I had been a customer of TPL for several years buying small amounts of gold for my mmo's, however I do heed you warning with any orders above the amount of $20. I paid $30.68 through Paypal for 84m virtual currency with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 minutes. 5 hours after placing my order I contacted their livechat because I had not received a cent of it. I spoke with their operator "Frank" who told me they were out of stock at that time but would deliver my order within the next 4 hours. 10 hours after that, I contacted livechat once again and spoke with "Yoyo" who then tells me that their prices went up and would not deliver nor cancel my order unless I paid $34.68 saying it was their new price for the amount I had already purchased. When I took a quick glanced at their updated prices it was not that either, it had gone up to $39 and some change and shortly after up to $44.63. I demanded a refund and instead got bribes by another operator who joined the chat named "Connie" who tells me they would give me bonuses on future orders and offered to give me 75m of the total I paid for. After several minutes going back and forth I figured they were going to keep dancing in around in circles to avoid refunding my payment so I took the 75m and saved the chat logs to be used as evidence of false advertisement and fraud in my Paypal claim. Moments after I was spammed in email by them asking me to close the claim, that I had received my gold and was being accused of scamming when it is clearly the other way around. I showed them all the logs of what was said and done repeatedly over the course of 16 emails (so far) and they still deny all of it along with stating I was the one that did not want the refund in the first place when it's in there in bold that I did. So again, going in circles to avoid refunding the revenue they made off me or rendering services. I have seen several complaints of scams on other customers but again, as I had been a customer for years I did not think it'd happen to me. It did.

Avoid Thepowerlevel and search for a different, trustworthy site.
