Service social distancing
So I went to Store #323 515 W north ave Lombard IL 60148 and it was about 5 central time and Justin was the only associate in the store he refuse to give me the product I was busting because i wouldn't physically let him hold my DL now he can scan it without holding it but he wanted to be extra about it . Then when I complained about he he threatened to call the police . I have the app and never had this issue at this locations with other as most people respect that customer don't want this ID's touch during this pandemic. Please contact me at [protected]
Desired outcome: This should be optional for us to allow the cashier to touch our things

I went in Thorntons 10320 Westport Rd in Louisville, Ky Tuesday Jan 5, 8:15am. 2 guys came in behind me. I got a burrito and went to check out. I stood there 2-3 minutes with no visable employee other than the Hot Bar attendant. I put my burrito on the counter and left. So did the guys behind me. I go in there 2-3x week. Where were the rest of employees?
Tanker Drivers
Tanker driver on Courtney Campbell Bridge at 6:22p.m. was driving wreck less. Potentially could of caused multiple accidents, cutting off cars, bobbing and wearing. DANGEROUS DRIVER IN A TANKER TRUCK! Have video with vehicle identification.

Walked grab a cold drink and snacks, get up to counter and tenant says I didn't have my covid mask on. As I proceeded thru the door I then notice its was in my back pocket so I turned around and the clerk seen me as she was throwing it all away! A simple bathroom
I frequently come to this Thornton's to get gas as I like to doordash in the Naperville area but it's so ridiculous how every time I need to use the bathroom it's apparently "down" or "closed" or "being cleaned" there's always some excuse. I wanted to buy groceries at Southwest highway and Harlem and was told we to not sell products without a mask. So I went to seven eleven and will never shop at Thortons again.
Bad service
Between 4:35 and 5:00 am today. I was trying to get gas. Stand there for mins. She toke so long to turn on the pump for gas. She was out side with others. Not look see any body was at the pump. They all came in with out face be covered. She was at counter with it off so was the man and child up there. I did know we have face covered in there. If so why was the others was not covered. At slots others come in might have on when coming in they take it down when they are in there. Mean to me about it. Need check the video at time I came in. Not coming back to your store you have some disrespect workers there in the morning...
Service and respectful employee and manager
Stoped at store#336 in monee, illinois to fuel my semi truck on 7/24/20 @5:35 pm my invoice#[protected] after i'm done fueling went by the cashier his name (kyle) the guy with no manor bor respect that someone made a big mistake and hire him! Asked him if the shower in good working order cause last time I stopped at this location the showers was down for maintenance so I asked him! He responded telling me i'm ducking stupid the shower sign here do a reason than start calling me names brought mt mother into the subject with a very nasty talk.. I asked about the manager the other cashier a aa lady v claimed shes rge manager and instead of telling him to have some respect to the customer ahead started laughing with him and making fun of what he was saying insulting me in a very bad and nasty low class way and unbelievable. For who ever read and review my complaint to take this matter very seriously cause I walked away but someone else will not leave a good seven behind if it ever happened with an amateur person and I would like to see an action seriously been made..

Every time I go to this Station, the grill is empty.
Station 3726 Taylorsville Rd, louisville KY I buy fuel at Thornton's 3 x a day all over Louisville. Without a doubt this is the worst run store in the area. The grill is always empty and most of the time there are No sandwiches to eat or there old. It's also rare that there are towels to clean the windshields. This is not the first time I have made a complaint about this store.

After 10 am there is only 2 options for coffee to choose. There is no reason I cannot have the coffee I want. I was given terrible attitude when I asked why 3 days in a row I could not get any of the coffee I used to. I was given an excuse one day and then told to go somewhere else the next day.
