I have been to the house and took the time to measured it.

There should be no doubt that the Zero Company cheated this person; that the President of the Zero Company, Mr. Jonathan Wolf, made false statements to the State Attorney General by claiming that the home had more gutters than what they really installed! (The Chimney is not 3 or 4 feet wide as Mr Wolf falsely claimed!)

I also took the time to look at Ohio's 3 day right to cancel, the Zero Company violated this law. In fact, the reader should see for themselves what the State Attorney General says about the Right to Cancel:

The photos and letters posted on the Internet speak for themselves!

I have seen the work first hand and listened to them laugh about customers. Bigger is not better and this is a company to avoid!
