Representative providing incorrect information.

On Saturday I called Vida Lifestyle to book a vacation for my husband and I to celebrate our 41st Anniversary. The representative asked me to verify my information so I gave him my name, then he asked for my address and I advised
Hy-Lyn View, 2 Cameron Close, Smith’s FL03, Bermuda. He was then able to locate our membership information in your database.
I proceeded to ask the representative that was assisting us what did he have for November 5 to 12 in Cancun and he looked in your network and came back to advise that there is a really good special at Ventus Ha Marina El CID Spa & Beach Resort in Cancun, Mexico. That it’s a brand new resort that has 2 sister hotels/resorts next to it and that we would be able to visit all 3 resorts and it’s all inclusive. I was very happy thinking this is going to be an amazing celebration. He advised it would be $596 as our portion because we were redeeming $4,000 Vida Lifestyle dollars. The representative from your office asked for my mailing address to which I responded again Hy-Lyn View, 2 Cameron Close, Smith’s FL03, Bermuda.
Your agent proceeded to advise our Booking i.d. Number LNBK721993 and since the resort we booked was all inclusive, it was meeting the needs of our present budget. I told the agent that I was going to book my airline tickets now that I have this booked and told him while Nov 5 to 12 were my dates I couldn’t book flights without my reservations in place. He assured me that my reservation was in place.
I then called American Airlines to book our flights and once that was done I told AA agent let me call him back just hold our tickets for now. I then recalled Vida Lifestyle back and gave the agent my booking number LNBK721993 and he said he wasn’t the agent who served me but he can finish off the booking with me advising my credit card number. Two minutes after that I received the below email confirmation of our studio room. Once I received the email I recalled American Airlines back and paid for the tickets they were holding because my accommodations were in place/confirmed and I had an email from Vida Lifestyle stating they were (see below email from Vida Lifestyle)
Last evening still quite excited about our November vacation to Ventus Ha Marina El CID I googled it on YouTube and my husband and I watched several short videos taken at the resort that left us feeling even more excited about our November trip and our 41st wedding Anniversary celebration.
This evening July 27, I had a call from Sharia at VIda Lifestyle on [protected] extension 9940. She said she was calling to advise that our reservation was not complete to which I told her I had a reservation from Vida Lifestyle saying it was complete. She then said that because we are not residents of the USA or Canada, we cannot stay at Ventus Ha Marina El CID Resort. Imagine my shock because I am realizing that I now have airline tickets to Cancun for Nov 5-12 and no accommodations. Sharia from your office did her best to rectify a bad situation and in the end found us a reservation at The Westin Resort & Spa in Cancun but said the best price she could offer is $836.00 and it is not all inclusive which now means that we have to pay for every meal that we eat.
I am presently so upset that Vida Lifestyle has agents selling/promoting vacations, getting clients excited like us but on your side they are not representing Vida Lifestyles well because your agent should have known that Ventus Ha was only accepting USA and Canadian residents. Also, I repeatedly had to confirm my address and said Bermuda as my country of origin - where we live.
So here I am now having to pay approximately $340 more for my accommodations than our original booking price and we will now end up spending about $1,000 or more on breakfast, lunch and dinner and to top it off the amenities at The Westin in no way compare to Ventus Ha Marina El Cie Beach & Resort. The booking number I was given for The Westin is LNBK722476.
This whole experience has been extremely disappointing and the excitement we were experiencing has now been dampened by the above bad experience and the best explanation Sharia could offer was “she is sorry.”

Desired outcome: This is a huge error in Vida Lifestyle’s representative not properly checking to see if someone that is Bermudian can stay at their resort snd alternative booking i was given is going to cost me $1400 if not more.
Company arbitrarily suspended account over one small disputed transaction
I have been a member of Vida Lifestyles since February 2017. I have accepted at least two membership upgrades. All of these upgrades have been paid in full. In April of 2021, I used service to book reservation with Extended Stay Hotel Galleria Houston.
The accommodations were horrible and hotel management supposedly agreed to credit back monies for the stay. After several weeks passed and no evidence of the credit, I called Vida Lifestyles to request assistance. Though I did not document name of party, someone from Vida Lifestyles advised need to resolve with hotel directly.
Having already attempting to resolve with hotel, I initiated dispute with credit card company used for original transaction. Upon Vida Lifestyles learning of the dispute, this company froze my total membership. Vida blocked my login to a completely paid in full subscription without any notice, email, phone call or text.
Upon contacting the service, Vida Lifestyles refused to lift the suspension, advising that I would have to wait until the dispute 90 day process was completed. I the interim, Vida Lifestyles has blocked my access to paid in full privileges and refuses to reinstate membership.
Desired outcome: I want membership services reinstated and a credit issued for the days access to privileges were blocked.

We where offered a free vacation to go and see a hotel. We went and we got offered a ownership for vida and we where there for 4 hours and we where given false information and now they are trying to have us pay two memberships and a ownership fee. Now they want to charge us the things instead of what was told to us. Everything they told us was a lie, we have made payments on the ownership and gave a down payment as well. Please help to cancel this and get our money back we are getting calls constantly, . I recorded the conversation [protected]@icloud.com
