Tim Hortons rewards

I had my 7/7 visit but I did not purchase a bakery item or a coffee so I was told that the next time I made a purchase it would automatically give me a free beverage. My next visit I told the staff this and they said that there was nothing that they could do given my reward card said 1/7 and did not have an outstanding free drink on it. I would like to use my reward.

Tim Hortons french vanilla

I purchase the Tim Hortons French vanilla from Walmart a lot and I just purchased one and the container that it comes in was changed and the taste has also changed and it is just disgusting, as soon as I took a sip I could tell right away that it tasted different. It says on the container same great taste which is FALSE ADVERTISING because it's NOT the same great taste, it does taste different and it's gross. I'm not going to be purchasing this product anymore if you don't change it back to the way it was before when it was in the old container, and I know a lot of people who feel the same way about this that I do and they will not be purchasing this product anymore either.

Tim Hortons xl french vanilla

My favourite drink at Tims is XL French Vanilla. For so many years i paid $ 2.82 for one cup. Recently i bought one cup for $ 2.93. When asked the staff said their salary went up so the prices of products also went up. I thought that its a good excuse.

Today i bought a cup of XL french vanilla and to surprise me, the price i got charged was $ 3.24. The staff said thats the regular price. Attached is the bill. I need some clarifications on this. Why there so much of a price difference at different Tim Hortons? I was under the impression that all Tims has the same price range. Please contact me and advise via email [protected]@gmail.com.

Also if the store is doing some fraud, kindly take action against the management. Hoping to get some reply.

Tim Hortons steeped tea

There are number of drive-thru locations in the city of Winnipeg, where their steep teas are not steeped enough and get watered down cream and sugar with a bit of tea taste. The walk in locations usually have better tasting teas. The Gateway Road, Nairn and Regent's and Isabel locations guaranteed poor tasting tea. I have bought less teas these days because the quality of the teas have been a consistent let down and money wasted.

Tim Hortons coffee

Hello,

I am writing to inform you that the quality of the coffee at St Joesph West5th is really bad, tastes very watered down and in my opinion I think it is gross. Many staff and patients have said the same thing. I got one a few weeks ago and thought it was just once but now I have gotten it a few times and it still tastes the same. I will not be getting coffee at this location until the quality improves

Tim Hortons careless/neglation

i went yesterday 10/24/19 at late afternoon, when i got in inside step to casher to place my order, i fell down, and try to balance not to hit my head on the floor, and when i try to got up i fell down again! the floor was sooo slippery seem like they use some soap omg! its too dangerous for the children, pregnant or older people.

i dont feel any pain yesterday after the incident, but today its hurts my upper legs left side, and my back.

the Tim Hortons staff they just look at me not even come to me and ask if im ok..but the 2 ladies they even more worried and keep asking if im ok.

when i got up i came to casher and order coffee, and casher told me, sorry we forgot to put a sign, i said thats ok..then i order my coffee..

Tim Hortons large chili combo

Recently ordered and paid for a large chili combo and the cup wasn't even full. This was on my lunch hour so my time is minimal, so I could not run back and spend another 15minutes in store waiting for this to be corrected . The tea that came with my combo was luke warm. I was not asked whether or not I wanted a whole wheat or white bun, staff selected this for me. I am a daily visitor at Tim Hortons and this has been the worse service and product I've received

Tim Hortons poor staff and breakfast

On October 25 there was over 5 staff members behind the counter and only one was serving the guest sporadically. They caused a large line that did not move and no one seemed to no notice or care. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on a grilled bagel and when they handed it to me they joked that they did not know if it was sausage or bacon, the staff was more worried about getting a laugh from their coworker. When I opened my bagel it was neither. Just a cold egg patty on a cold bagel with no meat or cheese.

Tim Hortons customer care

I went to this Tim Horton's today with my wife and I made a fairly simple order. As I drive me vehicle up to the window to pull the bill and get my food. I noticed there was a wrap in my bag witch I did not order and they where missing my food. So I pointed it out to a lady that works there with all respect possible by the name of rohgul. And I would like to apologize for what I am about to say in advance, once I told her she flipped me off with major attitude and disrespect. To be completely transparent to whom this may concern I gave the equal attitude right back. Then she insisted on not fixing it saying that I was wrong. Number one rule that every business may know is that the customer is always right and she completely voided that fact. Once I got her to get my food she told me to (f**k off and drive away). So I asked for her name and she pointed to her name tag and said ("you can frickin read can't you") and I explicitly told her that I was going to be writing this review and I hope that upper management is going to look further into this because yes at the end of the day I am one out of billions of customer but I am a loyal customer and no human deserves to have the food that they've payed for thrown in their face. And no multi billion company deserves to have one employee ruin my views of this corporation.

Tim Hortons service, rhogul

Rohgul was extremely rude and disrespectful she messed up my order which is understandable at a fast food restaurant, and she wouldn't admit that she messed it up and kept saying ‘no that's what you said'
I asked what her name was and she points at her name tag and comments ‘can't you f**king read?' And she remade our order and threw it in my car and commented ‘there you have your stuff you can leave now'
When I opened my sandwich the egg cheese and bread were thrown in it not even in order. Like really?
I have never in my life been treated this way by anyone. No human should have food that they paid for thrown in their face. her attitude was the most disgusting attitude I've ever seen

Tim Hortons drive thru window car

Was just at huntsville ontario hwy 60 tim hortons as we went thru the drive thru we ordered everything bagel med. French vanilla and 2 lg coffees (french vanilla and bagel was for our 12 yr old son) as we were getting our sons attention to grab his hot beverage the woman working the window very rudely yells "here take ur bagel" when I chimed in from the passenger seat we were trying to get our sons attention in the back and asked for his name (he was not wearing a name tag which I thought was part of the uniform) he refused to give me his name and ignored us except for quietly handing my husband out 2 lg coffees. It was at 4:57 pm on october 24 I am very upset with how he raised his voice at a customer and I think staff there need to take a customer service course so they know how to have positive interactions with customers.

Tim Hortons coffee

Almost every night not long before closing time I go to get coffee I take dark roast and every night I am told there is no dark roast on am I willing to wait and again every night I say yes I am willing to wait tonight they were not happy about having to put on a pot of something that should have already been there as far as I'm concerned they should have a pot of both on at all times and stop getting angry about having to do your job if you had been doing your job the coffee would have been already there

Tim Hortons inside canadian superstore @ deerfoot meadows

First: The east indian crew there are useless. One time i ordered grilled cheese with bacon. It takes her 3 mins just to punch in my order.
She keeps on going around to find the bacon. She doesn't know what she is doin.

Second: always out of stock. Like chivken for sandwiches.

Third: they go for break together. Putting sign ON BREAK BE BACK AFTER... making their customers wait.

Very poor service.

Tim Hortons not getting what paid for

I would like to complain about the item I paid for but got something totally different. I had been driving yesterday through the us & crossed the border from calais maine into st. Stephen nb. My husband & myself stopped to get a steeped tea as well as a sandwich. Well I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap but got a grilled chicken bacon ranch wrap. First off I hate grilled chicken, next the lettuce was very wilty & looked old, the ranch dressing had so much on it. Only thing good was it had no tomato as allergic. My husband & myself took it to go & were going to eat on the way as we still had over 8 hrs to drive & did not want to waste time. By the time I opened it we had already left. Well all I can say is the garbage is where it went as it was not fit to eat. Where I live they don't know difference between coffee & tea most of the time but at least they get sandwiches or wraps correct. The girls that were working were not exactly friendly either. We asked a question & one just stood there not even bothering to answer, another one came over & we asked her & she said I don't know we are teenagers. I have worked customer service for over 40 years & the service we got if I ever did that I would not have a job. This happened oct. 22 around 430 pm but not postive on time since we had not changed our watches.

Tim Hortons customer service

This tim hortons has to be the slowest one in cape breton island, there are 18 people standing in line, they have two registers however only one is serving actual people in line the other is making orders from the tim hortons app. If you are going to accommodate online customers ahead of actual people you should strongly think about getting a third register just for online, clearly it's busy enough for that. One should not have to take back seat to an online order as i'm sure the workers make nothing from tips with online orders and they surely are not making tips having people in store waiting over 20mins for an order. Absolutely ridiculous... Tim hortons really needs to rethink this stores priorities!

Tim Hortons hot apple cider

Pleeease! Bring back the old hot apple cider mix! The new liquid mix is horrid! Not even drinkable! Was so excited for the season and my whole family too! Now we are all sad to realize its changed. ☹️please bring back the powered mix!
We are huge tim hortons patrons and want to continue to enjoy it!

Tim Hortons service and products unavailable

I have been going to the same tim horton location for years... Not sure why tho!
I travel thru the drive thru at the same time 4 times a week... So unfortunately the problems are the same everyday... So obviously they never gonna change.
5:20 am... Every day, never have decaf! They either tell me that at the window instead of when I ordered it or they just give me regular coffee! So I switched to steeped tea...90% of the time I get to the window and they say its all gone! So 2 items on their menu are rarely ever available @ 5:20 in the morning.. Today I had to order a steeped tea twice at the order box. Then 9 minutes later when I get to the window I was asked by 3 different employees what I ordered! The language barrier is probably the biggest problem but the lack of product is a joke! Terrible staff, terrible management! Terrible experience every day!

Tim Hortons service - employee name beenish

I had a simple question regarding the price of a bagel with and without vegetables from the lady who was getting my order in cash-her name was Beenish and she answered me back very impatient and rude and just mumbled some words and when I asked her to speak a little bit louder she shouted at me and left the cash and asked a gentleman to come and answer me. That was really impolite and I have never had such a experience before.
She could easily tell me: the price of your bagel with veggies will be this and without veggies will be that, but she didn't. I wish I hadn't come to this place today.

Tim Hortons a server wearing her hat backwards & upside down..

Her name was Heat & apparently in training @ Tim's on Front Rd LaSalle oNtario @ 11:15 on Sunday Oct 20th.. I would think that we would train them to respect their uniform.. apparently I need to add more to my comment in order that it will be taken seriously.. lately we had servers who could hardly speak english yet it look like they have been moved or dismissed.. not their falult.. I guess I have enough words now so I will submit..
