeem on the eighth purchase I was told I only have one purchase. The person behind the counter could not help me as I don't go to the same Tim's every time. This is very annoying. My card number is 0463000002098459991231/A277... I'm glad that Tim's is changing the program as I'm sure there are a lot of customers like myself who are not getting the rewards due to them. Thanks for your time, Steve Pidwerbeski YVR

Tim Hortons simply sausage sandwich

Ordered a sausage sandwich and I recieved a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I asked for a refund and a new sausage sandwich. I was told by attendant that it was my fault for not ordering properly. I told the attendant that I did not work at Tim Hortons. The attendant then told me that I had to choose the sandwich at full price or a refund but not both.
The other attendants had all scattered by this time. There were other patrons coming into the store and line was forming at the cash register.
It was an embarrassing amd belittling momment. I took the sausage sandwich at an egg sausage and cheese sandwich price.

For recompense I am asking:
1- The attendand attend customer care training
2- attendant be put on 1 year work probation
3 - an appology for being made to apear incompetant.
4 - a 10$ rebate for my embarrassment

On February 7, 2020 I ordered the french toast breakfast sandwich and when I arrived home to look at my food both sandwiches were completely burned. I wasn't able to return to take my food back but who serves burned sandwiches. If I wasn't going to be late for work I would have turned around I am very disappointed because I'm sure they knew it was burned. As you can see this is what I received and I'm not happy

the store at the walmart on centenial parkway are makeing there coffee into themous and it is very strong on bottem and gets weeker as it is given to customers. second cup was doing the same thing and they lost a lot of customers because it does not get mixed up . when its made in a pot it gets mixed up when poured .i hope they dont do the same with the drk roast just saying loyal customer 20 years. There have been several times that I enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the late even, night, and every time it taste light Hot Water with cream, No favor of coffee, and because it's late (after I get home) and get comfortable, I have no plans to go back to return it, So it's just a waste of my money.
