It is a totally FRAUD company. Don't buy anything from them. I have lost Rs.15000 with this company. See below email which I have send many times to them :- Hello Sir, As per my discussion with your executive he told me about the combo offer 4999 http://www.thedealsindia.com/comb4999/ and told me that there is a Assured Gift which I will be getting along with the product and it will be delivered in 5-6 Days than I made a Rs.4999 Payment on 23rd feb 2017 @ 1:00 PM. Someone will call me @ 4:00 PM confirming my postal address and he will also confirm the Shoe size. I got a shocking call from the gift department @ 4:30 PM saying that in order to get the Assured Gift I have to buy something of Rs.30000 as my name is selected for Hyundai Car i20. I denied that I will not be making a 2nd payment of Rs.30000 I have no money. Then my call was transferred to Rahul or Manish. He told me that you pay only Rs.10000. than I made a Rs.10000 Payment on 23rd feb 2017 @ 6:30 PM.

I got a call from vicky on 19th Sep saying I won weekly contest and I will be eligible for Lenovo laptop. I was sceptical about it but that guy sweared on his mother all saying I will get assured gift(i.e Laptop) for that I need to buy combo pack which will cost 5999/-. He said I will get Laptop along with the combo and sweared about it again and again. As I was still not convienced so he said I can return it if I don’t like it. And even I saw return policies and decide as its less risky as I can return it if I don’t get laptop. I paid 5999/- hoping I will get what was promised to me. After 5 days I got the parcel from them and there was no laptop but a local, nameless smart watch worth of 500/-. When I called Vicky back he said it is delayed because I won not only weekly contest and also yearly contest where I will get i20. Still trying to make fool out of me. Then I realized how crappy they are.
Now I’m asking to refund but they started to show their real face. Not responding to calls, making others to pick call and say he is meeting where as I can hear his voice.

Today he connected me with his Senior Asish who is saying the assured gift is smart watch not laptop. I have all call recordings of Vicky swearing that I will get laptop none other.
This fraud people not telling me how to return and get my money back.

Note: People who is checking consumer complaints to decide whether to buy or not, advice for you. PLEASE DON’T BUY NO MATTER ON WHO THE GUY SWEARS ON. These are the cheapest people will do anything to steal money from you. Worst part is they are using SBI brand as selling point. I don’t know what SBI people have to say about this fake company as they are spoiling their brand.

I request consumer complaint to take action and help me to get my money back.

this is a tottally frod site ...so frends sbhi sambhal kr rhna enke custumers ne muje 23 feb. ko call kiya or bole aapko dell loptop price m mila h but usse phle aapko 4999 ka lotto ka combo pack purchase krna so mene mna kr diya ki nhi chahiye muje prize becose i know that esi bhut si frod site or calls aajkl aate h but fr agle din thedealsindia ke custumers ne fr call kiya or bole ki sir ye frod nhi h aapko product r prize milega to mene 25 feb. ko payment kra diya or tb se aaj tk aaj 14 march h 20 din ho gye na mera product aaya or na prize so frends agr aap ke sath bhi frod hua h to aap muje [protected] pe call hm sb ek sath hoke es company ko court tk leke jayenge or apna pese wps lenge mera naam vikas verma h jaipur se hu
