On April 6 th 2019 I finally got an associate to help me with where to send and file a grievance against its associates for straight talk customer service phone number 1-(888) 423-7223 To whom it may concern, through out the course of the last 3 days I've been through a nightmare with a brand new straight WiFi hotspot device although I understand why tech support through customer service help line to as why they were unable to help I do not understand why the tech support line side could not everyone's a manager at the corporation and no one can when asked and prompted to be transferred to there boss have the idea who that is the one that pays their paychecks this has been a ending argument in their and i's conversations 14 to 15 times as phone records and list of names shall indicate they say the lines are recorded for quality assurance I can only hope this is the case that they wouldn't jeopardize evidence in my case though it's took commands instead of request to get me as far as I am as they seem to play me like I'm a retard. (The problem) is simple the device is dis functional if it broadcast to 1 device to download 1 update for 1 game my device is a ps4 after activation which came with 2 gb free that didn't complete my function on my device I added a 5 gb data card my system showed me that the games update was 14.998 gb the amount of gb it had or was at in the download process and that process would be complete in 5 hrs already I'm thinking great 5g 5 hrs I need another card to even play online (right) wrong I was straight talk customer care says I need to match gb of their service to gb of device storage. So I'm like great I need 3 cards of 5 g service cards since the game shows it's update is 14.998 gb in storage on my ps4 capable of 500 gb of storage measure I asked them what speed the WiFi broadband broadcast at 400 mbprs or 100 mgbprs megabites per second Incase Abbreviation Is wrong. Speed of line speed of sound does it last 5 hrs for 5 gb 30 min they answered no questions because they made this a battle of wits treating me Like they were superior which would be their boss which is bout the time calls get dropped or they hang up or they say why you need my boss after I've explained and finally Steven the last guy I talk to gives me this address for tracfonewireless.inc at 9700 n.w 112th ave. Miami Florida 33178 in which google search shows another distribution at 9700 n.w 112th ave. Medley Florida 33178 so I hope these correspondence reaches proper destination as Steven said I will send to Miami not medley Florida. As a request I'd like all calls from my number which is through your services to numbers as one I'm filing greivance on is * 611 lines are no better at assisting me as their customer and I've been a customer for a while. With multiple straight talk phone number cause I break devices currently on number 16 on phones in 2 years to 2 and a half years. Products just don't function to the correct capability like speed and coordination also the lg fiesta is perfectly capable of handeling this function just slower but also through the hotspot function based on the internet usage of the phone question if the phones internet is capable of being unlimited why is there not a unlimited card available? I believe it is because 1 the company knew that no one could afford it probably not even trump as they like to say when I call you have to pay for what you use yet downloads don't get completed on a 5 g WiFi hotspot it'd take 150.00 to download that one game I can get and will I guess have to get Comcast when I get a new job as this affair has now cost me my job that I only make 10 dollars a hr that the company wants for 1 gb of data when something obviously doesn't work what does boss' usually do ?fire the employee or quit manufacturing or close the business if cooperation is not granted when asked nicely what happens, bitterness and aggravated words. This is what has caused my mental duress and pain and suffering this is why I wish to file a grievance against the customer service department one organization. They customer service reps. Don't even know who the c.o of their organization is let alone capable of common sense to see if I would pay that 150 for the 1 download that may still not be enough since they can't tell me that 3 cards of 5 gb would insure the download I've explained in the products warning label it states that the radio frequency waves may interfere with with devices functioning capabilities and how they the devices are sold in a store Walmart in particularly where a radio plays through out the store where a automotive section where you can test car radio equipment at and asked if the function of the product was capable of being messed up prior to purchase they the representative could not answer that. Almost all there names I've met or have family with the same name so this has lead to me saying to them that'll be easy to remember but as for In the right order I may not get them they will be recorded saying their name also I requested transferred to a internal affairs department and never have been redirected you you can assist. - [ ] After 5 days trying to get a product to work that should be fully functionable there is obviously a flaw I returned the product to Walmart and explained the issue with a manage associate.
