TicketCenter.com Alicia via chat said the company would follow up with the credit card company.

On August 4, 2023, I clicked on an apparent old website for the Tourist Minor league team tickets that directed me to Ticket Center. I thought knowing of it. I came from an expensive area so ordering tickets for $87.55 a seat didn’t seem unusual. Ticket Center sent detailed instructions to obtain the bar code that didn’t work because I wasn’t on the correct website even though it had the Tourist logo. I called the stadium and learned that the website I was using was old, ticket center was third party (I thought that was the only way to purchase tickets) and the seat I ordered actually cost $17.50. I contacted Ticket Center and they refused to refund my ticket and I filed a dispute with my credit card.

Desired outcome: I've already filed a complaint with the NC DOJ and I won't stop there. Charging 70 extra dollars is price gouging and illegal.

TicketCenter.com Erykah Badu Tickets-Mann in Philadelphia

My husband purchased tickets for Erykah Badu for my birthday, the first outing since my daughter's death. To his knowledge he was purchasing floor seats (N) for $172.50 each totaling $345.90. However, he was charged $467.50, and received seats right below the balcony (TT) costing $82.95. (overcharged $121.60).

The gentleman I spoke with was unsympathetic and belittling. He also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Instead, he directed me to read the website.

My daughter's birthday is 7/7 and mine is 7/8. My husband was attempting to get me out of the house and celebrate both of us. However, this incident has totally taken the excitement out of this event. Cell [protected] with resolution, or email me at [protected]@gmail.com. Desired outcome: I am requesting the seats be changed to equal the cost of the tickets, receive a reimbursement of the $121.60 or a total reimbursement of $467.50.

TicketCenter.com Tickets to May 7th at McAllen.

On March 24, today I was looking for tickets to the above event for me and 2 other friends. Us three are disabled senior ladies who were just looking for a healthy distraction from our ailments. We all agreed this would be a good place to start. I am the only one with a credit card and I charged the tickets to my card. I'm partially blind and I saw $88.00 per ticket so I clicked. The total amount charged was $341.+ I immediately contacted the seller and my credit card. I'm stuck with tickets.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund since this purchase is going to probably have an impact on our health. Cuz it's going to be a struggle to pay for them. We are disabled senior ladies on a budget. Thanks

Many of our fans have success selling their tickets through social media, but you also have the option to locate a resale site by simply searching the internet using terms like "Sell my tickets". TicketCenter.com Misrepresented consert tickets

My husband purchased two tickets to a concert. I wondered where the seat numbers were, so I called them. The recording said, "if you purchased a group of tickets, they will be side by side". When I spoke to the Gentleman, he said that the seller was filling the order and we would know our seat numbers when the seller was done with that process. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told him, "we paid our money, I want my seat numbers". He put me on hold to speak with his manager. When he came back onto the line he told me, "your tickets are general admission, you should get there early to get the best seats". I do not know how they can guarantee we will be seated together when they open the venue doors and it is a free-for-all for the seats. Nowhere on the receipt or on the ordering page did it say, "general admission".

My daughter purchased tickets from ticketcenter to then find out we need to be vaccinated. I want a refund for these tickets. I have attempted to contact ticket center but you cannot speak to anyone. This is a very important piece of information that should have been posted on their website. I went back and checked it again to make sure that I did not miss it anywhere. I will not pay money to get a negative covid test and we will not be getting vaccinated. I would greatly appreciate it if you could process a refund for our money. Wee paid over $300 for these tickets.

TicketCenter.com Tickets - don't make my mistake and trust them!!!!

I went to purchase a ticket for a John Hyatt concert. Having just spent several days in the hospital, I was of the mindset - whatever the going price - I'm going!

So - I thought I was on the website of the theater; it wasn't. They claimed a 200% guarantee. And - they shared that the going price was around $200 - plus various fees - totally over $508. Under my "meds" - I unfortunately hit the button and "purchased"... thinking this was the market price. Within a minute - I realized "this doesn't make sense."

So I went back to the theater site - and the same tickets were $80 - how many did I want (the real market price). So - now five minutes into this - I tried in vain to cancel the purchase - of course - they wouldn't budge.

And why should they? They're less than honorable marketing practices worked - I was the sucker - I believed their website that it was approx. fair market value - and that their guarantee and company had provided a fair and valuable service.

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE. THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. AGAIN - HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT?

Got tickets from TicketCenter.com. They charged money for them and tried to make more transactions. But I managed to stop these troubles. Before I called to my bank they already charged $170. I didn’t ordered any tickets from these site. I’ll ask for a refund!
